Abstract
一種複合布,包含一布體,以及至少一機能膜。該布體包括二相反的第一表面及第二表面,該布體具有多個貫穿該第一表面及該第二表面的微孔。該至少一機能膜以真空壓膜的方式結合於該布體的第一表面上,該至少一機能膜朝該等微孔凹入以形成多個分別容納於該等微孔的凹入部,且每一凹入部連接於界定出對應的微孔的孔周緣。其中,該至少一機能膜具有功能性成分,以使該複合布具有該至少一機能膜的區域具有特定功能。
Description
本發明是有關於一種布,特別是指一種複合布。
近年來,因應人類穿戴的需求,布料越來越講究具有特殊功能性(例如:防水、涼感、抗紫外線等等),此類布料在製作上,通常是將布體浸入具有此類特殊功能性的成分中以使其結合,但是,此種布料在穿戴時亦會使具有特殊功能性的成分也接觸到人體,可能會對人體造成不良影響,另一方面,布體的耐用性亦有可能因為浸泡過特殊功能性的成分而受到影響,再者,若是以塗布的方式又會因布料表面的起伏而無法均勻分布,而使欲發揮之功能有所折扣且容易剝離。
因此,本發明之其中一目的,即在提供一種能夠解決上述先前技術中至少一問題的複合布。
於是,本發明複合布在一些實施態樣中,是包含一布體,以及至少一機能膜。該布體包括二相反的第一表面及第二表面,該布體具有多個貫穿該第一表面及該第二表面的微孔。該至少一機能膜以真空壓膜的方式結合於該布體的第一表面上,該至少一機能膜朝該等微孔凹入以形成多個分別容納於該等微孔的凹入部,且每一凹入部連接於界定出對應的微孔的孔周緣。其中,該至少一機能膜具有功能性成分,以使該複合布具有該至少一機能膜的區域具有特定功能。
在一些實施態樣中,該至少一機能膜包括多層膜體,該等膜體分別具有不同的功能性成分,以使該複合布具有該至少一機能膜的區域具有多個特定功能。
在一些實施態樣中,包含多個結合於該第一表面上不同區域的機能膜,以使該複合布的多個區域具有特定功能。
在一些實施態樣中,功能性成分為抗紫外線成分、防水成分、透濕成分、抗靜電成分、防潑水成分、涼感成分或是屏蔽電磁波成分。
在一些實施態樣中,該布體是一織布或一不織布。
在一些實施態樣中,該布體包括多個經紗及多個與該等經紗交織的緯紗,以界定出其中的該等微孔。
在一些實施態樣中,每一凹入部形成有一在貫穿該第一表面及該第二表面的方向上貫穿的穿孔。
在一些實施態樣中,該至少一機能膜是由一熱塑性材料為基底並混入對應的功能性成分所製成,該熱塑性材料是選自於聚烯烴、聚酯或熱塑性彈性體。
在一些實施態樣中,該至少一機能膜是由聚氨酯彈性體為基底並混入對應的功能性成分所製成。
本發明至少具有以下功效:藉由摻入功能性成分的該至少一機能膜,使該複合布具有該至少一機能膜的區域具有特定功能,並且透過真空壓膜的方式將該至少一機能膜結合於該布體的第一表面,讓使用者在以第一表面朝外的方式穿戴該複合布時,能避免接觸到摻入功能性成分的該至少一機能膜,另一方面,也使該布體不需浸泡功能性成分而避免其耐用性受影響。
在本發明被詳細描述之前,應當注意在以下的說明內容中,類似的元件是以相同的編號來表示。
參閱圖1與圖2,本發明複合布10之一第一實施例,包含一布體1,以及一機能膜2。
該布體1包括二相反的第一表面11及第二表面12,該布體1具有多個貫穿該第一表面11及該第二表面12的微孔13。在本第一實施例中,該布體1是一織布,且該布體1包括多個經紗14及多個與該等經紗14交織的緯紗15,以界定出其中的該等微孔13,但在其他實施態樣中,該布體1也可以為一不織布或是其他具有微孔13的布料。
在一變化的實施例中,該布體1具有多層的結構。
