A7 B7 五、發明説明(1 ) 本發明之領域 (請先閲讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 本發明係有關一種吸油面紙及其製造方法,該面紙儀 女人於化妝時用為吸收臉上油脂之面紙。 相關技術之背景 至今,女士們仍保持使用一種叫做“錘打紙〃作為化 妝時之吸油面紙,即,不論用作化妝紙或用作為吸油及防 止面皰之面紙均係藉由錘打紙之原紙製成。 此種由“錘打紙〃製成之吸油面紙對面部油脂有強烈 之吸收性,且在下列其他相似物品中具有較高之評價。 前述之錘打紙為一種當塑製佛像時被用來敲打金箱之 紙,係將被錘打之純金置入第一級之日本紙中,該日本紙 及特別以柿子汁或其類似物加工而製成,因此必須多次錘 打此種紙,前述之日本紙就是指錘打紙。 本發明所欲解決之問題 此種化妝紙係由錘打傳統之日本手工酱紙多次以形成 充份之平濟度及吸收性,可使化妝紙表面變得平滑而產生 光滑之觸感,當女士們將此化妝紙置於臉上時,會引發臉 部皮膚之粘著性,而使錘打紙之吸收性快速產生效果。 經濟部中央標準局員工消費合作社印製 Μ錘打紙製造化妝紙之方法需耗費較大之人力及時間 ,因此化妝紙乃受到數量之限制,且非常昂貴,甚者,近 來化妝紙不僅只用於女人化妝方面,並且遒廣泛應用於其 他方面。 尤其,很多女學生及高中生均用化妝紙擦拭臉上之油 脂及防止日晒,此外,女人亦用化妝紙吸去臉上之油脂以 _______=—1—---- 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS ) Α4規格(210X297公釐) 經濟部中央梂準局员工消伢合作社印製 Λ 6 Η 6 五、發明説明(2) 防止面飽,最近亦有男人希望吸除其臉上之油脂使感覺乾 淨清爽,此已為流行之趨勢。 在各種場合不論男人或女人亦不分年龄對於吸油面紙 之需求日益谢加,但是前述之低生產量及高價位並無法滿 足此需求。 吾人無法購買此種昂貴之吸油面紙,幾乎大部份的女 學生均希望有一種價格便宜而吸收性又好之吸油面紙應市 〇 本發明之目的 本發明的目的,在提供一種吸地面紙,其可低價製造 ,而且具有較錘打紙更平滑,及更強吸收性,本發明之另 一目的,在提供一種製造此吸油面紙之方法。 本發明之揭示 按照本發明第一狀況,在提供一種吸油面紙,其乃先 用一性樹脂24塗佈於一薄膜23之一側表面上,然後便 製得一塗佈之薄膜21,並使用一具有強烈吸收性、基本重 量為18〜30克/平方公尺之原紙1 ,塗佈薄膜21之熱塑性 樹脂24即經由熱壓將熱傳導至該原紙1之一側表面上,然 後製得吸油面紙11。 按照本發明之第二狀況,在提供一種製造吸油面紙之 方法,其使用一具有強烈吸收性、基本重量為18〜30克/ 平方公尺原紙1,該原紙1乃進給至一接收輪4及一朦制 輪6,該原紙1在下列所示之溫度、壓力及速率狀況下受 麼制輪6熱壓。 —2 — 本紙张疋度遑用中國《家橾準(CNS) «F 4規格(2丨0x297公釐) (請先閲讀背而之注意事項再填寫本頁) 裝· 訂_ A 6 Π 6 五、發明説明 (3) 溫度:攝氏90〜150度〇 歷力:12〜18_。 速率:每分鏞4〜6公尺。 然後,室機熱生丄υ二欠,使製得吸油面紙11。 