Abstract
一种软性薄层物,包含软性片体,该软性片体包括两相反的第一表面及第二表面,该软性片体界定出多个延伸穿过该第一表面及该第二表面的微孔,并于每一微孔形成有多个延伸部及一个中心部。所述延伸部自该微孔外周缘向内延伸且彼此相间隔,该中心部连接所述延伸部且与该微孔外周缘相间隔。其中,当水气通过所述微孔时,该中心部朝向远离该第一表面的方向移动,并带动所述延伸部倾斜远离该第一表面,有助于透气散热;当无水气通过所述微孔时,所述延伸部及该中心部位于同一个平面,可维持该软性薄层物的平整。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种软性薄层物,特别是涉及一种形成有多个延伸部及一个中心部的软性薄层物。
背景技术
一般软性薄层物(例如:衣物、布料)可通过破孔形成多个微孔,以产生或增强透气散热性能。然而,水气仅能以朝向所述微孔的单一方向通过,且该软性薄层物的透气散热性能无法因应水气通过与否而有所调整。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种软性薄层物,可以克服上述背景技术的缺点。
本发明的软性薄层物包含软性片体,该软性片体包括两相反的第一表面及第二表面,该软性片体界定出多个延伸穿过该第一表面及该第二表面的微孔,并于每一微孔形成有多个延伸部及一个中心部。所述延伸部自该微孔外周缘向内延伸且彼此相间隔,该中心部连接所述延伸部且与该微孔外周缘相间隔。其中,当水气通过所述微孔时,该中心部朝向远离该第一表面的方向移动,并带动所述延伸部倾斜远离该第一表面;当无水气通过所述微孔时,所述延伸部及该中心部位于同一个平面。
本发明的有益效果在于:当水气通过时,本发明软性薄层物有助于透气散热;当无水气通过时,可维持该软性薄层物的平整。
以下将就本发明内容进行详细说明:
优选地,该软性薄层物的材质是选自于织布、不织布或塑料。
优选地,每一微孔的直径范围为20μm至20,000μm。
优选地,当水气通过该微孔时,所述延伸部及该中心部共同围绕界定出凸出于该第一表面的凸伸空间,且该凸伸空间呈漏斗形。
优选地,所述延伸部排列成放射状。
在本发明的部分实施例中,该中心部呈圆形。
在本发明的部分实施例中,该中心部呈中空环形。
优选地,每一中心部具有一个外环区,并形成有多个自该外环区内周缘向内延伸且彼此相间隔的延伸区及一个连接所述延伸区且与该外环区内周缘相间隔的中心区;其中,当水气通过所述微孔时,该中心区朝向远离该外环区的方向移动,并带动所述延伸区倾斜远离该外环区;当无水气通过所述微孔时,所述延伸区及该中心区位于同一个平面。
在本发明中,所述延伸部的数目可为两个或至少三个。在本发明的具体实施例中,所述延伸部的数目为四个。

具体实施方式
在本发明被详细描述前,应当注意在以下的说明内容中,类似的元件是以相同的编号来表示。
本发明将就以下实施例来作进一步说明,但应了解的是,所述实施例仅为例示说明用,而不应被解释为本发明实施的限制。
参阅图1,本发明软性薄层物的第一实施例,包含软性片体1,该软性片体1包括两相反的第一表面11(见图2)及第二表面12,该软性片体1界定出多个延伸穿过该第一表面11及该第二表面12的微孔10,并于每一微孔10形成有多个延伸部2及一个中心部3。所述延伸部2自该微孔10外周缘向内延伸且彼此相间隔,该中心部3连接所述延伸部2且与该微孔10外周缘相间隔。所述延伸部2排列成放射状。在该第一实施例中,该中心部3呈圆形,但不限于此,可视需求调整为其他形状,例如多边形。
该第一实施例可由包含以下步骤的方法制得:将材质为织布、不织布或塑料的软性片体1利用激光、模具或水针破孔,以形成所述微孔10、所述延伸部2及所述中心部3。值得一提的是,该软性片体1也可为织布、不织布或塑料的组合,进而形成复合体。此外,所述微孔10的直径范围可为20μm至20,000μm间调整,并可在该软性片体1形成固定大小排列或是不同大小排列的微孔态样,端视使用者需求而定。
当无水气通过所述微孔10时,所述延伸部2及该中心部3位于同一个平面。
参阅图2,当水气通过该第一实施例的所述微孔10时,该中心部3朝向远离该第一表面11的方向移动(在图2中为朝下),并带动所述延伸部2倾斜远离该第一表面11,且些微牵动软性片体1在所述微孔10周围的平面;此时,所述延伸部2及该中心部3共同围绕界定出凸出于该第一表面11的凸伸空间101,且该凸伸空间101呈漏斗形。随后,水气通过两相邻延伸部2间,以穿透该软性片体1。
