Abstract

有關本發明止滑瑜珈巾製造方法,主要係於表面具複數網孔之瑜珈巾第一表面置放一彈性體,再將彈性體加熱軟化呈半流體狀態時,配合一上模具壓彈性體及一真空下模具下方連接之一真空裝置,將半流體之彈性體由瑜珈巾第一表面、網孔再朝第二表面拉伸並凸出一預設高度之止滑凸體,藉此製程步驟完成之止滑瑜珈巾,其止滑凸體與瑜珈巾內部網孔緊密包覆,則可防止該止滑凸體與瑜珈巾相互脫落,且止滑凸體本身具彈力亦可確保止滑凸體與身體接觸時仍具有較佳柔軟貼觸優勢。

本創作係屬運動輔助用品技術領域。
按,近年來由於上班族的工作時間過長,導致身體健康方面出現警訊,因此逐漸意識到養生的重要性,養生除了由食物方面著手之餘,肢體動作較為緩和的瑜珈課程,更是上班族目前最喜愛的養生運動之一。
而瑜珈課程中的肢體訓練則少不了瑜珈墊的使用,而瑜珈墊除了透過一定厚度的發泡墊體提供與地面的接觸止滑效果,瑜珈墊表面則會結合一細致的瑜珈巾,藉由瑜珈巾的滑順度讓身體動作更為流暢,同時透過瑜珈巾表面之止滑結構設計,讓拉伸之肢體動作至定點時,可透過表面的止滑結構獲得定位效果。
就吾人所知,目前業界使用的瑜珈巾,主要取一棉紗材質的毛巾布,在該毛巾布表面透過網版印刷方式套印多層,讓毛巾布表面形成複數個止滑凸粒。但這種多層網版印刷方式,存在缺點在於:
第一、毛巾布表面的止滑凸粒厚度礙於網版疊層限制,往往至多達到0.5mm,但瑜珈巾本身即具有一定程度的拉伸變形特性,以致瑜珈巾隨身體拉伸動作被拉扯變形時,同時會造成毛巾布表面的止滑凸粒厚度因拉伸而變薄,進而大幅降低止滑凸粒提供肢體動作到位止滑效果。
第二、止滑凸粒係採層層套印的網版印刷手段而言,形成止滑凸粒之油墨由於不具延展性,使用一段時間後止滑凸粒極容易與棉紗表層產生脫落問題,而喪失止滑凸粒之止滑效果。是以,如何令瑜珈巾表面的止滑結構與棉紗材質之毛巾布結合更牢固、不易脫落,以及能確保瑜珈巾隨身體動作拉伸過程中,表面止滑結構仍可提供極佳止滑功效,則為本發明此次最主要之訴求重點。
本發明主要係提供一種具高止滑、不易磨損之止滑瑜珈巾製造方法及其止滑瑜珈巾。
本發明之止滑瑜珈巾製造方法包含:備料:準備一瑜珈巾及至少一彈性體,該瑜珈巾具有一第一表面及一第二表面,該第一表面與第二表面間形成有複數個相互連通之網孔,該彈性體則置於該瑜珈巾之第一表面;備置模具:準備一上模具及一真空下模具,將上述該瑜珈巾及該彈性體則置於該上模具與該真空下模具之間,令該彈性體界於該瑜珈巾的第一表面與上模具之間,該瑜珈巾第二表面則置於該真空下模具,該真空下模具表面貫穿有複數個凹陷狀之穴位,該真空下模具對應該些穴位處並設有一抽真空裝置;加溫:將上模具及真空下模具合模前,先透過一溫度控制裝置對該彈性體加溫,令置於該瑜珈巾第一表面的片狀彈性體軟化,再將該上模具與該真空下模具進行合模;真空:透過真空裝置對該真空下模具穴位處進行真空動作,藉真空之吸力,將軟化的彈性體由該瑜珈巾的第一表面經第二表面間的網孔吸入該真空下模具之該些穴位內,讓該瑜珈巾的第二表面形成有複數具彈性之止滑凸體。透過上述製造方法製成之止滑 瑜巾,可藉彈性體拉伸而成之止滑凸體,以獲觸感柔軟且不易磨損、脫落之止滑瑜珈巾。