ί安照本發明之第三狀況,在提1共一棰製垣吸《田面紐:之 方法,其使用一具有·強烈吸收性,基本重量為18〜30兄/ 平万公尺原Mtfcl ,而令以熱塑性樹脂16塗佈之原紐;1’進給 全一接收輸4及一腺制浪輪6 ,然後令原细£1,在卜夕U湿度 、歴力及遝率之狀況下用朦制輪6熱;12。 繼度:〜150度。 赃力:12〜18噸。 趣準:每分踺4〜6公尺〇 然後,蚩覆熱廳b坐10次,使製得吸油曲紕11。 按煦本發明之第四狀況,在提供一種製造吸油面紕之 方法,其1吏用一具有強欠《吸收性、基本蚩里為1«〜兒/ 平万公尺傲紙1,並用聚内蹄塗佈於原甜;1之:表囱上,向 令Μ聚內歸塗佈之原紕1 ’進給至一接收輪4及一脏刺浪輔 b ,然後令原紕1,在下列溫度、鹰力及速率之狀況下用歴 制鞴b熱廳。 經濟部中央櫺準局員工消费合作社印製 (請先閱讀背而之注意事項再塡寫本頁) mm · «itfc:9〇~150度〇 m.73 - 貝。 速举:每分鍾4〜6公尺〇 然後,里擓熱應£>全10次,使製得吸油曲紕U。 按照本發明之第五狀況,在提供一植製造吸油面紕之 —3 — 本紙張尺度逍用中8困家《準(CNS)甲4規格(210x297公;》) s^S25g Λ 6 Η 6 經濟部中央榣準局員工消费合作社印3i 五、發明説明(4) 方法,其使用一具有強烈吸收性、基本重量為18〜30克/ 平方公尺原紙1,並預先用一熱塑性樹脂24源式塗佈於一 薄膜23之一側表面上,Μ製成一種塗佈膜21,再令原紙1 之一側表面與該塗佈膜21之熱塑性樹脂24之一側表面相向 進給至一接收輪4及一臛制滾輪6,然後令該塗佈膜21及 原紙1在下列溫度、朦力及速率之狀況下用壓制輪6熱懕 Ο 溫度:攝氏90〜150度。 歷力·· 12〜18噸。 速率··每分鐘4〜6公尺。 塗佈膜21之熱塑性樹脂24受熱壓而將熱傅導至原紙1 之一側表面,此種吸油面紙11係由一次性熱壓至原紙1上 而製成。 功效 在本發明吸油面紙之第一狀況,該塗佈膜21之一側表 面上之熱塑性樹脂24賴由熱壓塗佈膜21至原紙1上而將熱 傅導至原紙1之一側表面上,然後便製得單面具有熱塑性 樹脂24之吸油面紙11。 所製得之吸油面紙11具有與錘打紙相同之光滑度及吸 收性,且製造成本較低,因為不使用一般之錘打紙。 在本發明之第二狀況,吸油面紙11係由熱懕原紙1大 約5〜10次而製成,因此吸油面紙11之製造成本比使用錘 打紙製造者為低,且吸油面紙11亦具有優異之光滑度及吸 收性。 —1" 一 本紙ft尺度边用中國國家楳毕(CNS)甲4規格(210X297公址) (請先間讀背而之注意事項再塡寫本頁) 裝- 訂- 線- 經濟部中央標準局貝工消费合作社印製 五、發明説明(5) 在本發明之第三狀況,吸油面紙11係由熱懕以熱塑性 樹脂16塗佈之原紙1 ’之一側表面而製成,因此具有與錘打 紙相同之光滑度及吸收性,由於此吸油面紙11係藉熱腦原 紙1之一側表面上之熱塑性樹脂16而製成,因此其製造成 本可比錘打紙為低,而可提供非常便宜之吸油面紙11。 在本發明之第四狀況,吸油面紙11係由熱壓以聚丙嫌 塗佈之原紙:L ·之一側表面,因此具有與綞打紙相同之光滑 度及吸收性,由於此吸油面紙11係藉熱壓原紙1之一側表 面上之聚丙烯而製成,因此其製造成本可比錘打紙為低, 而可提供非常便宜之吸油面紙11。 在本發明之_五狀況,乃將塗佈膜21之一側表面上之 熱塑性樹脂24熱腯至原紙1之一側表面上,然後便製得熱 塑性樹脂24在其一側表面之吸油面紙11。 