Abstract

本創作係有關於一種螺絲結構,其主要設有一頭部並一體向下延伸出一桿體,所述桿體包含有由所述頭部延伸的直桿段,及所述直桿段末端收束的尖錐端,於所述桿體設有適當長度的螺紋,並於所述螺紋開端處設有定位齒,再於所述螺紋上設有多數個切削單元與集屑空間,同時,於所述螺紋對應所述桿體表面設有數道具有夾角設計的鐮刀牙,再於所述桿體鄰近所述頭部處設有數道草繩牙;藉此,能在攻鎖上下二工件時,經定位齒鎖定位置並能藉切削單元與鐮刀牙快速攻入,同時,透過囤留木屑於集屑空間內以能束緊下工件,並經鄰近頭部的草繩牙鎖固定位上工件,以達到螺絲鎖固後有效防止鬆脫的功效。

Description

螺絲結構
本創作係有關於一種螺絲結構,尤指一種用於鎖固木質工件的螺絲結構為首要創作應用者。
按,一般將兩不同物件結合定位之方式,係多以螺絲螺鎖結合之方式來實施,不論是木螺絲、機械螺絲或鑽尾螺絲…等螺絲,其皆具有一頭部,頭部下方設有一螺桿,螺桿下方可依不同用途形成尖端狀(或鑽尾部、平頭狀),而該頭部上則設有一驅動槽,該驅動槽可為十字形、梅花形、六角形…等形狀;該驅動槽可提供相對應之起子工具插入,藉以驅動螺絲旋轉以達螺鎖、結合物件之功效。
而以木螺絲而言,被廣泛地應用於固定或結合木材工件之用途上,一般常見之木螺絲係自其頭部一體向下延伸形成桿部,且桿部區分為平直端及尖錐狀的旋入端,再於桿部環設螺紋段,使木螺絲可藉旋入端攻入工件,並透過螺紋段鎖合於工件中。以坊間常見的木螺絲為例,其每一螺絲的設計均訴求不同的功效,列舉下列進行說明:
1.如台灣發明專利公告第I568939號『螺絲』,其包括:一桿體,其包含一錐狀旋入部、一頭部、及位在該旋入部與該頭部之間的一直桿部,該旋入部與頭部在該桿體的一縱向軸線分隔;一第一螺紋,其係呈螺旋狀地繞在該桿體的外周圍且包含一上螺紋部及一下螺紋部,該上螺紋部設在該直桿部的外周圍,該下螺紋部設在該旋入部的外周圍,且該下螺紋部的底端延伸到該旋入部的尖端形成一定位點,該下螺紋部相對該縱向軸線的螺牙斜度小於該上螺紋部相對該縱向軸線的螺牙斜度;及一第二螺紋,其係呈螺旋狀地設在該桿體外周圍且由該桿體的旋入部延伸到該直桿部的底端,該第二螺紋包含複數螺牙,該第二螺紋的螺牙與該第一螺紋之下螺紋部的螺牙相互隔開,且該第二螺紋的相鄰二螺牙之間的螺距與該下螺紋部的螺距約相等。然而,上述螺絲結構更包含複數斜向凸肋及至少一集屑槽,其集屑槽的功能為切削物件產生的廢屑可透過凸肋引導,從集屑槽與中間螺紋部的牙底排出,以降低鎖入方向的阻力,使得螺絲之操作更為省力;於此可知,雖集屑槽具有排屑功能,但並無法有效緊束螺絲,因此於鎖入後會因震動而讓螺絲產生鬆脫的現象。
2.台灣發明專利公告第I314188號『螺絲釘』揭露有於釘桿之數牙紋上設有數凹槽,而於每一位於上方之牙紋的凹槽與其相應位於下方之牙紋的凹槽之間連設有導引凸肋。此結構之凹槽設計也是輔助導引凸肋在推屑過程中,順利將屑物沿著牙紋上之凹槽內部往上排出,俾達操作省力、排屑迅速且鎖合穩固,因此同樣具有於鎖入後會因震動而讓螺絲產生鬆脫的現象。