本發明係有關一種止滑瑜珈巾製造方法及使用該製造方法製成的止滑瑜珈巾,請參照第1圖(製造流程圖)同時配合參照第2-3圖說明如下,本發明之止滑瑜珈巾製造方法包含:步驟一『備料1』:準備一瑜珈巾10及至少一彈性體20,該瑜珈巾10具有一第一表面12及一第二表面14,該第一表面12與第二表面14間形成有複數個相互連通之網孔16,該彈性體20尺寸大致對應該瑜珈巾10,該片狀的彈性體20則置於該瑜珈巾10之第一表面12;步驟二『備置模具2』:準備一上模具30及一真空下模具40,上述該瑜珈巾10及該彈性體20則置於該上模具30與該真空下模具40之間,令該彈性體20界於該瑜珈巾20的第一表面12與該上模具30之間,該瑜珈巾 10第二表面14則置於該真空下模具40,該真空下模具40表面貫穿有複數個凹陷狀之穴位42,該真空下模具40對應該些穴位42處並設有一真空裝置60;步驟三『加溫3』:該上模具及真空下模具合模前,先透過一溫度控制裝置(圖未示)對該彈性體20加溫,令置於該瑜珈巾10第一表面12的片狀彈性體20軟化,復將該上模具30與該真空下模具40進行合模(第3圖);步驟四『真空4』:透過真空裝置60對該真空下模具40的複數個穴位42處進行真空動作,藉真空之吸力,將軟化的彈性體20由該瑜珈巾10的第一表面12經第二表面14間的網孔16吸入該真空下模具40之該些穴位42內,讓該瑜珈巾10的第二表面14形成有複數具彈性之止滑凸體18。
較佳者,如第4圖所示,該備料步驟中另可準備一第二瑜珈巾10’,該第二瑜珈巾10’則置於該彈性體10與該上模具30之間,令該瑜珈巾的第一表面貼合該第二瑜珈巾,該瑜珈巾的第二表面則形成有複數止滑凸體。
透過上述第1至3圖所示製造方法完成之止滑瑜珈巾,則如第5、6圖所示,該瑜珈巾10具有一第一表面12及一第二表面14,該第一表面12與該第二表面14間形成有複數個相互連通之網孔16,一彈性體20係置於該瑜珈巾10之該第一表面12,該瑜珈巾10的該第二表面14凸出有複數個具彈性之止滑凸體18,該些止滑凸體18係彈性體20加熱軟化時透過真手段由該瑜珈巾的第一表面12朝該第二表面14吸出一高於第二表面0.5mm-20mm之柱狀止滑凸體。
更明確來說,上述之瑜珈巾10為棉、布材質之紡織品,故保有極細微之網孔16,原本片狀之彈性體經加熱後軟化後則呈現半流體狀 體,一但受真空吸力情況下,會流經網孔並與瑜珈巾表面緊緊包覆,彈性體尺寸係對應瑜珈巾大小為佳,但採以二片以上彈性體置於瑜珈巾第一表面方式亦無不可。
較佳者,該止滑凸體18因真空之吸力而拉伸過程中,部份氣體會進入內部形成一中空之膣室182,該膣室182內並包覆有氣體。
本發明之止滑瑜珈巾製造方法,則是利用特別增設的該上模具30來壓抵該彈性體20,目的在於使彈性體與瑜珈巾間之貼觸更緊實,以防止真空過程中,該瑜珈巾與彈性體之間產生間隙導致空氣灌入之漏氣現像,如此方能確保止滑凸體得以成型,且成型後凸出瑜珈巾第二表面高度可拉伸至最高20mm。
再者,藉上述製造方法製成之止滑瑜珈巾,由於彈性體本身因具備拉伸、及彈性形變特點,配合抽真空裝置形成凸出瑜珈巾第二表面20mm的同時,該止滑凸體更透過彈性體本身彈力特性,讓瑜珈巾形成厚度高達20mm之餘仍保有極佳拉伸、延伸特性,縱使瑜珈巾拉伸變形量在大,最高達20mm之該止滑凸體隨時能提供身體一止滑效果。
更特別的是,止滑凸體除藉彈性體本身彈力形變特性外,更可透過內部因真空吸力形成的膣室內保有空氣,以致中空狀之止滑凸體彈性形變效果獲得加乘功效,且藉中空狀之止滑凸體設計可保持止滑凸體柔軟不僵硬,令使用者身體與止滑凸體接觸時仍保有柔軟觸感。
又該止滑凸體係由瑜珈巾第一表面穿過第二表面凸出而成,軟化之彈性體則與棉、布材質之瑜珈巾表面交錯包覆,隨瑜珈巾長時間拉伸亦不易導致止滑凸體脫落。
再配合參照第7圖所示,係增加第4圖製造方法製成之止滑瑜珈墊,該實施例主要於該瑜珈巾10第一表面12置入一彈性體20,再於彈性體上(外)層熱壓貼合一第二瑜珈巾10’,如此一來,使用者則多出可選擇使用第二瑜珈巾該面,讓身體獲得較佳之拉伸滑順功效。

