Abstract

本發明公開一種內置有水泵的整體腔式水冷排,其包括第一集水盒、第二集水盒以及多個排管;該多個排管的兩端分別與第一集水盒和第二集水盒連通,該第一集水盒包括有盒體、盒蓋以及水泵蓋;該盒體為散熱金屬,盒體內設置有水泵腔室及隔水板,隔水板將盒體內部分隔成彼此隔絕的進水腔室和出水腔室;通過在盒體內設置有水泵腔室,並配合設置水泵、葉輪和水泵蓋,以形成密封性好的水泵結構,水在水冷排的流動速度有效加快,提高了散熱效率,並配合在盒體內設置有隔水板,以將進水口的熱水進行分流,大大延長了水在水冷排內的流動行程,使水能夠有效充分降溫散熱,能夠提升整體散熱效果。

Description

內置有水泵的整體腔式水冷排
本發明係關於一種水冷排,尤其是指一種內置有水泵的整體腔式水冷排。
水冷散熱器是一種使用泵浦的動力強制液體在水迴圈中帶走熱量的散熱器,與現有的空冷散熱器相比具有安靜、降溫穩定、對環境依賴小等優點,而且水的熱容量大,這就使得水冷製冷系統有著很好的熱負載能力。水冷散熱器的散熱性能與其中散熱液(水或其他液體)流速成正比,製冷液的流速又與製冷系統水泵功率相關。
目前的水冷散熱器通常由水冷排、水冷頭和水管組成,水管連接於水冷排和水冷頭之間,利用水管使得水冷排和水冷頭內的水迴圈流動,水在水冷頭上吸收熱量後,進入水冷排上進行散熱,散熱後的水回流至水冷頭內。現有技術中,水冷散熱器的水冷排上均具有一集水盒,目前的集水盒上均沒有水泵功能,使得水在水冷排的流動速度較慢,散熱效率較低,並且集水盒中沒有進行分隔,使得水在水冷排內的流動行程較短,使水不能有效降溫散熱。因此,如何改善上述目前水冷排的缺點,即為本發明所要積極克服的課題。
本發明之目的在提供一種內置有水泵的整體腔式水冷排,能有效解決習知水冷排散熱效率低並且不能對水進行有效降溫散熱的問題,達到水在水冷排的流動速度加快、提升水冷排的散熱效率、使水能夠有效充分降溫散熱及提升整體散熱效果等目的。
為了達到上述目的,本發明之內置有水泵的整體腔式水冷排,其第一較佳技術方案包含:一第一集水盒、一第二集水盒以及多個排管;該多個排管的兩端部分別與該第一集水盒和該第二集水盒連通,該多個排管上設置有散熱鰭片,其特徵在於:
該第一集水盒包括一盒體、一盒蓋以及一水泵蓋;該盒體內設置有一水泵腔室,該盒體內具有一隔水板,該隔水板將該盒體內部分隔成彼此隔絕的一進水腔室和一出水腔室,該出水腔室連通該水泵腔室;該盒體上開設有一進水孔和一出水孔,該進水孔連通該進水腔室,該出水孔連通該水泵腔室,且該進水孔和該出水孔中均密封安裝有一水管接頭;該盒蓋與該盒體固定並密封蓋住該進水腔室和該出水腔室的開口,該盒蓋上開設有多個安裝槽;該多個排管中一部分排管的端部密封安裝在該盒蓋一部分的該安裝槽中,並通過該安裝槽與該進水腔室連通;該多個排管中另一部分排管的端部密封安裝在該盒蓋另一部分的該安裝槽中,並通過該安裝槽與該出水腔室連通;以及該水泵蓋與該盒體固定並密封蓋住該水泵腔室的開口,該水泵蓋的內側固定有一水泵,該水泵的一輸出軸上固定有一葉輪,該葉輪位於水泵腔室中並由該水泵帶動轉動。

本發明與現有技術相比具有明顯的優點和有益效果,具體而言,由上述技術方案可知:通過該盒體內一體成型有水泵腔室,並配合設置水泵、葉輪和水泵蓋,以形成密封性好的水泵結構,使得水泵與集水盒有機結合,水在水冷排的流動速度有效加快,提高了散熱效率,並配合在盒體內設置有隔水板,以將進水口的熱水進行分流,大大延長了水在水冷排內的流動行程,使水能夠有效充分降溫散熱,產品整體散熱效果非常好。