該機能膜2以真空壓膜的方式結合於該布體1的第一表面11上,該機能膜2朝該等微孔13凹入以形成多個分別容納於該等微孔13的凹入部21,且每一凹入部21連接於界定出對應的微孔13的孔周緣16,進一步地說,於本第一實施例中的孔周緣16即為經紗14以及緯紗15圍繞界定出微孔13之處的紗線表面。其中,該機能膜2具有功能性成分,以使該複合布10具有該機能膜2的區域具有特定功能。在本第一實施例中,該機能膜2是由聚氨酯彈性體為基底並混入功能性成分所製成,但在其他實施態樣中,該機能膜2也可以是由其他熱塑性材料為基底並混入功能性成分所製成,例如該熱塑性材料可選自於聚烯烴、聚酯或熱塑性彈性體,另外,在其他變化實施例中,功能性成分也可以是透過塗層或被覆等方式形成於該機能膜2的表面上,不應以此為限制。
此外,需要說明的是,功能性成分可為抗紫外線成分、防水成分、透濕成分、抗靜電成分、防潑水成分、涼感成分、屏蔽電磁波成分或是其他具有特定功能的成分。製作該機能膜2時,是依照不同的使用需求將對應的功能性成分混入該機能膜2。另外,以上功能性成分的種類僅為舉例,不以此為限制。
詳細地說,在本第一實施例中真空壓膜的過程大致如下,將該機能膜2及該布體1一併疊置於一網狀模具(圖未示);加熱並軟化該布體1上的該機能膜2;利用一抽氣裝置(圖未示)透過真空技術抽吸該軟化的機能膜2,以在該機能膜2上形成該等凹入部21,進而使該機能膜2熱熔黏合於該布體1,藉此形成該複合布10;最後使該複合布10冷卻並脫離該網狀模具。藉由該真空壓膜的方式將含有功能性成分的機能膜2設於該布體1上,使該布體1不需浸泡功能性成分而避免其耐用性受影響。
參閱圖3,本發明複合布10之一第二實施例大致與第一實施例相同,不同的是,於本第二實施例中該機能膜2的每一凹入部21深入對應的微孔13的深度較小,也就是說,每一凹入部21與該第二表面12的距離較遠,因此,若將上述實施例中的第二表面12作為接觸使用者的接觸面,則本第二實施例中的該機能膜2的該等凹入部21更不容易直接接觸到使用者的皮膚。
更進一步地說,在製作過程中本第二實施例與該第一實施例不同之處是,在進行真空壓膜的過程中利用該抽氣裝置抽吸該軟化的機能膜2時,將該抽氣裝置所產生的壓力調整為較小,而使每一凹入部21深入對應的微孔13的深度較小。
參閱圖4與圖5,本發明複合布10之一第三實施例,大致與第一實施例相同,不同的地方是,本第三實施例中的該機能膜2包括兩層膜體22,該兩層膜體22分別具有不同的功能性成分,以使該複合布10具有該機能膜2的區域具有兩個特定功能,例如,本第三實施例中該兩層膜體22分別具有防水成分以及抗紫外線成分。需要說明的是在其他實施態樣中,該機能膜2也可以包括分別具有不同的功能性成分的三個或三個以上的膜體22,以使該複合布10具有該機能膜2的區域具有對應數量的特定功能。
此外,本第三實施例中該機能膜2的每一凹入部21深入對應的微孔13的深度較大,也就是每一凹入部21與對應的孔周緣16的連接處面積的較大,換個角度來說,即為增大該機能膜2與該布體1的連接面積,以使該機能膜2與該布體1的連接能夠更為穩固而不易因外力脫落。
另一方面,本第三實施例中,每一凹入部21形成有一在貫穿該第一表面11及該第二表面12的方向上貫穿的穿孔23,藉由該穿孔23能使空氣穿過該機能膜2以使該複合布10具有透氣性。
更進一步地說明,在製作過程中本第三實施例與該第一實施例不同之處是,在進行真空壓膜的過程中利用該抽氣裝置抽吸該軟化的機能膜2時,將該抽氣裝置所產生的壓力調整為較大,而使每一凹入部21深入對應的微孔13的深度較大,並且由於每一凹入部21被壓力拉伸至極限而形成對應的穿孔23,但在其他實施態樣中,在真空壓膜的過程中也可以控制該抽氣裝置所產生的壓力以使每一凹入部21不形成穿孔23,此外,上述的三個實施例也可以透過習用的方式於該機能膜2上形成穿孔23,不以此為限制。