Claims (10)

  1. 一種止滑瑜珈巾製造方法,該製造方法包含:備料:準備一瑜珈巾及至少一彈性體,該瑜珈巾具有一第一表面及一第二表面,該第一表面與第二表面間形成有複數個相互連通之網孔,該彈性體則置於該瑜珈巾之第一表面;備置模具:準備一上模具及一真空下模具,將上述該瑜珈巾及該彈性體則置於該上模具與該真空下模具之間,令該彈性體界於該瑜珈巾的第一表面與上模具之間,該瑜珈巾第二表面則置於該真空下模具,該真空下模具表面貫穿有複數個凹陷狀之穴位,該真空下模具對應該些穴位處並設有一真空裝置;加溫:將上模具及真空下模具合模前,先透過一溫度控制裝置對該彈性體加溫,令置於該瑜珈巾第一表面的片狀彈性體軟化,再將該上模具與該真空下模具進行合模;真空:透過真空裝置對該真空下模具穴位處進行抽真空動作,藉真空之吸力,將軟化的彈性體由該瑜珈巾的第一表面經第二表面間的網孔吸入該真空下模具之該些穴位內,讓該瑜珈巾的第二表面形成有複數具彈性之止滑凸體。
  2. 如請求項1所述止滑瑜珈巾製造方法,該備料步驟中另可準備一第二瑜珈巾,該第二瑜珈巾則置於該彈性體與該上模具之間,令該瑜珈巾的第一表面貼合該第二瑜珈巾,該瑜珈巾的第二表面則形成有複數止滑凸體。
  3. 一種利用上述製造方法製成的止滑瑜珈巾,主要包括:一瑜珈巾,該瑜 珈巾具有一第一表面及一第二表面,該第一表面與該第二表面間形成有複數個相互連通之網孔,一彈性體係置於該瑜珈巾之該第一表面,該瑜珈巾的該第二表面凸出有複數個具彈性之止滑凸體,該些止滑凸體係彈性體加熱軟化時由該瑜珈巾的第一表面朝該第二表面凸出而成者。
  4. 如請求項3所述之止滑瑜珈巾,該止滑凸體呈柱狀。
  5. 如請求項4所述之止滑瑜珈巾,該呈柱狀之止滑凸體得介於0.5mm-20mm之間。
  6. 如請求項4所述之止滑瑜珈巾,該止滑凸體內部形成有中空之膣室。
  7. 如請求項5所述之止滑瑜珈巾,該止滑凸體內部形成有中空之膣室。
  8. 如請求項6所述之止滑瑜珈巾,該膣室內包覆有氣體。
  9. 如請求項7所述之止滑瑜珈巾,該膣室內包覆有氣體。
  10. 如請求項1所述之止滑瑜珈巾,另包括有一第二瑜珈巾,該第二瑜珈巾係貼合於該彈性體之上層。