茲依附圖實施例將本發明之結構特徵及其他之作用、目的詳細說明如下:
參閱圖1、圖2及圖3所示,其顯示出了本發明內置有水泵的整體腔式水冷排之第一較佳實施例的具體結構,其較佳的具體實施例包含一第一集水盒10、一第二集水盒20以及多個排管30,該多個排管30上分別設置有散熱鰭片60,該多個排管30的兩端部分別與該第一集水盒10和該第二集水盒20連通,形成冷卻液流通迴路,其中:
該第一集水盒10實施有一盒體11、一盒蓋12以及一水泵蓋13;該盒體11為散熱金屬構成,該盒體11內設置有一水泵腔室101,該盒體11內具有一隔水板111,該隔水板111將該盒體11內部分隔形成有彼此隔絕的一進水腔室102和一出水腔室103,該出水腔室103連通該水泵腔室101,且該盒體11上開設有一進水孔104和一出水孔105,該進水孔104連通該進水腔室102,該出水孔105連通該水泵腔室101,且該進水孔104和該出水孔105中均密封安裝有一水管接頭41;在本實施例中,該盒體11較佳的為銅或鋁材質,該出水腔室103中一體成型凸設有一凸台112,該水泵腔室101一體成型設置並位於該凸台112的背面,該凸台112上開設有連通該出水腔室103和該水泵腔室101的一流道106;該隔水板111可通過焊接或者一體成型的方式設置於該盒體11內,在本實施例中,該隔水板111和凸台112均通過沖壓鍛造一體成型,以實現更好的隔水效果;又該水管接頭41係插入該進水孔104與該出水孔105中並通過焊接與該盒體11密封安裝固定。
該盒蓋12與該盒體11固定並密封蓋住該進水腔室102和該出水腔室103的開口,該盒蓋12上開設有多個安裝槽107;上述該多個排管30的一部分排管的端部密封安裝在該盒蓋12的一部分安裝槽107中,並通過該安裝槽107與進水腔室102連通;另一部分排管30的端部密封安裝在該盒蓋12的另一部分安裝槽107中,同樣通過該安裝槽107而與出水腔室103連通;在本實施例中,該盒蓋12位於盒體11的前側,該盒蓋12亦為散熱金屬構成,該盒蓋12通過焊接與盒體11密封安裝固定,該多個排管30均呈扁狀並通過焊接的方式與該盒蓋12密封安裝固定,當然該排管30亦可為圓狀,不以為限。
該水泵蓋13與該盒體11固定並密封蓋住該水泵腔室101的開口,該水泵蓋13的內側固定有一水泵42,該水泵42的一輸出軸上固定有一葉輪43,該葉輪43位於該水泵腔室101中並由該水泵42帶動轉動。在本實施例中,該水泵蓋13的內側凸設有一凸部131,該凸部131與該水泵腔室101相適配,該凸部131嵌入該水泵腔室101中,且該凸部131的表面凹設有一凹位108,該水泵42嵌於該凹位108中固定;並且,該凸部131呈圓臺狀;以及,該水泵蓋13與該盒體11之間夾設有一密封圈14;在本實施例中,該水泵蓋13的內側凹設有一環形定位槽109,該環形定位槽109位於該凸部131的週邊,該密封圈14嵌於該環形定位槽109中固定;此外,該水泵蓋13上開設有多數個第一固定孔110,該盒體11上開設有多數個第二固定孔(圖中未示),再以多數個一固定螺栓(圖中未示)穿過第一固定孔110而與第二固定孔固定連接,以便根據需要將該水泵蓋13拆卸取下對該水泵42和葉輪43等進行維護,為使用帶來便利。
