另外随着生活水品的提高人们对车坐垫的要求也在提高,具有通风冷暖功能车坐垫越来越受到大家喜爱,由于硅胶具有耐高低温的特性以及硅胶连接压缩弹簧垫芯的高透气性,利用硅胶连接压缩弹簧制作的垫芯可以用做各种通风冷暖车坐垫的垫芯,可以提高通风冷暖车坐垫的舒适度。
发明内容

(2).模具中放入棉纤维:棉纤维是跟据透气孔排序编织的棉纱网。
(3).模具中倒入液体硅胶:硅胶是液体双组分加成型室温硫化硅橡胶,把液体硅胶双组混合后倒入模具中,硅胶的厚度是所用压缩弹簧钢丝直径的3到5倍。
(4).弹簧的一端放入模具中:让模具中的液体硅胶包裹住弹簧的一端支撑圈。
(5).硅胶硫化:硅胶在模具中流平后即可以硅胶硫化,可以室温硫化也可以加温硫化,所述硅胶双组混合后室温28摄氏度,有30分钟的操作时间,2至4小时完全固化,加温到80至120摄氏度,10分钟完全固化。
(6).脱模:硅胶完全固化后把硅胶和弹簧从模具中取出,弹簧的一端即被硅胶连接在一起,形成硅胶和弹簧一端支撑圈的连接层。
(7).模具中放入棉纤维。
(8).模具中倒入液体硅胶。
(9).弹簧的另一端放入模具中。
(10).硅胶硫化。
(11).脱模;硅胶完全固化后把硅胶和弹簧从模具中取出,弹簧的另一端被硅胶连接在一起,形成硅胶和弹簧另一端支撑圈的连接层。
通过以上步骤,一种用于床垫、坐垫、靠垫的垫芯制作完成。
本发明的有益效果是;一种用于床垫、坐垫、靠垫的垫芯,利用硅胶连接压缩弹簧容易操作,可以规模化生产。利用硅胶连接压缩弹簧生产的垫芯具有平整度好、透气、高弹力、无毒、无味、无响声、耐高温、耐低温、柔韧舒适等优点。利用硅胶连接压缩弹簧制作的垫芯可以用做各种通风冷暖车坐垫的垫芯,可以提高通风冷暖车坐垫的舒适度。
