Description

連接式發泡膠塊
一種膠塊結構，尤指發泡膠塊疊上一層有連接片之中間層片者。
一般發泡膠塊製成運動員衣褲上的防撞層，每個發泡膠塊為獨立，容易產生脫落之缺點，且表面成平滑狀，例如專利證書號M317915，專利名稱為橡膠發泡膠墊透氣構造改良，其發泡膠塊之表面成平滑，以致接觸皮膚的發泡膠塊表面透氣通風性不足，且由於發泡膠塊之表面的平滑，造成摩擦力降低之缺點。
一般透氣織布上貼黏多數個獨立的發泡膠塊，可當運動員衣褲上的防撞層，然發泡膠塊之表面常成平滑，致接觸皮膚的發泡膠塊表面透氣通風性不足，又由於發泡膠塊之表面的平滑，造成摩擦力降低，且每個發泡膠塊為獨立，容易產生脫落之缺點，本創作除在發泡膠塊之表面形成至少一處疊成的凹坑外，尚在底層發泡膠塊上面設置中間層，中間層有連接片連接中間層的每一部份，如此大幅改善發泡膠塊容易脫落之缺點，又可以大幅改善運動員衣褲上防撞層的透氣通風性能及摩擦力，中間層片上面可疊上 至少一片表層片，中間層片上方表面與表層片下方表面互相接觸連結，並設有底層發泡膠塊疊在中間層片下方，中間層片下方表面與底層發泡膠塊上方表面互相接觸連結，形成底層發泡膠塊疊在最下方，中間層片疊在中間，表層片疊在最上方。

請參閱第一圖、第二圖及第三圖，本創作在底層發泡膠塊(10)上面設置中間層片(11)，該中間層片(11)有連接片(13)連接該中間層片(11)的每一部份，該中間層片(11)之上面設置表層片(12)，該表層片(12)上有至少一孔(14)，在中間層片(11)上也至少有一孔(15)；底層發泡膠塊(10)上也可設置或不設置至少一孔。疊合底層發泡膠塊(10)，中間層片(11)及表層片(12)後，可在上、下表面黏貼一般透氣織布即可成為一般防撞用的膠墊。本創作可重覆連接延伸。發泡膠塊(10)可為任一形狀。

Claims (7)

  1. 一種連接式發泡膠塊，包括：一底層發泡膠塊，該底層發泡膠塊上面疊上中間層片，底層發泡膠塊上方表面與中間層片下方表面互相接觸連結，底層發泡膠塊在下方而中間層片在上方，該各中間層片間設有連接片連接各中間層片；至少一中間層片，該中間層片疊在底層發泡膠塊之上面，底層發泡膠塊上方表面與中間層片下方表面互相接觸連結，該中間層片有連接片連接該中間層片的每一部份。
  2. 依申請專利範圍第1項所述之連接式發泡膠塊，其中，中間層片上面可疊上至少一片表層片，中間層片上方表面與表層片下方表面互相接觸連結，並設有底層發泡膠塊疊在中間層片下方，中間層片下方表面與底層發泡膠塊上方表面互相接觸連結，形成底層發泡膠塊疊在最下方，中間層片疊在中間，表層片疊在最上方。
  3. 依申請專利範圍第2項所述之連接式發泡膠塊，其中，表層片上可設置至少一個孔。
  4. 依申請專利範圍第1項所述之連接式發泡膠塊，其中，中間層片上可設置至少一個孔。
  5. 依申請專利範圍第1項所述之連接式發泡膠塊，其中，底層發泡膠塊上可任何形狀並設置至少一個孔。
  6. 依申請專利範圍第1項所述之連接式發泡膠塊，其中，可在疊合後的底層發泡膠塊及中間層片之上、下表面黏貼透氣織布，而形成一般防撞用的膠墊。
  7. 依申請專利範圍第1項或第2項所述之連接式發泡膠塊，其中，可在疊合後的底層發泡膠塊、中間層片及表層片之上、下表面黏貼透氣織布，而形成一般防撞用的膠墊。