另外,上述該第一集水盒10和該第二集水盒20之前連接有兩風扇支撐件50,該兩風扇支撐件50左右設置,該多個排管30位於兩風扇支撐件50之間,以使得本產品整體結構更加的穩固,並可安裝固定風扇。
詳述本實施例的工作原理如下:
使用時,將出水管(未圖示)連接與該水泵腔室101連通的水管接頭41,將進水管(未圖示)連接另一水管接頭41,帶有熱量的水從進水管輸出並經過對應的水管接頭41輸入至該進水腔室102中;然後,流經對應的該排管30進入該第二集水盒20中,再經過另外的排管30進入該出水腔室103,並通過該流道106進入該水泵腔室101中;此時,該水泵42啟動並帶動葉輪43高速運轉,使得進入到該水泵腔室101中的水加壓從對應的水管接頭41輸出進入出水管;因此,水在流經第該一集水盒10、該第二集水盒20和各該排管30的過程中,熱量被吸收,從而實現降溫散熱,且該水泵42加快了水在該第一集水盒10、第二集水盒20和各排管30中的流動,有效提高散熱效率。
請參照圖4所示,其顯示出了本發明內置有水泵的整體腔式水冷排之第二較佳實施例的具體結構,本實施例的具體結構與前述第一較佳實施例的具體結構基本相同,其所不同的是:
在本實施例中,該盒蓋12位於盒體11的後側,且該盒體11上開設有多個安裝槽113,使上述一部分排管30的端部密封安裝在該盒體11的一部分安裝槽113中並與進水腔室102連通,另一部分排管30的端部密封安裝在該盒體11的另一部分安裝槽113中並與出水腔室103連通;該盒蓋12與該盒體11固定並密封蓋住該進水腔室102和該出水腔室103的開口,該盒蓋12內設置有一水泵腔室114,使前述該出水腔室103連通該水泵腔室114,前述該出水孔105連通該水泵腔室114,該水泵蓋13與該盒蓋12固定並密封蓋住水泵腔室114的開口。
本實施例的工作原理與前述第一較佳實施例的工作原理相同,在此對本實施例的工作原理不做詳細敍述。
本發明的設計重點在於:通過在該盒體11內設置有水泵腔室101,並配合設置水泵42、葉輪43和水泵蓋13,以形成密封性好的水泵結構,使得該水泵42與集水盒有機結合;藉此,帶有熱量的水在水冷排的流動速度有效加快,提高了散熱效率,並配合在該盒體11內設置有隔水板111,以將進水口的熱水進行分流,大大延長了水在水冷排內的流動行程,使水能夠有效充分降溫散熱,產品整體散熱效果非常好。
以上所述,僅是本發明的較佳實施例而已,並非對本發明的技術範圍作任何限制,故凡是依據本發明的技術實質對以上實施例所作的任何細微修改、等同變化與修飾,均仍屬於本發明技術方案的範圍內。綜上所述,本發明內置有水泵的整體腔式水冷排,已確具實用性與創作性,其技術手段之運用亦出於新穎無疑,且功效與設計目的誠然符合,已稱合理進步至明。為此,依法提出發明專利申請,惟懇請   鈞局惠予詳審,並賜准專利為禱,至感德便。

Claims (10)

