Abstract
本發明關於一種車用卡鉗,其包括一卡鉗本體;複數軸動機構,其可軸向移動地組設於該卡鉗本體之至少同一側;一連動機構,其與該複數軸動機構之至少二者相抵接,該連動機構之作動驅動該至少二軸動機構軸動。
Description
本發明係與卡鉗有關,特別是有關於一種車用卡鉗。
剎車系統關係到騎乘者的人身安全,其係用於例如汽車、自行車、機車等。以自行車為例常見的剎車器有吊煞、C夾、V夾及卡鉗等等。其中,卡鉗常用於較高性能之自行車上,而卡鉗又可分為油壓式及機械式,由於油壓式通常較貴,故又以機械式較易為入門之初學者所接受,如中國台灣專利號TWI505964等所揭露之自行車卡鉗即屬此類。
在習知此類卡鉗結構中,係靠各元件相互連結作動來驅動來令片相對卡鉗本體移動而夾抵住碟盤,以達到剎車之目的。當車速太快時(例如下坡加速),減速也需要越敏捷,然而,習知技術的卡鉗主要是以單側單活塞推動來令片而夾抵住碟盤,其推抵來令片的面積較小,較難平均的推動來令片夾抵卡鉗,導致夾抵的力量不均,而無法提供較佳的剎車效果。
因此,有必要提供一種新穎且具有進步性之車用卡鉗,以解決上述之問題。
本發明之主要目的在於提供一種車用卡鉗,以同時驅動位於同一側之複數軸動機構。
為達成上述目的,本發明提供一種車用卡鉗,包括:一卡鉗本體;複數軸動機構,其可軸向移動地組設於該卡鉗本體之至少同一側;一連動機構,其與該複數軸動機構之至少二者相抵接,該連動機構之作動驅動該至少二軸動機構軸動。
以下僅以實施例說明本發明可能之實施態樣,然並非用以限制本發明所欲保護之範疇,合先敘明。
請參考圖1至6,其顯示本發明之一較佳實施例,本發明之車用卡鉗1包括一卡鉗本體10、複數軸動機構20及一連動機構30。
該複數軸動機構20可軸向移動地組設於該卡鉗本體10之至少同一側;該連動機構30與該複數軸動機構20之至少二者相抵接,該連動機構30之作動驅動該至少二軸動機構20軸動。如此,以同時驅動位於同一側之複數軸動機構20軸移地供致動至少一來令片組朝一碟盤2移動。例如該複數軸動機構20於同動狀態時可供以較為平均的力夾抵該碟盤2。進一步說明,該連動機構30之作動驅動該至少二複數軸動機構20同步軸動或不同步軸動。於本實施例中,該連動機構30之作動驅動該至少二複數軸動機構20同步軸動。
於本實施例中,該複數軸動機構20組設於該卡鉗本體10之相對二側,該連動機構30與設於該卡鉗本體10各側之至少二該軸動機構20相抵接。進一步說明,該卡鉗本體10相對二側可設置相同數量的軸動機構20,使左右來令片的夾抵力相同;亦可設置相異數量的軸動機構20,依需求使左右來令片具有不同的夾抵力。
該至少二軸動機構20樞接於該卡鉗本體10,該至少二軸動機構20各包括一抵接臂21,該連動機構30包括一與各該抵接臂21樞接之連桿31。於本實施例中,該卡鉗本體10各側之至少二該軸動機構20樞接於該卡鉗本體10且各包括該扺接臂,該卡鉗本體10各側之至少二該軸動機構20分別樞設於該連桿31之相對二側。於其他實施例中,亦可例如以凸輪機構抵接於各該二軸動機構20,或者鍊條機構連接各該二軸動機構20,以連動各該二軸動機構20。詳細地說,該連桿31及至少一該抵接臂21至少一者設有一孔槽、另一者設有一穿樞於該孔槽之凸柱結構;於本實施例中,各該扺接臂設有該孔槽22,該連桿31設有對應各該扺接臂之凸柱結構32,使各該扺接臂與該連桿31可穩定地連接;該孔槽22可為盲孔或貫孔,於本實施例中係以一螺絲穿設該孔槽22並螺接於該凸柱結構32;於其他實施例中該扺接臂及該連桿亦可以卡扣的方式樞接。
