Abstract
A deterioration discrimination circuit for thyristor with control pole, which is characterized in comprising: a power source, which can provide direct current or alternate current to the anode and cathode of the thyristor with control pole; a gate loop, which can intermittently send out gate loop signal to the thyristor with control pole; a gate signal detection loop, which can detect the signal stop of the gate loop; a gate voltage detection loop, which can detect the voltage between the gate pole and cathode; such that the logic output of the gate signal detection loop and the gate voltage detection loop can be used to perform deterioration discrimination for thyristor with control pole.