另一方面,当水气是朝不同方向通过所述微孔10时,该中心部3即会分别依水气方向朝向远离该第一表面11的方向移动,此时,所述延伸部2及该中心部3所共同围绕界定出凸出于该第一表面11的凸伸空间101,将会形成于不同位置(见图3)。
参阅图4至图7,本发明软性薄层物的第二实施例与该第一实施例相似,差异处在于在该第二实施例中,该中心部3呈中空环形,以利水气穿透该软性片体1。
参阅图6,当无水气通过所述微孔10时,所述延伸部2及该中心部3位于同一个平面。
参阅图5及图7,当水气通过该第二实施例的所述微孔10时,该中心部3朝向远离该第一表面11的方向移动(在图5及图7中为朝下),并带动所述延伸部2倾斜远离该第一表面11,且些微牵动软性片体1在所述微孔10周围的平面;此时,所述延伸部2及该中心部3共同围绕界定出凸出于该第一表面11的凸伸空间101,且该凸伸空间101呈漏斗形。随后,水气通过两相邻延伸部2间,以穿透该软性片体1。
参阅图8,本发明软性薄层物的第三实施例与该第一实施例相似,差异处在于在该第三实施例中,每一中心部3具有一个外环区31,并形成有多个延伸区32及一个中心区33。所述延伸区32自该外环区31内周缘向内延伸且彼此相间隔,该中心区33连接所述延伸区32且与该外环区31内周缘相间隔。所述延伸区32排列成放射状。
当无水气通过所述微孔10时,所述延伸部2及该中心部3位于同一个平面,且所述延伸区32及该中心区33位于同一个平面。
参阅图9,当水气通过该第三实施例的所述微孔10时,该中心部3朝向远离该第一表面11的方向移动(在图9中为朝下),并带动所述延伸部2倾斜远离该第一表面11,且些微牵动软性片体1在所述微孔10周围的平面,该中心区33朝向远离该外环区31的方向移动(在图9中为朝下),并带动所述延伸区32倾斜远离该外环区31;此时,所述延伸部2及该中心部3共同围绕界定出凸出于该第一表面11的凸伸空间101,且该凸伸空间101呈漏斗形。随后,水气通过两相邻延伸部2间,以穿透该软性片体1。
综上所述,当水气通过所述微孔10时,本发明软性薄层物的该中心部3移动并带动所述延伸部2倾斜,并形成凸出于该第一表面11的凸伸空间101,有助于透气散热;当无水气通过所述微孔10时,所述延伸部2及该中心部3位于同一个平面,可维持该软性薄层物的平整,所以确实能达成本发明的目的。

Claims (8)
1.一种软性薄层物,其特征在于其包含:
软性片体,包括两相反的第一表面及第二表面,该软性片体界定出多个延伸穿过该第一表面及该第二表面的微孔,并于每一微孔形成有多个自该微孔外周缘向内延伸且彼此相间隔的延伸部及一个连接所述延伸部且与该微孔外周缘相间隔的中心部;
其中,当水气通过所述微孔时,该中心部朝向远离该第一表面的方向移动,并带动所述延伸部倾斜远离该第一表面;当无水气通过所述微孔时,所述延伸部及该中心部位于同一个平面;
当水气通过该微孔时,所述延伸部及该中心部共同围绕界定出凸出于该第一表面的凸伸空间,且该凸伸空间呈漏斗形。
2.根据权利要求1所述的软性薄层物,其特征在于:其材质是选自于织布、不织布或塑料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的软性薄层物,其特征在于:每一微孔的直径范围为20μm至20,000μm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的软性薄层物,其特征在于:所述延伸部排列成放射状。
5.根据权利要求1所述的软性薄层物,其特征在于:该中心部呈圆形。
6.根据权利要求1所述的软性薄层物,其特征在于:该中心部呈中空环形。
7.根据权利要求1所述的软性薄层物,其特征在于:每一中心部具有一个外环区,并形成有多个自该外环区内周缘向内延伸且彼此相间隔的延伸区及一个连接所述延伸区且与该外环区内周缘相间隔的中心区;
其中,当水气通过所述微孔时,该中心区朝向远离该外环区的方向移动,并带动所述延伸区倾斜远离该外环区;当无水气通过所述微孔时,所述延伸区及该中心区位于同一个平面。
8.根据权利要求7所述的软性薄层物,其特征在于:所述延伸区排列成放射状。
