Abstract
一種軟性薄層物,包含一軟性片體,該軟性片體包括兩相反的第一表面及第二表面,該軟性片體界定出多個延伸穿過該第一表面及該第二表面的微孔,並於每一微孔形成有多個延伸部及一中心部。該等延伸部自該微孔外周緣向內延伸且彼此相間隔,該中心部連接該等延伸部且與該微孔外周緣相間隔。其中,當水氣通過該等微孔時,該中心部朝向一遠離該第一表面的方向移動,並帶動該等延伸部傾斜遠離該第一表面,有助於透氣散熱;當無水氣通過該等微孔時,該等延伸部及該中心部位在同一平面,可維持該軟性薄層物的平整。
Description
本發明是有關於一種軟性薄層物,特別是指一種形成有多個延伸部及一中心部的軟性薄層物。
一般軟性薄層物(例如:衣物、布料)可透過破孔形成多個微孔,以產生或增強透氣散熱性能。然而,水氣僅能以朝向該等微孔的單一方向通過,且該軟性薄層物的透氣散熱性能無法因應水氣通過與否而有所調整。
因此,本發明之目的,即在提供一種軟性薄層物,可以克服上述先前技術的缺點。
於是,本發明軟性薄層物包含一軟性片體,該軟性片體包括兩相反的第一表面及第二表面,該軟性片體界定出多個延伸穿過該第一表面及該第二表面的微孔,並於每一微孔形成有多個延伸部及一中心部。該等延伸部自該微孔外周緣向內延伸且彼此相間隔,該中心部連接該等延伸部且與該微孔外周緣相間隔。其中,當水氣通過該等微孔時,該中心部朝向一遠離該第一表面的方向移動,並帶動該等延伸部傾斜遠離該第一表面;當無水氣通過該等微孔時,該等延伸部及該中心部位在同一平面。
本發明之功效在於:當水氣通過時,本發明軟性薄層物有助於透氣散熱;當無水氣通過時,可維持該軟性薄層物的平整。
以下將就本發明內容進行詳細說明:
較佳地,該軟性薄層物的材質是選自於織布、不織布或塑膠。
較佳地,每一微孔的直徑範圍為20mm至20,000mm。
較佳地,當水氣通過該微孔時,該等延伸部及該中心部共同圍繞界定出一凸出於該第一表面的凸伸空間,且該凸伸空間呈一漏斗形。
較佳地,該等延伸部排列成放射狀。
在本發明的部分實施例中,該中心部呈一圓形。
在本發明的部分實施例中,該中心部呈一中空環形。
較佳地,每一中心部具有一外環區,並形成有多個自該外環區內周緣向內延伸且彼此相間隔的延伸區及一連接該等延伸區且與該外環區內周緣相間隔的中心區;其中,當水氣通過該等微孔時,該中心區朝向一遠離該外環區的方向移動,並帶動該等延伸區傾斜遠離該外環區;當無水氣通過該等微孔時,該等延伸區及該中心區位在同一平面。
在本發明中,該等延伸部的數目可為兩個或三個以上。在本發明的具體實施例中,該等延伸部的數目為四個。
在本發明被詳細描述之前,應當注意在以下的說明內容中,類似的元件是以相同的編號來表示。
本發明將就以下實施例來作進一步說明,但應瞭解的是,該等實施例僅為例示說明之用,而不應被解釋為本發明實施之限制。
參閱圖1,本發明軟性薄層物之一第一實施例,包含一軟性片體1,該軟性片體1包括兩相反的第一表面11及第二表面12,該軟性片體1界定出多個延伸穿過該第一表面11及該第二表面12的微孔10,並於每一微孔10形成有多個延伸部2及一中心部3。該等延伸部2自該微孔10外周緣向內延伸且彼此相間隔,該中心部3連接該等延伸部2且與該微孔10外周緣相間隔。該等延伸部2排列成放射狀。在該第一實施例中,該中心部3呈一圓形,但不限於此,可視需求調整為其他形狀,例如一多邊形。
該第一實施例可由包含以下步驟的方法製得:將一材質為織布、不織布或塑膠的軟性片體1利用雷射、模具或水針破孔,以形成該等微孔10、該等延伸部2及該等中心部3。值得一提的是,該軟性片體1亦可為織布、不織布或塑膠的組合,進而形成一複合體。此外,該等微孔10的直徑範圍可為20mm至20,000mm之間調整,並可在該軟性片體1形成固定大小排列或是不同大小排列的微孔態樣,端視使用者需求而定。
當無水氣通過該等微孔10時,該等延伸部2及該中心部3位在同一平面。
