Abstract

本发明涉及婴幼儿爬行垫，尤其是涉及一种直立棉爬行垫，该直立棉爬行垫包括直立棉中间层（1），所述直立棉中间层（1）的上侧和下侧至少一侧设有发泡材料层（2），所述直立棉中间层（1）和所述发泡材料层（2）之间还设有防水透湿膜（3）。本发明通过直立棉的高弹性和透气的特点，改善了爬行垫的回弹性能和透气性能，使爬行垫手感舒适；另外通过防水透湿薄膜起到透气透湿阻水的效果，避免爬行垫滋生细菌、螨虫，使用更加安全、卫生。本发明的直立棉爬行垫柔软舒适，可卷曲，可水洗，耐用可靠，相较于传统的爬行垫具有显著的优势。

直立棉爬行垫
技术领域
本发明涉及婴幼儿爬行垫，尤其涉及采用直立棉制作的爬行垫。
背景技术
婴儿爬行垫起源于日韩，并在日韩市场上趋于成熟，中国市场的认知度也正逐步形成。婴儿爬行垫现在有很多别名，婴儿爬爬垫，宝宝游戏垫，宝宝活动垫，其实都是指婴儿爬行垫。
传统的婴儿爬行用品一般是毛毯，被褥，但是这些用品有许多问题：厚重，不容易携带；易脏，清洗费时费力；吸湿，容易返潮。而目前市面上大量销售的爬行垫一般由EPE和保鲜膜组合而成，中层为EPE（珍珠发泡棉，一种无味环保材料，常用于食品包装），表层为保鲜膜（一种环保彩膜，用于图案印刷）。这种爬行垫克服了传统爬行用品的问题，但也存在着透气透湿性差，回弹性不足，以及手感较硬等缺陷。
发明内容
有鉴于此，为了解决克服现有技术的缺陷，本发明的目的是开发一种具有高回弹性、手感舒适和透气透湿性较好的爬行垫。
为实现上述目的，本发明采用以下技术方案。
一种直立棉爬行垫，其特征在于：包括直立棉中间层，所述直立棉中间层的上侧和下侧至少一侧设有发泡材料层，所述直立棉中间层和所述发泡材料层之间还设有防水透湿膜。
优选地，所述直立棉中间层的上侧和下侧都设有所述的发泡材料层。
优选地，所述防水透湿膜为PU薄膜或TPU薄膜。
其中，所述发泡材料层为PE发泡层、EVA发泡层或PVC发泡层。
为了提升透气性，并且起到防硌、透湿气的效果，所述发泡材料层的表面还密布有透气孔。
优选地，所述直立棉爬行垫的边缘通过带孔面料包缝连接，所述带孔面料可以为三明治布料或者鸟眼布面料。采用三明治布料或鸟眼布面料包缝，有利于侧边透气。
由于采用上述技术方案，本发明的直立棉爬行垫，具有以下优点：
（1）以直立棉中间层为基础，利用直立棉的高弹透气性能，有效提升了爬行垫的回弹性和柔软的手感，提高了产品的柔软舒适度；
（2）上下两侧的发泡材料层和直立棉中间层之间设置防水透湿膜，既能够防止水进入直立棉中间层，又能够确保爬行垫使用时具有较好的透气透湿功能，不易滋生细菌螨虫，使用更加卫生；
（3）本发明的直立棉爬行垫还可进行收卷，可水洗，十分耐用和可靠。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明优选的实施方式进行详细说明。
请参阅图1和2，本实施例的一种直立棉爬行垫，包括直立棉中间层1和分别设置在直立棉中间层1的上下两侧的发泡材料层2，直立棉中间层1和发泡材料层2之间还设有防水透湿膜3。
本实施例中，直立棉中间层1采用高弹高密直立棉制作而成，具有高回弹性，手感舒适，透气性好。发泡材料层2为PE发泡层、EVA发泡层或PVC发泡层。其中，防水透湿膜3为PU或TPU薄膜，TPU薄膜可阻水，但是可透湿气，具有防水、透气、透湿功能。
如图1所示，发泡材料层2的表面还密布有透气孔21，起到防硌、透湿气的效果。
如图2所示，本实施例中，直立棉爬行垫的边缘通过三明治布料4包缝连接，有利于侧边透气。在其他实施例中，爬行垫的边缘可采用鸟眼布面料包缝，达到同样的透气效果；还可以采用其他带孔面料进行包缝。
本实施例的直立棉爬行垫具有回弹性好、手感舒适、透气透湿的优点，而且可水洗，使用安全、卫生。
由于爬行垫在使用时，通常一面朝上作为婴幼儿爬行的支撑面，另一面朝向贴合在地面。因此，在其他实施例中，直立棉中间层1的下侧可不设置发泡材料层2和防水透湿膜3，而直接设置一层耐磨底层，耐磨底层可采用橡胶底层、硅胶底层等。
上述实施例只为说明本发明的技术构思及特点，其目的在于让熟悉此项技术的人士能够了解本发明的内容并据以实施，并不能以此限制本发明的保护范围，凡根据本发明精神实质所作的等效变化或修饰，都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (7)

1.一种直立棉爬行垫，其特征在于：包括直立棉中间层（1），所述直立棉中间层（1）的上侧和下侧至少一侧设有发泡材料层（2），所述直立棉中间层（1）和所述发泡材料层（2）之间还设有防水透湿膜（3）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的直立棉爬行垫，其特征在于：所述直立棉中间层（1）的上侧和下侧都设有所述的发泡材料层（2）。
3.根据权利要求1所述的直立棉爬行垫，其特征在于：所述防水透湿膜（3）为PU薄膜或TPU薄膜。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的直立棉爬行垫，其特征在于：所述发泡材料层（2）为PE发泡层、EVA发泡层或PVC发泡层。
5.根据权利要求1所述的直立棉爬行垫，其特征在于：所述发泡材料层（2）的表面还密布有透气孔（21）。
6.根据权利要求1所述的直立棉爬行垫，其特征在于：所述直立棉爬行垫的边缘通过带孔面料包缝连接。
7.根据权利要求6所述的直立棉爬行垫，其特征在于：所述带孔面料为三明治面料或者鸟眼布面料。
