Abstract

本發明具扁尾之木螺絲,其主要在於尖尾上且位於螺牙間至少形成有二輔助肋,且該等輔助肋與該螺牙相接,以及與該螺牙旋鎖進入方向呈相反設置,同時該每一輔助肋由該桿體向外凸伸形成有一刀刃,而該等刀刃朝向相同於該螺牙旋鎖進入方向,以使該尖尾配合該等輔助肋凸伸設置,而形成一扁尾之加大切削面積型態,使得該木螺絲旋鎖時,除可加大鑽切效果,以大幅降低鎖合過程產生之阻力外,並且藉由該等輔助肋與該螺牙相互構築出三個旋入點之切削作用,更加達到穩定、快速、省力的鎖合效果。

Description

具扁尾之木螺絲
本發明係有關於一種螺絲設計,特別是指一種具扁尾之木螺絲。
參閱圖1,習知木螺絲1包含有一螺頭11,一由該螺頭11向外延伸之桿體12,一由桿體12向外延伸之尖尾13,以及一螺旋環設於該桿體12、該尖尾13上之螺牙14;其中,該尖尾13之端緣形成有一鑽尖131;是以,該木螺絲1鎖合於鎖合物2時,利用該螺牙14旋鎖進入該鎖合物2當時,此時更借著該鑽尖131定位推進該鎖合物2中,最後再配合該螺牙14切削該鎖合物2之木纖維,以使該桿體12逐漸旋鎖進入同時,並且將該螺牙14切削所產生之部份切屑予以排出,而部份會積存於該等螺牙14間,以達到鎖合及定位效果。
惟,實際使用後發現,習知木螺絲1仍有未臻完善之處,易產生如下之缺失,茲詳如下:
1.鑒於該鎖合物2係由木纖維交錯而成,因此,在鎖合初期過程中,僅能利用環設之該螺牙14切削進入而已,而該螺牙14旋鎖過程並無法有效將該鎖合物2之木纖維予以完全輾切,導致該木纖維易纏繞於該桿體12上,無形中增加該木螺絲1螺入之鎖合阻力,進而造成必需再施以較大之驅動扭力,才能使該木螺絲1鎖合進入該鎖合物2內,更增加使用之不便。
2.仍續前述,針對該桿體12受到木纖維纏繞影響,使得該螺牙14旋鎖進入過程所產生之切屑受到阻礙,導致該切屑無法順利排出而積存,直至該切屑積存至一定量時,該木螺絲1再持續鎖合時會造成該鎖合物2裂材情事,實有待改善。
因此,本發明之目的是在提供一種具扁尾之木螺絲,其可增進螺入之切削效率,同時鎖合過成中具有可快速排屑及有效降低鎖合阻力,進而達到穩定、快速、省力的鎖合效果。
於是,本發明具扁尾之木螺絲,包含有一螺頭,一設該螺頭上且向外延伸之桿體,一由該桿體向外延伸之尖尾,以及一螺旋環設於該桿體、該尖尾上之螺牙;其中,該尖尾上且位於該螺牙間至少形成有二輔助肋,並且該等輔助肋與該螺牙相接,以及與該螺牙旋鎖進入方向呈相反設置,同時該每一輔助肋由該桿體向外凸伸形成有一刀刃,而該等刀刃朝向相同於該螺牙旋鎖進入方向,以使該尖尾配合該等輔助肋凸伸設置,而形成一扁尾之加大切削面積型態;是以,使得該木螺絲旋鎖時,除可加大鑽切效果,有效斬切鎖合物之木纖維,避免該木纖維產生纏繞,以大幅降低鎖合過成產生之阻力外,並且由該等輔助切肋與該螺牙相互構築出三個旋入點之切削作用,而使鎖合過程中更達到快速切削、排屑等效果,故使用上具有穩定、快速、省力的鎖合功效。
有關本發明之前述及其他技術內容、特點與功效,在以下配合參考圖式之較佳實施例的詳細說明中,將可清楚的明白。
參閱圖2,本發明螺絲3之第一較佳實施例,該螺絲3包含有一螺頭31,一設於該螺頭31上且向外延伸之桿體32,一由該桿體32向外延伸之尖尾33,一螺旋環設設於該桿體32、該尖尾33上之螺牙34,至少二形成於該尖尾33上且位於該螺牙34間之輔助肋35,以及複數環設於該螺牙34間之環肋36,而前述該等輔助肋35與環肋36的形成,為在搓牙過程中係以擠壓方式直接成型,故不會有廢料產生,且藉由擠壓方式所成型之結構更可使該木螺絲3之強度提升且具有較高抗鎖合扭力之作用;其中,該尖尾33之端緣形成有一鑽尖331設置。
請配合圖3,接續前述,該等輔助肋35與該螺牙34相接,同時與該螺牙34旋鎖進入方向呈相反設置,而前述該每一輔助肋35由該桿體32向外凸伸形成有一刀刃351,而該等刀刃351朝向相同於該螺牙34旋鎖進入方向,以使該尖尾33配合該等輔助肋35凸伸設置,而形成一扁位尾之加大切削面積型態;至於,該等環肋36環設於該螺牙34間方向與該輔助肋35呈相反設置,同時該其一環肋36之端緣361與該輔助肋35之端緣362相對應,同時該每一環肋36上形成有一刀鋒362,且該刀鋒362朝向與該螺牙34旋鎖進入方向相同。