所製得之吸油面紙11具有與錘打紙相同之光滑度及吸 油性,由於其未使用一般之錘打紙,因此製造成本低。 圖式之簡單說明 圖一係實施例1之製造過程圖; 圖二係實施例2之製造過程圖; 圖三係實施例4之製造過程圖; 圖四係圖三實施例4之Α部份之塗佈膜斷面放大圖; 以及 圖五係圖三B部份吸油面紙之斷面放大圖。 (請先閲讀背而之注意事項再填寫本頁) 本紙張尺度遑用中a Η家楳準(CNS) 規格(210X297公釐) 經濟部中央櫺準局员工消费合作社印製 五、發明説明(6) 本發明之詳细說明 實施例1 : 本發明之詳细說明,兹參考附圖更具體地說明本發明 如下,園一係描述依申請專利範園第2項吸油面紙之製造 方法之實施例圖,其構造如下: 預先以原紙1多次捲繞於一發送輪2上,該發送輪2 Μ—軸3支撐且可自由旋轉,此原紙之基本重量大約為20 克/平方公尺,此原紙1可為一種柔軟且具良好吸彳$:性之 曰本紙,或者亦可使用一種具某種光滑度且/f度均句之混 合螺繁紙或西洋紙。 原紙1之基本重量可從18克/平方公尺至30克/平方 公尺,然而以20克/平方公尺最好。 在發送輪2之旁邊為一平面滾歷加工裝置8,其由接 收輪4與一歷製輪6所構成,“平面滚應加工〃意指平面 滾JIS處理,接收輪4乃由一軸5支撐且可自由轉動,歷制 輪6由一軸7支擦且可自由旋轉,此乐制輪6可上下移動 ,壓制輪6乃用一施壓裝置(未圖示)依箭號所示方向壓 制接收輪4,此施歷裝置可為氣歷或其他類似裝置。 壓制輪6具有一加熱装置(未圖示),用來加熱此應 制輪6,此壓制輪6可壓迫及加熱由發送輪2進給來之原 紙1 Μ —·預定之速率令其通過壓制輪6與接收輪4間之間 隙。 利用此平面歷加工裝置8加歷及加熱於原紙1上可製 得吸油面紙11,此吸油面紙11乃捲繞於用軸10支撐且可旋 —6 — (請先閲讀背而之注意事項#填寫本頁) 本紙張又度逍用中S S家楳毕(CNS)肀4規格(210x297公龙) 經濟部中央標準局貝工消费合作杜印製 ^3259 Λ 6 ___η 6 五、發明説明(7) 轉之捲取輪9上。 在上述說明中均省略每一滾輪2、6、9之驅動裝置 ,例如馬達等,因為其均為大家所熟悉之結構。 琨在我們將解釋本發明之吸油面紙11之製造過程實施 例,此吸油面紙11係藉由接收輪4與壓制輪6連鱭應制及 加熱一原紙1向製成,原紙1係由發送輪2以預定速率供 給,而鐄後捲網於捲职輔y上万。 從接收輪4及懕制輪6供應至原紙1之溫度及壓力及 其發送速率如下: 1、 溫度:攝氏90〜150度 2、 壓力:大約15»« 3、 速率:每分鐘4〜6公尺 平面滾壓加工過程在上述之高溫、高®及低速狀祝下 重覆做5或6至10次,然後便可製得光濟且具吸收性之吸油 面紙11,平面滚歷加工過程若非在上述狀況下進行,則無 法得到充份之光滑度及吸收性。 雖然在上述實施例中,平面滾顧加工過程係重覆5或6 至10次,但即使只做5或6次,亦仍可得到良好之光濟度及 吸收性。 此即,加工次數可從10次減少成一半為5或6次,致成 本得以降低。 因此,平面浪·加工過程宜為5或6次,如果少於5成6 次,則無法得到充份之光滑度及吸收性。 此項設計說明述說平面滾壓加工裝置8之平面滾壓加 —7 — (請先閲讀背而之注意事項再場寫本頁) 本紙張尺度遑用中8 a家《毕(CNS) T4規格(210x297公釐) λ e;