3.台灣新型專利公告第M336353號『螺絲釘』,包括:一桿,其一端形成頭部且另端形成尖部,該桿的上段具有可攪切材料的複數螺牙;一螺紋,其輾在該桿上且由該尖部向上延伸一段長度;齒狀割溝,其係沿著該螺紋周圍設在部份螺紋上;及至少一突起的斜齒紋,其設在該尖部之上方螺紋段之牙底處,且該斜齒紋之上旋延伸方向係與該螺紋之上旋方向相反。上述結構藉由斜齒紋與該螺紋之上旋方向相反,使其於使用上能具有鎖固能力強及旋入速度快等效果,雖正反的鎖固力強仍會因震動而讓螺絲產生鬆脫的現象。
4.台灣新型專利公告第M273640號『螺絲改良』,其主要係有一頭部、頭部下方有一頸部連設於桿體,於桿體向下設有螺牙,該螺牙之牙底外徑小於桿體外徑,牙山外徑大於桿體外徑,螺牙之下端設鑽銑部,鑽銑部前端設為尖狀之牙尖,其特徵在於:該牙底上有一或數個緩積槽,該牙山上有一或數個排屑槽,該鑽銑部外徑大於牙底小於牙山,於鑽銑部上呈斜向開設有一或數個切口,形成一或數個鑽銑翼,以及該牙尖之斜度上設有引導螺牙,引導螺牙入口依附於牙尖之尖端。上述結構在螺絲桿體旋轉產生旋入動作時,因螺絲牙尖上設有1~2條引導螺牙,鑽銑翼上之斜度切削刃的低點促使工具頭在旋轉此螺絲時,只施以抵住工具頭和螺絲桿體頭部連接力量即可,無須施以更大壓入力量,讓使用者可方便一手施工的功效。
綜上,諸等結構分別具有不同效用,但因傳統木螺絲並未能有效地排出其於旋入過程中產生之碎屑,因此上述列舉的結構大多針對排屑設計,因此忽略了鎖固後,外在因素所產生的鬆脫問題。緣是,創作人特再秉持多年該相關行業之豐富設計開發及實際製作經驗,特提供一種螺絲結構,以期達到更佳實用價值性之目的者。
本創作之主要目的在於提供一種螺絲結構,尤指一種用於鎖固木質工件的螺絲結構,此螺絲具備有快速攻入、防鬆定位效果為目的者。
本創作螺絲結構之主要目的與功效,係由以下具體技術手段所達成:
其主要設有一頭部並一體向下延伸出一桿體,所述桿體包含有由所述頭部延伸的直桿段,及所述直桿段末端收束的尖錐端,於所述桿體設有適當長度的螺紋,並於所述螺紋開端處設有定位齒,再於所述螺紋上設有多數個切削單元與集屑空間,同時,於所述螺紋對應所述桿體表面設有數道具有夾角設計的鐮刀牙,再於所述桿體鄰近所述頭部處設有數道草繩牙;藉此,能在攻鎖上下二工件時,經定位齒鎖定位置並能藉切削單元與鐮刀牙快速攻入,同時,透過囤留木屑於集屑空間內以能束緊下工件,並經鄰近頭部的草繩牙鎖固定位上工件,以達到螺絲鎖固後有效防止鬆脫的功效。
如上所述之螺絲結構的較佳實施例,其中於所述頭部底緣旋設有多道限制螺絲鎖入深度的限位牙,以讓螺絲頭部平整服貼於工件表面,不會有凹陷於工件內積污的現象;所述限位牙為六道。
如上所述之螺絲結構的較佳實施例,其中所述鐮刀牙具有斜刃面及弧刃面,所述斜刃面與所述弧刃面之間的夾角為45∘。
如上所述之螺絲結構的較佳實施例,其中所述桿體表面設有六道所述鐮刀牙。
如上所述之螺絲結構的較佳實施例,其中所述集屑空間為二相鄰的切削單元間設有一連接段面,以形成一梯形狀囤留木屑的空間。
如上所述之螺絲結構的較佳實施例,其中於所述直桿段上的所述螺紋與所述草繩牙之間設有壓花紋牙,所述壓花紋牙於攻入後位於上工件位置,能有效囤留夾住木屑以能束緊上工件。