  1. 一種內置有水泵的整體腔式水冷排,其包含一第一集水盒、一第二集水盒以及多個排管;該多個排管的兩端部分別與該第一集水盒和該第二集水盒連通,該多個排管上設置有散熱鰭片,其特徵在於: 該第一集水盒包括一盒體、一盒蓋以及一水泵蓋; 該盒體內設置有一水泵腔室,該盒體內具有一隔水板,該隔水板將該盒體內部分隔成彼此隔絕的一進水腔室和一出水腔室,該出水腔室連通該水泵腔室;該盒體上開設有一進水孔和一出水孔,該進水孔連通該進水腔室,該出水孔連通該水泵腔室,且該進水孔和該出水孔中均密封安裝有一水管接頭; 該盒蓋與該盒體固定並密封蓋住該進水腔室和該出水腔室的開口,該盒蓋上開設有多個安裝槽;該多個排管中一部分排管的端部密封安裝在該盒蓋一部分的該安裝槽中,並通過該安裝槽與該進水腔室連通;該多個排管中另一部分排管的端部密封安裝在該盒蓋另一部分的該安裝槽中,並通過該安裝槽與該出水腔室連通;以及 該水泵蓋與該盒體固定並密封蓋住該水泵腔室的開口,該水泵蓋的內側固定有一水泵,該水泵的一輸出軸上固定有一葉輪,該葉輪位於水泵腔室中並由該水泵帶動轉動。
  2. 一種內置有水泵的整體腔式水冷排,其包含一第一集水盒、一第二集水盒以及多個排管;該多個排管的兩端部分別與該第一集水盒和該第二集水盒連通,該多個排管上設置有散熱鰭片,其特徵在於: 該第一集水盒包括一盒體、一盒蓋以及一水泵蓋; 該盒體內具有一隔水板,該隔水板將該盒體內部分隔成彼此隔絕的一進水腔室和一出水腔室;該盒體上開設有一進水孔和一出水孔,該進水孔連通該進水腔室,且該進水孔和該出水孔中均密封安裝有一水管接頭;該盒體開設有多個安裝槽;該多個排管中一部分排管的端部密封安裝在該盒體一部分的該安裝槽中,並通過該安裝槽與該進水腔室連通;該多個排管中另一部分排管的端部密封安裝在該盒體另一部分的該安裝槽中,並通過該安裝槽與該出水腔室連通; 該盒蓋與該盒體固定並密封蓋住該進水腔室和該出水腔室的開口,該盒蓋內設置有一水泵腔室,該出水腔室連通該水泵腔室,該出水孔連通該水泵腔室;以及 該水泵蓋與該盒蓋固定並密封蓋住該水泵腔室的開口,該水泵蓋的內側固定有一水泵,該水泵的一輸出軸上固定有一葉輪,該葉輪位於該水泵腔室中並由該水泵帶動轉動。
  3. 如請求項1或2所述內置有水泵的整體腔式水冷排,其中該出水腔室中具有一凸台,該水泵腔室一體成型設置並位於該凸台的背面,該凸台上開設有連通該出水腔室和該水泵腔室的一流道。
  4. 如請求項1或2所述內置有水泵的整體腔式水冷排,其中該隔水板焊接或一體成型在該盒體內。
  5. 如請求項1或2所述內置有水泵的整體腔式水冷排,其中該盒體為銅或鋁材質,該盒蓋為散熱金屬,該盒蓋通過焊接與該盒體密封安裝固定。
  6. 如請求項1或2所述內置有水泵的整體腔式水冷排,其中該水管接頭插入該進水孔或該出水孔中並通過焊接與該盒體密封安裝固定。
  7. 如請求項1或2所述內置有水泵的整體腔式水冷排,其中該水泵蓋的內側凸設有一凸部,該凸部與該水泵腔室相適配,該凸部嵌入該水泵腔室中,且該凸部的表面凹設有一凹位,該水泵嵌於該凹位中固定。
  8. 如請求項1或2所述內置有水泵的整體腔式水冷排,其中該水泵蓋與該盒體之間夾設有一密封圈。
  9. 如請求項1或2所述內置有水泵的整體腔式水冷排,其中該水泵蓋上開設有多數個第一固定孔,該盒體上開設有多數個第二固定孔,及多數個固定螺栓穿過該第一固定孔而與該第二固定孔固定連接。
  10. 如請求項1或2所述內置有水泵的整體腔式水冷排,其中該第一集水盒和該第二集水盒之前連接有兩風扇支撐件,該兩風扇支撐件左右設置,該多個排管位於該兩風扇支撐件之間。
