Abstract

Description
本發明涉及非織造織物,及其作為化妝品和個人護理產品的局部遞送體系的用途。更具體地講,本發明涉及由非織造織物製成的片材掩模(包括貼片)。

通常,海島纖維包含許多放置在另一種聚合物(海)的基質中的一種聚合物(島)的小長絲。US6,455,156公開了一種用於製備這類雙組分纖維的技術。然而,在該方法中,必須使用鹼溶液來溶解海基質,以到達島纖維(其不受鹼溶液的不利影響)。使用對環境不友好的鹼溶液是該方法的缺點,同時還將可以用於島組分的聚合物限制為不受鹼溶液不利影響的那些。

據我們所知,如下文所述的非織造織物從未用於生產將產品快速釋放到皮膚中的化妝品或個人護理片材掩模。
發明目的
本發明的主要目的是局部遞送系統,例如化妝品或個人護理片材掩模,具有增加的和可控的釋放速率,同時仍具有大規模生產和分配所需的強度和耐久性。
本發明的另一個目的是提供局部遞送系統,例如化妝品或個人護理片材掩模,其可以在10分鐘或更短時間內(例如3-5分鐘或更短時間內)實現足夠的產品釋放。
我們描述了用於改進的產品遞送的非織造局部遞送體系,例如化妝品或個人護理片材掩模。這些局部遞送系統包含由微旦尼爾纖維製成的織物,所述微旦尼爾纖維通過原纖化雙組分海島纖維而生產。通過使用噴射條的水力纏結進行原纖化,其中噴射與噴射的間距在600μ至2400μ的範圍內。選擇纖維的材料和其它相關參數以提供具有可控的產品釋放速率的耐久的局部遞送系統。
我們已經發現,由微旦尼爾纖維製成的某些織物在局部遞送領域(尤其是化妝品片材掩模)中特別有用,用於改進的產品遞送。我們描述了定制的海島方法,以生產具有某些定義的參數值的織物。用於本文所述應用的聚合物材料(島組分/海組分)的特別有利的組合包括:聚醯胺6/聚乳酸;聚醯胺6/聚乙烯;聚丙烯/聚乳酸,但是本發明不限於這些組合。在本發明的優選的實施方案中,島組分聚合物與海組分聚合物的重量比在約1:4至約1:6之間。例如,島組分聚合物可以構成雙組分纖維的約15-20重量%,而海組分構成80-85重量%。我們的觀察結果是,由這樣的織物製成的掩膜在局部遞送流體產品方面是優越的。當使用優選的噴射與噴射的間距進行水力纏結步驟時,尤其如此。優選的噴射與噴射的間距在約600μ-2400μ的範圍內,水壓為10巴至1,000巴。如果噴射與噴射的間距小於約600μ,則所得織物太薄且太緻密而不能有效地釋放液體產品,使得不能在小於10分鐘內遞送全部劑量的產品。另一方面,如果噴射間距大於約2400μ,則纖維可能分離,使得織物失去機械完整性。使用優選的島與海的比率和優選的噴射與噴射的間距,我們已經注意到“甜區”,其中織物保持足以用於本文預期的應用的機械完整性,同時仍然能夠有效地釋放液體產品。在該甜區內生產的織物的基重為約30g/m

