本揭露提供一種電子裝置，包含基板、薄膜電晶體、透明導電層、第一有機層以及第二有機層；薄膜電晶體設置於基板上且包含汲極電極；透明導電層設置於汲極電極上且電性連接汲極電極；第一有機層設置於汲極電極與透明導電層之間，且第一有機層具有通孔；第二有機層設置於通孔中；電子裝置具有間隙，第一有機層的上表面與第二有機層的上表面之間具有第一距離，且間隙與第一距離符合以下公式：0 ＜ 第一距離 ≤ 0.8 x 間隙。本揭露亦提供一種電子裝置的製造方法。
