本發明是一種改進的電接合插座10,其內部具有附加結構,以減少安裝時間和安裝錯誤。在製造電接合插座10的部件期間插入附加結構,以避免需要將接合盒中的電線直接手動連接到物理電介面,例如牆壁插口或燈開關。代替電線的手動連接,使用磁性電連接器,可以使有線電連接最小化,從而通過在工作現場將磁性電連接器推到一起而使連接更簡單且沒有錯誤。
現在參考附圖,電連接插座10在兩個實施例中示出。第一實施例示於圖1至圖5,並且示出雙牆壁插口14,即具有兩個電插頭190、194,在圖5中其示出為插入牆壁插口14中。圖6示出第二實施例,示出燈開關18而不是雙牆壁插口14。雙牆壁插口14和燈開關18是帶電「物理使用者介面」的示例。
如本文所使用的,物理使用者介面使使用者能夠控制電線系統,例如在家庭、辦公樓、商業建築、製造工廠、倉庫和具有用於提供電力的電線系統的任何其他結構中發現的電線系統。除 了燈開關18之外的物理使用者介面的示例,如圖6所示,包括接觸按鈕、語音啟動控制、具有無線連接的移動裝置、光水準感測器和啟動照明的計時器。類似地,除了雙牆壁插口14(要成對地安裝到牆壁的兩個插口)之外的物理使用者介面的示例可以是,例如通用服務匯流排(Universal Service Bus,USB)埠。
電接合插座10是接收作為佈線系統的一部分的電纜34的結構。電纜34間接連接到雙牆壁插口14(如圖1至圖5所示)或燈開關18(如圖6所示)。在現有技術的裝置中,通過將電纜34中承載的電線的端部固定到雙牆壁插口14或燈開關18上的柱上,進入電接合插座的電纜直接連接到雙牆壁插口14或直接連接到燈開關18。
電接合插座10包括接合殼體22、介面殼體26和內殼體30。介面殼體26保持物理使用者介面介面,即,如本文所示,雙牆壁插口14(圖1至圖5)或燈開關18(圖6)。內殼體30裝配在接合殼體22內。介面殼體26在插入時也裝配在接合殼體22內,位於內殼體30前面。接合殼體22定向成使得雙牆壁插口14(圖1至圖5)或燈開關18(圖6)(或其他物理使用者介面)可從電接合插座10的外部進入。
接合殼體22通過孔62將電纜34接收到其內部。內殼體30具有形成在其中的槽66,當內殼體30插入接合殼體22中的位置時,該槽跨過孔62和電纜34。
如圖5和圖6中最佳地示出,內殼體30和介面殼體26面向彼此,並且如下面將詳細解釋的,兩者都具有彼此對應的孔。這些孔使得電端子能夠彼此接觸以使電流通過。通過彼此相 對、導電端子位於其間的磁體施加的磁力使端子彼此壓靠。
保持件固定在磁體的側面,以將它們保持在端子附近。當磁體的極性相反時,保持件還有空間使磁體朝向相對的磁體移動,並且當磁體的極性相同時,例如當介面殼體26未在插入接合殼體22中時正確定向時,磁體稍微遠離另一磁體移動。
如圖3所示,內殼體30可以具有第一端子70、第二端子74和第三端子78。電纜34中可以具有三個電導體,即第一電導體82、第二電導體86和第三電導體90。第一端子70可以任意地相對於第二端子74指定為電氣正端子,並且連接到第一電導體82。然後,第二端子74任意地為電氣負端子,並連接到第二電導體86。第三端子78是中性端子並且連接到第三電導體90,該第三電導體用作電接地。
第一磁體94靠近第一端子70;第二磁體98靠近第二端子74;第三磁體102靠近第三端子78。分別幫助將第一磁體94、第二磁體98和第三磁體102保持在第一端子70、第二端子74和第三端子78附近的是第一保持件106、第二保持件110和第三保持件114。第一保持件106、第二保持件110和第三保持件114僅允許它們相應的磁體的有限移動,因此它們可以分別保持第一磁體94、第二磁體98和第三磁體102的一般位置,但仍然允許它們進行較小的移動,即允許電流分別流過第一端子70、第二端子74和第三端子78的那些移動,並且僅當接合殼體22以適當的方向完全插入時。與內殼體30一樣,介面殼體26具有相同的端子、磁體和保持件的佈置,但是面向內殼體30定向。
介面殼體26具有第四孔116、第五孔120和第六孔 124。在第四孔116處是第四端子118。第五端子122在第五孔120處。第六端子126在第六孔124處。
完成介面殼體26(參見圖5)和內殼體30上的對稱性,由第四保持件154保持的第四磁體142支撐第四端子118;由第五保持件158保持的第五磁體146支撐第五端子122;並且由第六保持件162保持的第六磁體150支撐第六端子126。
第四端子118、第五端子122和第六端子126也連接到物理介面裝置,即,如圖5所示的雙牆壁插口14,如圖6所示的燈開關18。第四端子118附接到第一插口連接166。第二端子122附接到第二插口連接170。第三端子126附接到雙牆壁插口14或燈開關18的金屬表面174以用於中線接地。
電線系統領域的技術人員將理解,在不脫離本發明的精神和範圍的情況下,可以在前面的描述中進行許多修改和替換。

Claims (13)

  1. 一種電接合插座,包括:a)內殼體,具有第一壁,所述第一壁中形成有第一孔、第二孔和第三孔;b)第一磁性電端子,位於所述第一壁的所述第一孔處,所述第一磁性電端子具有:位於所述第一孔處的第一端子,第一磁體,及第一保持件,所述第一保持件保持所述第一磁體抵靠所述第一孔處的所述第一端子;及c)第二磁性電端子,位於所述第一壁的所述第二孔處,所述第二磁性電端子具有:位於所述第二孔處的第二端子,第二磁體,及第二保持件,所述第二保持件保持所述第二磁體抵靠所述第二孔處的所述第二端子;及d)介面殼體,具有面向所述第一壁的第二壁,所述第二壁中形成有第四孔、第五孔和第六孔;e)第四磁性電端子,位於所述第二壁的所述第四孔處,所述第四磁性電端子面向所述第一磁性電端子,所述第四磁性電端子具有:位於所述第四孔處的第四端子,第四磁體,第四保持件,所述第四保持件保持所述第四磁體抵靠所述第四孔處的所述第四端子,及 f)第五磁性電端子,位於所述第二壁的所述第五孔處,所述第五磁性電端子面向所述第二磁性電端子,所述第五磁性電端子具有:位於所述第五孔處的第五端子,第五磁體,及第五保持件,所述第五保持件保持所述第五磁體抵靠所述第五孔處的所述第五端子;以及g)電纜,具有第一電導體和第二電導體,所述第一電導體連接到所述第一磁性電端子的所述第一端子,所述第二電導體連接到所述第二磁性電端子的所述第二端子。
  2. 如請求項1之電接合插座,更包括位於所述介面殼體中的開關,所述開關與所述第四端子和所述第五端子電連接。