為令本創作所運用之技術內容、創作目的及其達成之功效有更完整且清楚的揭露,茲於下詳細說明之,並請一併參閱所揭之圖式及圖號:
首先,請參閱第一~六圖所示,為本創作螺絲結構之立體外觀示意圖,其主要設有一頭部(1)並一體向下延伸出一桿體(2),所述桿體(2)包含有由所述頭部(1)延伸的直桿段(21),及所述直桿段(21)末端收束的尖錐端(22),於所述桿體(2)表面設有螺紋(3),所述螺紋(3)由所述尖錐端(22)往所述直桿段(21)環繞延伸一段長度,其特徵在於:
所述螺紋(3)位於所述尖錐端(22)的開端處設有一突出所述螺紋(3)外徑的定位齒(23),且所述螺紋(3)由所述尖錐端(22)開始旋繞分設為前、後區段(31)、(32),於所述前區段(31)的螺紋(3)牙峰設有多數個切削單元(33),並於二相鄰之所述切削單元(33)間設有一連接段面(34),並讓二相鄰的切削單元(33)與所述連接段面(34)之間形成一梯形狀的集屑空間(35),再於所述螺紋(3)對應所述桿體(2)表面設有數道鐮刀牙(4),所述鐮刀牙(4)具有斜刃面(41)及弧刃面(42),所述斜刃面(41)與所述弧刃面(42)間的夾角為45∘,再於所述桿體(2)未設置所述螺紋(3)的直桿段(21)上設有數道草繩牙(5),所述草繩牙(5)鄰近所述頭部(1),且於所述螺紋(3)與所述草繩牙(5)之間設有壓花紋牙(6),再於所述頭部(1)底緣旋設有多道限位牙(11)。
請一併參閱第一~六圖所示,本創作螺絲結構於使用時,其主要用於鎖固木質工件,於第六圖表示螺絲鎖固於上下二工件的狀態,當螺絲由上工件(A)鎖入時,係先透過所述螺紋(3)位於所述尖錐端(22)的開端處定位齒(23)鎖定攻入位置,讓突出所述螺紋(3)外徑的定位齒(23)部位鑽入上工件(A)而不會有偏移現象,之後,經由尖錐端(22)的螺紋(3)持續攻入,並配合所述桿體(2)表面的數道鐮刀牙(4),最理想為六道,利用所述斜刃面(41)及所述弧刃面(42)所構成的鐮刀牙(4)進行切削,而最佳的角度為所述斜刃面(41)與所述弧刃面(42)間的夾角為45∘;於尖錐端(22)攻入後再同時配合所述螺紋(3)前區段(31)上的切削單元(33)來輔助加強切削動作,透過多數個切削單元(33)達到旋削木質工件快速攻入的效果,使其螺絲能快速攻入下工件(B),同時,所切削下來的木屑被容置在梯形狀的集屑空間(35)內,透過囤留木屑於集屑空間(35)內以能束緊下工件(B)。
當螺絲逐漸被攻入上、下工件(A)、(B)之後,其位於所述直桿段(21)上的壓花紋(6)牙及草繩牙(5)攻鎖在上工件(A)內,係能透過所述壓花紋牙(6)有效囤留夾住木屑以能束緊上工件(A),而鄰近頭部(1)的草繩牙(5)能將上工件(A)鎖固定位,並讓所述頭部(1)底緣的限位牙(11)鎖定在上工件(A)上;如此,透過所述草繩牙(5)位置鄰近所述頭部(1)能與集屑空間(35)分別緊束於上、下工件(A)、(B)的平衡位置,再配合所述頭部(1)深入的固定點,讓螺絲鎖固後,不會有因外在震動因素而產生鬆脫,有效達到防止鬆脫的功效。另外,頭部(1)所旋入的限位牙(11)能限制鎖入深度,讓螺絲頭部(1)能平貼於上工件(A)表面,不會有凹陷於上工件(A)內積污的問題。