參閱圖2至圖4,進行鎖合作業時,作業者可先將該鑽尖331定位於鎖合物4上,且透過一驅動裝置(圖中未示)施予該螺頭31一驅動力,以使該螺頭31在該驅動扭力的作動下,利用該鑽尖331定位推進於該鎖合物4中,以帶動環設於該尖尾33上之該螺牙34、該二輔助肋35同步隨驅動扭力之轉動下螺入,使得在驅動鎖合過程中使該木螺絲3逐漸攻入該鎖合物4中,此時,藉由該等輔助肋35與該尖尾33配合形成一扁尾之加大切削面積型態,來針對該鎖合物4進行擴孔作用,並利用該等輔助肋35與該螺牙34相互構築出三個旋入點的切削作用,即先由相反該螺牙34設置之該等每一輔助肋35針對鎖合初期所產生之切屑形成一翻起作用,再利用朝向於該螺牙34旋鎖相同之該刀刃351順沿所承受之驅動力針對所翻起之切屑予以切碎,同時一併斬切纏繞於由初期鎖合纏繞於該尖尾33處之纖維,如此使切屑先受到一翻起作用而後進行斬切的協助擴孔方式,藉此不但可使該木螺絲3具有穩定旋入之作用,使得在鎖合的初期過程中,不但可有效減少摩擦之阻力,更能消除鎖合初期受切屑的頂推與纖維纏繞所產生之鎖合扭力外,同時產生之切屑可在該等輔助肋35與該螺牙34相接的態樣下,順沿該螺牙34向外排出,以使在鎖合初期過程中更加達到穩定、快速、省力的鎖合效果,同時得以大大有效降低鎖合之施力與增進螺入之速度,以使後續螺入之該螺牙34得以更為省力的進入該鎖合物4中,同時在該桿體32逐漸旋鎖進入同時,由該螺牙34切削所產生之部份切屑,亦在隨該桿體32螺入而予以排出之時,更可利用環設於該螺牙34間之該環肋36的配合設置,得以在該桿體32持續螺入該鎖合物4內之過程中,可針對往該桿體32處擠壓之切屑進行頂推,同時亦利用該等刀鋒362來針對部分纏繞之木纖維進行適時的斬切,以使在該桿體32持續的進入過程中,得以更為順暢,藉以有效提升鎖合效率;是以,利用該等輔助肋35與該環肋36的輔助配合設置,使得該木螺絲3旋鎖時,除可加大鑽切效果,更能大大降低鎖合時該木螺絲3與該鎖合物4間產生之摩擦,且得以在減少鎖合之施力與時間的過程中快速達到鎖合定效果。
參閱圖5,本發明之第二較佳實施例,其仍包含有前一實施例所述等主要構件;特別的是,在本實施例中於該尖尾33上且於該螺牙34間處之該其一輔助肋35之端緣352並未與該螺牙34相接而形成有一開槽A,當然亦可形成該二輔助肋35之端緣352皆未與該螺牙34呈相接態樣,係下係以圖中所示為例說明,故當利用該等輔助肋35協助該尖尾33進行擴孔螺入時,不但有該刀刃351輔助環設該尖尾34處之該螺牙34輾切纏繞於上之木纖維(圖中未示),以利該木螺絲3得以迅速達到定位效果,當然在初期所產生之切削更可透過該開槽A的設置順沿該螺牙34間往外排出,藉此得以避免鎖合時環設該尖尾34處之該螺牙34間受到過多切屑壓迫,而影響鎖合之速度,故不但可使鎖合速率得以更為順暢,以及大幅合減少鎖合之施力且有效快速達到鎖合定位之目的。
由前述之說明,當可得 知本發明與習知相較下確實具有以下所列之有優點與功效:
1.藉由該二輔助肋35與該尖尾33配合設置而形成一扁尾之加大切削面積型態,先形針對鎖合物4達到擴孔螺入作用,而後利用該二輔助肋35與該螺牙34相互構築出三個旋入點的切削作用,以使相反該螺牙34設置之該等每一輔助肋35針對鎖合初期所產生之切屑形成一翻起作用,而後再利用朝向與螺牙34旋鎖相同之該刀刃351針對翻起之切屑進行斬切,以有效降低鎖合時易產生木纖維纏繞之阻力,藉此得以增進後續該等螺牙螺34入時使得鎖合速率得以更為順暢,以及大幅合減少鎖合之施力且有效快速達到穩定、快速、省力的鎖合定位效果。
2.仍續前述,再透過該螺牙34間具有該等環肋36之環設配合設計,使得在該桿體32持續螺入該鎖合物4內時,可藉助該等環肋36適時頂推往該桿體32處擠壓之切屑,當然亦可利用該等刀鋒362針對部分之切屑進行切削,使該桿體32得以順暢之速度螺入該鎖合物4中,同時更可讓切屑在該等環肋36的頂推下,順延向外排出,有效避免過多切屑存積於內而會有裂材情事,如此得以效大幅降低鎖合時與該鎖合物4間產生之摩擦,有效減少鎖合阻力與扭力,更能增加鎖合速度。
歸納前述,本發明具扁尾之木螺絲,藉由環設於尖尾之螺牙間形成有二輔助肋的設置,並且該等輔助肋與該螺牙相接,是以,進行鎖合作業時,利用該等輔助肋與該螺牙旋鎖進入方向呈相反設置,同時該每一輔助肋由該桿體向外凸伸形成有一刀刃,而該等刀刃朝向相同於該螺牙旋鎖進入方向,以使該尖尾配合該等輔助肋凸伸設置,而形成一扁尾之加大切削面積型態,如此不但具有穩定旋入之擴孔作用,同時利用該等輔助肋得以先針對鎖合初期所產生之切屑形成一翻起作用,再進行切屑的切碎,及斬切纏繞於該尖尾處之木纖維,有效減少初期鎖合之阻力,而後更可利用環設於該螺牙間之該環肋的配合設置,得以適時頂推往該桿體處擠壓之切屑,不但可使鎖合螺入效果更為順暢,有效降低與鎖合物間所產生之鎖合阻力,大幅降低鎖合過程中所承受之阻力,如此不但鎖合作業速度快,更加達到穩定、快速、省力的鎖合效果,故確實能達到本發明之目的。
惟以上所述者,僅為說明本發明之較佳實施例而已,當不能以此限定本發明實施之範圍,即大凡依本發明申請專利範圍及發明說明書內容所作之簡單的等效變化與修飾,皆應仍屬本發明專利涵蓋之範圍內。