參閱圖2,當水氣通過該第一實施例的該等微孔10時,該中心部3朝向一遠離該第一表面11的方向移動(在圖2中為朝下),並帶動該等延伸部2傾斜遠離該第一表面11,且些微牽動軟性片體1在該等微孔10周圍的平面;此時,該等延伸部2及該中心部3共同圍繞界定出一凸出於該第一表面11的凸伸空間101,且該凸伸空間101呈一漏斗形。隨後,水氣通過兩相鄰延伸部2之間,以穿透該軟性片體1。
另一方面,當水氣是朝不同方向通過該等微孔10時,該中心部3即會分別依水氣方向朝向遠離該第一表面11之方向移動,此時,該等延伸部2及該中心部3所共同圍繞界定出凸出於該第一表面11的凸伸空間101,將會形成於不同位置(見圖3)。
參閱圖4至圖7,本發明軟性薄層物之一第二實施例與該第一實施例相似,差異之處在於在該第二實施例中,該中心部3呈一中空環形,以利水氣穿透該軟性片體1。
參閱圖6,當無水氣通過該等微孔10時,該等延伸部2及該中心部3位在同一平面。
參閱圖5及圖7,當水氣通過該第二實施例的該等微孔10時,該中心部3朝向一遠離該第一表面11的方向移動(在圖4及圖6中為朝下),並帶動該等延伸部2傾斜遠離該第一表面11,且些微牽動軟性片體1在該等微孔10周圍的平面;此時,該等延伸部2及該中心部3共同圍繞界定出一凸出於該第一表面11的凸伸空間101,且該凸伸空間101呈一漏斗形。隨後,水氣通過兩相鄰延伸部2之間,以穿透該軟性片體1。
參閱圖8,本發明軟性薄層物之一第三實施例與該第一實施例相似,差異之處在於在該第三實施例中,每一中心部3具有一外環區31,並形成有多個延伸區32及一中心區33。該等延伸區32自該外環區31內周緣向內延伸且彼此相間隔,該中心區33連接該等延伸區32且與該外環區31內周緣相間隔。該等延伸區32排列成放射狀。
當無水氣通過該等微孔10時,該等延伸部2及該中心部3位在同一平面,且該等延伸區32及該中心區33位在同一平面。
參閱圖9,當水氣通過該第三實施例的該等微孔10時,該中心部3朝向一遠離該第一表面11的方向移動(在圖8中為朝下),並帶動該等延伸部2傾斜遠離該第一表面11,且些微牽動軟性片體1在該等微孔10周圍的平面,該中心區33朝向一遠離該外環區31的方向移動(在圖8中為朝下),並帶動該等延伸區32傾斜遠離該外環區31;此時,該等延伸部2及該中心部3共同圍繞界定出一凸出於該第一表面11的凸伸空間101,且該凸伸空間101呈一漏斗形。隨後,水氣通過兩相鄰延伸部2之間,以穿透該軟性片體1。
綜上所述,當水氣通過該等微孔10時,本發明軟性薄層物的該中心部3移動並帶動該等延伸部2傾斜,並形成凸出於該第一表面11的凸伸空間101,有助於透氣散熱;當無水氣通過該等微孔10時,該等延伸部2及該中心部3位在同一平面,可維持該軟性薄層物的平整,故確實能達成本發明之目的。

Claims (9)
- 一種軟性薄層物,包含: 一軟性片體,包括兩相反的第一表面及第二表面,該軟性片體界定出多個延伸穿過該第一表面及該第二表面的微孔,並於每一微孔形成有多個自該微孔外周緣向內延伸且彼此相間隔的延伸部及一連接該等延伸部且與該微孔外周緣相間隔的中心部; 其中,當水氣通過該等微孔時,該中心部朝向一遠離該第一表面的方向移動,並帶動該等延伸部傾斜遠離該第一表面;當無水氣通過該等微孔時,該等延伸部及該中心部位在同一平面。
- 如請求項1所述的軟性薄層物,其材質是選自於織布、不織布或塑膠。
- 如請求項1所述的軟性薄層物,其中,每一微孔的直徑範圍為20mm至20,000mm。
- 如請求項1所述的軟性薄層物,其中,當水氣通過該微孔時,該等延伸部及該中心部共同圍繞界定出一凸出於該第一表面的凸伸空間,且該凸伸空間呈一漏斗形。
- 如請求項1所述的軟性薄層物,其中,該等延伸部排列成放射狀。
- 如請求項1所述的軟性薄層物,其中,該中心部呈一圓形。