綜觀上述三個實施例,其主要的不同之處在於該機能膜2的每一凹入部21深入對應的微孔13的深度,以及每一凹入部21與對應的孔周緣16的連接處面積大小,且當每一凹入部21深入對應的微孔13的深度越小,即每一凹入部21與該第二表面12的距離越遠時,若以第二表面12作為接觸皮膚的接觸面則該機能膜2的該等凹入部21越不容易接觸到使用者的皮膚,而當每一凹入部21深入對應的微孔13的深度越大,即每一凹入部21與該第二表面12的距離越近時,則每一凹入部21與對應的孔周緣16的連接處面積越大而使該機能膜2與該布體1的連接穩固性越強。故製作該複合布10時,可以調控該抽氣裝置所產生的壓力以符合不同的需求。但是實質上,上述三個實施例中,該機能膜2均與該第二表面12間隔一距離,也就是說,使用者在以第一表面11朝外的方式穿戴該複合布10時,能避免接觸到摻入功能性成分的該機能膜2,以避免因為該機能膜2中的功能性材料的化學物質對使用者的皮膚造成不良影響。
參閱圖6,本發明複合布10之一第四實施例,大致與第一實施例相同,惟,本第四實施例的布體1為一上衣(圖中示出該上衣的背面),且該第一表面11為該上衣的外表面,該第二表面(圖未示出)為該上衣的內表面,且本第四實施例是包含有四個結合於該第一表面11上不同區域的機能膜2,以使該複合布10的四個區域具有特定功能,其中,該第一表面11上位於肩膀處的機能膜2具有抗紫外線成分,而該第一表面11上位於背部處的機能膜2具有涼感成分,另外,該第一表面11上分別自兩腋下處朝下並朝袖口延伸的兩機能膜2具有透濕成分,藉此使本第四實施例對應人體不同的部位具有不同的功能。需要說明的是本第四實施例僅為示例,該等機能膜2的配置也可以依照需求做調整,例如在其他實施態樣中,該複合布10也可以包含兩個、三個或五個以上位於不同區域的機能膜2,且該等機能膜2也可以分別具有兩個以上的膜體,不應以此為限制。
綜上所述,本發明複合布10,藉由摻入功能性成分的該至少一機能膜2,使該複合布10具有該至少一機能膜2的區域具有特定功能,並且透過真空壓膜的方式將該至少一機能膜2結合於該布體1的第一表面11,讓使用者在以第一表面11朝外的方式穿戴該複合布10時,能避免接觸到摻入功能性成分的該至少一機能膜2;另一方面,也使該布體1不需浸泡功能性成分而避免其耐用性受影響;又一方面,依照需求調整機能膜2的數量或是調整機能膜2中膜體22的層數,使該複合布10的具有多個符合使用需求的功能性;再者,藉由每一凹入部21的孔洞能使該複合布10具透氣性,故確實能達成本發明之目的。

Claims (9)
- 一種複合布,包含: 一布體,包括二相反的第一表面及第二表面,該布體具有多個貫穿該第一表面及該第二表面的微孔;以及 至少一機能膜,以真空壓膜的方式結合於該布體的第一表面上,該至少一機能膜朝該等微孔凹入以形成多個分別容納於該等微孔的凹入部,且每一凹入部連接於界定出對應的微孔的孔周緣, 其中,該至少一機能膜具有功能性成分,以使該複合布具有該至少一機能膜的區域具有特定功能。
- 如請求項1所述的複合布,其中,該至少一機能膜包括多層膜體,該等膜體分別具有不同的功能性成分,以使該複合布具有該至少一機能膜的區域具有多個特定功能。
- 如請求項1所述的複合布,包含多個結合於該第一表面上不同區域的機能膜,以使該複合布的多個區域具有特定功能。
- 如請求項1至3中任一項所述的複合布,其中,功能性成分為抗紫外線成分、防水成分、透濕成分、抗靜電成分、防潑水成分、涼感成分或是屏蔽電磁波成分。
- 如請求項1至3中任一項所述的複合布,其中,該布體是一織布或一不織布。
- 如請求項1至3中任一項所述的複合布,其中,該布體包括多個經紗及多個與該等經紗交織的緯紗,以界定出其中的該等微孔。
- 如請求項1至3中任一項所述的複合布,其中,每一凹入部形成有一在貫穿該第一表面及該第二表面的方向上貫穿的穿孔。
- 如請求項1至3中任一項所述的複合布,其中,該至少一機能膜是由一熱塑性材料為基底並混入對應的功能性成分所製成,該熱塑性材料是選自於聚烯烴、聚酯或熱塑性彈性體。
- 如請求項8所述的複合布,其中,該至少一機能膜是由聚氨酯彈性體為基底並混入對應的功能性成分所製成。