2。根據本發明製造的非織造織物也具有獨特的“絎縫”結構,其提供與由其它方法製造的織物的視覺區別。
同樣重要的是纖維填充密度(也稱為固體體積分數)。纖維填充密度是纖維所占體積與織物體積的比率。本發明的優選的織物的纖維填充密度為約5%-30%,這意味著大多數片材是空的空間。然而,當所有其它參數如本文所規定時,所得織物對於本文預期的應用足夠強和耐用。
當應用為化妝品片材掩模時,為了將液體組合物遞送至皮膚表面,則用液體組合物浸漬掩膜。給定以上規定的填充密度,可以浸漬到掩膜中的液體組合物的重量通常在掩膜重量的2-8倍的範圍內。同時,規定的填充密度使得產品能夠快速轉移到目標表面。因此,我們能夠生產在3-5分鐘或更短時間內將一定劑量的產品遞送至目標表面的化妝品片材掩模。如上所述,對於目前市場上的化妝品片材掩模,建議的保留持續時間為10-30分鐘並非罕見。這是將全部劑量的產品轉移到皮膚表面所需的時間量。相反,我們已發現,使用本文規定的參數,由海島非織造織物製成的化妝品片材掩模可以在3-5分鐘內(優選少至3分鐘內)實現類似或優越的結果,同時實現大規模生產、分配和使用掩膜所需的強度和耐久性。
任選地,島組分和海組分中的一者或兩者可以由可持續材料製成。可用的可持續材料的實例包括:聚乙烯醇、聚丁二酸丁二醇酯、回收的聚乙烯、回收的聚丙烯、回收的聚酯或共聚酯。任選地,島組分和海組分中的一者或兩者可以由生物基材料而不是化石衍生的材料製成。這樣的材料包括例如衍生自甘蔗的聚乙烯和衍生自蓖麻油的聚醯胺。由生物基材料製成的織物(尤其是一次性物品,如化妝品片材掩模)通常對環境和長期可持續性更好。
根據本發明的化妝品片材掩模(包括貼片)可以通過用一種或多種用於處理皮膚的皮膚護理製劑浸漬海島非織造織物來製備。根據上述填充密度,可以浸漬到片材掩模中的一種或多種製劑的總重量通常在掩膜重量的2-8倍的範圍內。浸漬片材掩模可以通過本領域已知的任何合適的方式來完成。這樣的化妝品片材掩模可以用於處理各種皮膚狀況。片材掩模可以被構造成符合使用者皮膚的預定處理區域,例如面部、頸部、腹部或四肢或其任何部分。例如,完整的面膜通常從前額的發線延伸到下巴,並且從耳朵延伸到耳朵,並且提供有用於眼睛、鼻子和嘴的孔。部分面膜可以成形為施用於眼睛下區域,或施用於產生魚尾紋的眼睛的側面區域,在產生皺眉紋的嘴周圍,或鼻的T區。化妝品片材的確切尺寸和形狀將取決於預期用途和產品特性。化妝品片材將具有足夠的柔性,並且其尺寸和形狀適於與使用者皮膚的期望的處理區域相一致。當將片材掩模施用於皮膚並符合皮膚輪廓時,它們可以向皮膚遞送預定劑量的一種或多種用於處理皮膚的皮膚護理製劑。
製劑可以包含一種或多種皮膚有益劑。皮膚有益劑可以選自:抗皺或皮膚緊致劑;抗老化劑;保濕劑;皮膚增白或脫色素劑;抗炎劑;抗痤瘡劑;DNA修復劑;皮膚脂質屏障修復劑;抗蜂窩組織劑;傷口癒合劑;妊娠紋/疤痕去除劑;膨脹劑;毛髮生長阻滯劑;毛髮生長刺激劑;黑眼圈減少或消腫劑;膠原合成或血液迴圈增強劑;抗氧化劑;皮脂控制劑;和孔隙最小化劑。皮膚有益劑可以是帶電的或中性的。示例性抗皺劑包括但不限於乙醯基六肽-8、棕櫚醯基寡肽、二肽二氨基丁醯基、苄基醯胺二乙酸酯等。示例性皮膚緊致劑包括但不限於藻類提取物、支鏈澱粉、甜杏仁籽提取物、卡波姆、棕櫚醯寡肽、棕櫚醯四肽-7、栓皮櫟(

Claims (11)
- 由雙組分海島纖維製成的海島非織造織物,其中: 所述雙組分海島纖維包含: 由第一聚合物材料製成的島纖維; 由第二聚合物材料製成的海纖維;和 通過水噴射使所述海纖維和島纖維纏結,其中噴射與噴射的間距為600µ-2400µ。
- 根據請求項1所述的海島非織造織物,其中: 所述第一聚合物材料為聚醯胺6,並且所述第二聚合物材料為聚乳酸,或者 所述第一聚合物材料為聚醯胺6,並且所述第二聚合物材料為聚乙烯,或者 所述第一聚合物材料為聚丙烯,並且所述第二聚合物材料為聚乳酸。
- 根據請求項1所述的海島非織造織物,其中: 所述第一聚合物材料、第二聚合物材料或兩者選自聚乙烯醇、聚丁二酸丁二醇酯、回收的聚乙烯、回收的聚丙烯、回收的聚酯、共聚酯、衍生自甘蔗的聚乙烯和衍生自蓖麻油的聚醯胺。
