防水透气型羽绒服面料
技术领域
本发明涉及羽绒服技术领域，具体涉及防水透气型羽绒服面料。
背景技术
羽绒是迄今为止最好的用于人类保暖的天然材料，经过洗涤、干燥、分级等工艺处理以后，被人们制成羽绒服。跟人造材料相比，羽绒的保暖能力是一般人造材料的三倍。
高档次羽绒服一般选用90%以上的白鹅绒或90%以上的白鸭绒，真正的90%以上的羽绒服保暖性强，蓬松度又高，羽绒服穿着又轻，又舒适。一般使用含绒量90%羽绒，充绒量230g~320g的羽绒服才适应在北方零下20度~零下30度左右的环境。羽绒服如果用手摸，如果摸得出很多毛杆的话绝对不是90%羽绒，如果羽绒服用手压这然后把手放开的话，90%羽绒很快就蓬松起来回复原来状态，如果用手压一下然后放手羽绒服还是扁扁的样子的话！可能您购买的羽绒服没有达到90%羽绒，充绒量也不够，保暖性也很低。
羽绒服面料种类，高级TC布，目前市场上销售的羽绒服大多以尼龙塔夫绸和TC布为主，一般纱支密度在230T以上，250T为最佳，230T以下则很难保证绒毛不外钻。
迄今为止，所有的防水薄膜面料都须加一层PU层以免受人体脂肪、油脂或洗涤剂对其的损伤，但PU的缺陷是它吸潮后保持了潮湿而不排湿，导致人体体温过低。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足，提供一种确保水份散发无阻的防水透气型羽绒服面料。
为实现上述目的，本发明采用的技术方案是：它包含外层防水透气面料、保暖填充层、内层防水透气面料；所述的外层防水透气面料内设置有保暖填充层，保暖填充层内设置有内层防水透气面料；所述的外层防水透气面料和内层防水透气面料由微孔防水薄膜和主动导湿膜构成；所述的微孔防水薄膜的内表面设置有主动导湿膜。
作为优选，所述的微孔防水薄膜与主动导湿膜采用压合工艺压合而成。
作为优选，所述的微孔防水薄膜为聚四氟乙烯防水薄膜。
本发明的原理为：湿气、水份不通过薄膜吸收而直接排出；由于温差已不再是其功能实现的必要条件，不需任何时间间隔，气流立即高性能水平地传导。
采用上述结构后，本发明产生的有益效果为：本发明所述的防水透气型羽绒服面料，始终保持敞开确保水份散发无阻，可防止衣服的内层被汗湿从而有效地保护了人体的体温不至过低，本发明具有结构简单、设置合理、制作成本低等优点。

本具体实施方式采用如下技术方案：它包含外层防水透气面料、保暖填充层、内层防水透气面料；所述的外层防水透气面料内设置有保暖填充层，保暖填充层内设置有内层防水透气面料；所述的外层防水透气面料和内层防水透气面料由微孔防水薄膜和主动导湿膜构成；所述的微孔防水薄膜的内表面设置有主动导湿膜。
作为优选，所述的微孔防水薄膜与主动导湿膜采用压合工艺压合而成。
作为优选，所述的微孔防水薄膜为聚四氟乙烯防水薄膜。
