Abstract
The present invention is related to a seamless patched down jacked and the method of making thereof, comprising a shell, a lining and a down. The down is fit between the shell and the lining, wherein the shell is arranged into several down areas and patching areas without seams on the shell. The method of making comprises steps of making pattern, cutting, making the jacket, down filling, and sewing assisting material steps by using seamless patching technique. The shell is separated into patching areas and down areas, wherein each down area is filled with down. Seamless patching of the shell solves the problem of that down comes out from the seam, improves the look of the jacket in whole, and avoids the water coming through from the seam. By using material that is water proof, wind resistant and moist guiding for shell, the down jacket would have better water proof ability, preventing wind to go through and air circulation to loose the energy which provide better warm keeping function.