此外,該至少二軸動機構20另各包括一連接該抵接臂21之軸動組件23,該扺接臂設有一螺槽24,該軸動組件23係以一螺件40穿設並螺接於該螺槽24而連接該扺接臂,如此各該扺接臂具有較強的結構,且各該軸動機構20可緊固地連接該扺接臂。詳細地說,該軸動組件23包括一可轉動地組設於該卡鉗本體10之致動件231及一容納該致動件231之軸動件232,該致動件231不相對該卡鉗本體10軸向移動,該螺件40穿設該致動件231及該螺槽24,該扺接臂驅動該致動件231轉動以迫抵該軸動件232軸向移動,以薄化該卡鉗本體10。
該連動機構30另設有一可動地供夾持一剎車線3之夾固部33。該夾固部33為一夾固塊。於其他實施例亦可為夾體或片體。於本實施例中,該連動機構30設有一朝該卡鉗本體10長度方向延伸之導槽34及一橫向於該導槽34延伸之凹槽35,該夾固部33可拆卸地螺接於該凹槽35,較佳地該夾固部33設有一導溝331,該導溝331可供容置該剎車線3。進而可調整該夾固部33夾持該剎車線3的鬆緊度,及防止該夾固部33任意移動。於其他實施例中,該夾固部33亦可以卡扣的方式供夾扣該剎車線3。
綜上,本發明之車用卡鉗1透過連動機構30帶動該複數軸動機構20軸動,該複數軸動機構20以達到同動及不同動的目的,進而供推抵來令片多處,使來令片可以供較平均的力夾抵該碟盤2。

Claims (10)
- 一種車用卡鉗,包括: 一卡鉗本體; 複數軸動機構,可軸向移動地組設於該卡鉗本體之至少同一側; 一連動機構,與該複數軸動機構之至少二者相抵接,該連動機構之作動驅動該至少二軸動機構軸動。
- 如請求項1所述的車用卡鉗,其中該連動機構之作動驅動該至少二複數軸動機構同步軸動。
- 如請求項1所述的車用卡鉗,其中該至少二軸動機構樞接於該卡鉗本體,該至少二軸動機構各包括一抵接臂,該連動機構包括一與各該抵接臂樞接之連桿。
- 如請求項1所述的車用卡鉗,其中該複數軸動機構組設於該卡鉗本體之相對二側,該連動機構與設於該卡鉗本體各側之至少二該軸動機構相抵接。
- 如請求項4所述的車用卡鉗,其中該卡鉗本體各側之至少該二軸動機構樞接於該卡鉗本體且各包括一扺接臂,該連動機構包括一連桿,該卡鉗本體各側之至少二該軸動機構分別樞設於該連桿之相對二側。
- 如請求項3或5所述的車用卡鉗,其中該連桿及至少一該抵接臂至少一者設有一孔槽、另一者設有一穿樞於該孔槽之凸柱結構。
- 如請求項1至5其中任一項所述的車用卡鉗,其中該至少二軸動機構另各包括一連接該抵接臂之軸動組件,該扺接臂設有一螺槽,該軸動組件係以一螺件穿設並螺接於該螺槽而連接該扺接臂。
- 如請求項1所述的車用卡鉗,其中該連動機構另設有一可動地供夾持一剎車線之夾固部。
- 如請求項8所述的車用卡鉗,其中該連動機構設有一導槽,該導槽及該夾固部之間供夾設該剎車線。
- 如請求項5所述的車用卡鉗,其中該連動機構之作動驅動該至少二複數軸動機構同步軸動;該連桿及各該抵接臂至少一者設有一孔槽、另一者設有一穿樞於該孔槽之凸柱結構;各該扺接臂設有該孔槽,該連桿設有對應各該扺接臂之凸柱結構;該連桿另設有一可動地供夾持一剎車線之夾固部;該連動機構設有一朝該卡鉗本體長度方向延伸之導槽及一橫向於該導槽延伸之凹槽,該夾固部可拆卸地螺接於該凹槽,該凹槽及該夾固部之間供夾設該剎車線;該夾固部為一夾固塊,該夾固部設有一導溝,該導溝可供容置該剎車線;該至少二軸動機構另各包括一連接該抵接臂之軸動組件,該扺接臂設有一螺槽,該軸動組件係以一螺件穿設並螺接於該螺槽而連接該扺接臂;該軸動組件包括一可轉動地組設於該卡鉗本體之致動件及一容納該致動件之軸動件,該致動件不相對該卡鉗本體軸向移動,該螺件穿設該致動件及該螺槽,該扺接臂驅動該致動件轉動以迫抵該軸動件軸向移動。