Claims (4)

  1. 一種具扁尾之木螺絲,其包含有一螺頭,一設於該螺頭上且向外延伸之桿體,一由該桿體向外延伸之尖尾,以及一螺旋環設於該桿體、該尖尾上之螺牙;其中,該尖尾之端緣形成有一鑽尖;其特徵在於: 該尖尾上且位於該螺牙間至少形成有二輔助肋,並且該等輔助肋與該螺牙相接,以及與該螺牙旋鎖進入方向呈相反設置,同時該每一輔助肋由該桿體向外凸伸形成有一刀刃,而該等刀刃朝向相同於該螺牙旋鎖進入方向,以使該尖尾配合該等輔助肋凸伸設置,而形成一扁尾之加大切削面積型態。
  2. 根據申請專利範圍第1項所述之具扁尾之木螺絲,其中,該其一輔助肋之端緣與該螺牙間未相接而形成有一開槽。
  3. 根據申請專利範圍第1項所述之具扁尾之木螺絲,另於該螺牙間環設有複數環肋,且該等環肋環設方向與該輔助肋呈相反設置,同時該其一環肋之端緣與該輔助肋之端緣相對應。
  4. 根據申請專利範圍第3項所述之具扁尾之木螺絲,其中,該每一環肋上形成有一刀鋒,且該刀鋒朝向與該螺牙旋鎖進入方向相同。