然而前述之實施例或圖式並非限定本創作之產品態樣、結構或使用方式,任何所屬技術領域中具有通常知識者之適當變化或修飾,皆應視為不脫離本創作之專利範疇。
藉由以上所述,本創作結構之組成與使用實施說明可知,本創作與現有結構相較之下,具有下列優點:
1.本創作螺絲結構,藉由定位齒的設計,能透過外徑突出螺紋的定位齒來鎖定攻入位置,讓螺絲在鑽鎖工件時,不會有偏移現象,達到準確定位的功效。
2.本創作螺絲結構,藉由鐮刀牙與切削單元的設計,利用斜刃面及弧刃面所構成的鐮刀牙進行切削,再同時配合螺紋前區段上的切削單元來輔助加強切削動作,達到旋削木質工件快速攻入的效果。
3.本創作螺絲結構,藉由梯形狀的集屑空間設計,讓螺絲於快速攻入下工件時,其所切削下來的木屑被容置在集屑空間內,透過囤留木屑於集屑空間內以能束緊下工件,不會因外在震動因素而產生脫落現象,達到有效防止鬆脫的功效。
4.本創作螺絲結構,藉由草繩牙的設計,透過草繩牙位置鄰近頭部能與集屑空間分別緊束於上、下工件的平衡位置,達到防止因震動而鬆脫的功效。
5.本創作螺絲結構,藉由限位牙的設計,能於頭部所旋入時限制鎖入深度,讓螺絲頭部能平貼於工件表面,不會有凹陷於工件內積污的問題。
6.本創作螺絲結構,藉由直桿段上的壓花紋牙設計,讓螺絲於快速攻入上工件後,其所切削下來的木屑被容置在壓花紋牙的空間內,透過囤留木屑於壓花紋牙內以能束緊上工件,不會因外在震動因素而產生脫落現象,達到有效防止鬆脫的功效。
綜上所述,本創作實施例確能達到所預期之使用功效,又其所揭露之具體構造,不僅未曾見諸於同類產品中,亦未曾公開於申請前,誠已完全符合專利法之規定與要求,爰依法提出新型專利之申請,懇請惠予審查,並賜准專利,則實感德便。

  1. 一種螺絲結構,其主要設有一頭部並一體向下延伸出一桿體,所述桿體包含有由所述頭部延伸的直桿段,及所述直桿段末端收束的尖錐端,於所述桿體表面設有螺紋,所述螺紋由所述尖錐端往所述直桿段環繞延伸一段長度,其特徵在於: 所述螺紋位於所述尖錐端的開端處設有一突出所述螺紋外徑的定位齒,且所述螺紋由所述尖錐端開始旋繞分設為前、後區段,於所述前區段的螺紋牙峰設有多數個切削單元,並於二相鄰之所述切削單元間設有一連接段面,並讓二相鄰的切削單元與所述連接段面之間形成一梯形狀的集屑空間,再於所述螺紋對應所述桿體表面設有數道鐮刀牙,所述鐮刀牙具有斜刃面及弧刃面,所述斜刃面與所述弧刃面間具有一夾角,再於所述桿體未設置所述螺紋的直桿段上設有數道草繩牙,所述草繩牙鄰近所述頭部,且於所述螺紋與所述草繩牙之間設有壓花紋牙,再於所述頭部底緣旋設有多道限位牙。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之螺絲結構,其中所述斜刃面與所述弧刃面之間的夾角為45∘。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1或2項所述之螺絲結構,其中所述桿體表面設有六道所述鐮刀牙。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第3項所述之螺絲結構,其中所述頭部底緣旋設有六道所述限位牙。
