Abstract

本發明揭示了一種電連接器組件,所述電連接器組件包括電路板及安裝於所述電路板上的電連接器。所述電連接器包括絕緣本體、固定於所述絕緣本體的導電端子及遮覆於所述絕緣本體的金屬外殼。所述絕緣本體具有基部及自所述基部向前延伸的對接部,所述基部具有電路板安裝面。所述導電端子具有設置於所述對接部的接觸部及延伸出所述電路板安裝面的焊接腳,所述金屬外殼於所述電路板安裝面設有位於所述電路板安裝面正下方的輔助焊接腳。藉由如是排配,可增強所述電連接器的電磁遮罩效果。

Description

電連接器及其組件
本發明涉及一種電連接器及其組件,尤其涉及一種可改善電磁遮罩效果的電連接器及其組件。
美國發明專利第US9490595號公開了一種沉板型電連接器,所述電連接器包括絕緣本體、固定於所述絕緣本體的導電端子及包覆於所述絕緣本體的金屬外殼。所述絕緣本體具有基部及自所述基部向前延伸的對接舌板,所述基部具有電路板安裝面。所述導電端子具有設置於所述對接舌板的接觸部及延伸出所述電路板安裝面的前、後兩排焊接腳。所述金屬外殼包圍所述對接舌板而形成向前開口的對接腔,所述金屬外殼具有位於所述對接腔兩側的一對前安裝腳及位於所述電路板安裝面兩側的一對後安裝腳。該電連接器易受外界設備的電磁干擾,其電磁遮罩效果較差。
故,希望設計一種新的方案以改善上述問題。
本發明所欲解決之技術問題在於:提供一種電連接器及其組件,其電磁遮罩效果較好。
為解決上述問題,本發明可採用如下技術方案:
一種電連接器,用以安裝於一電路板上,所述電連接器包括絕緣本體、固定於所述絕緣本體的導電端子及遮覆於所述絕緣本體的金屬外殼,所述絕緣本體具有基部及自所述基部向前延伸的對接部,所述基部具有電路板安裝面,所述導電端子具有設置於所述對接部的接觸部及延伸出所述電路板安裝面的焊接腳,所述金屬外殼於所述電路板安裝面設有位於所述電路板安裝面正下方的輔助焊接腳。
為解決上述問題,本發明還可採用如下技術方案:
一種電連接器組件,其包括電路板及安裝於所述電路板上的電連接器,所述電連接器包括絕緣本體、固定於所述絕緣本體的導電端子及遮覆於所述絕緣本體的金屬外殼,所述絕緣本體具有基部及自所述基部向前延伸的對接部,所述基部具有電路板安裝面,所述導電端子具有設置於所述對接部的接觸部及延伸出所述電路板安裝面的焊接腳,所述金屬外殼具有包圍所述對接部的對接框,所述電路板具有上表面及缺口部,所述電路板安裝面安裝於所述上表面上,所述對接框部分下沉至所述缺口部內,所述缺口部具有面向前方的內表面,所述金屬外殼於所述電路板安裝面設有輔助焊接腳,所述內表面向後凹設有上、下貫穿的安裝槽,所述輔助焊接腳安裝於所述安裝槽內。
與習知技術相比,本發明具有如下功效:金屬外殼於電路板安裝面設有位於電路板安裝面正下方的輔助焊接腳,改善所述電連接器的電磁遮罩效果。
本發明提供了一種電連接器組件,所述電連接器組件包括電路板及安裝於所述電路板上的電連接器,所述電連接器可以但不限於為沉板型電連接器。
請一併參閱第一圖至第六圖,本發明第一實施例的電連接器組件1000。
請一併參閱第一圖至第四圖,所述電連接器組件1000包括電路板300及安裝於所述電路板300上的電連接器100。所述電路板300具有上表面301及缺口部302,所述缺口部302具有面向前方的內表面3021及相對設置於所述內表面3021兩側的側表面3022。所述電連接器100包括絕緣本體1、固定於所述絕緣本體1的導電端子2、固定於所述絕緣本體1內的金屬遮蔽板3及遮覆於所述絕緣本體1外的金屬外殼4。定義前後方向F,所述絕緣本體1具有基部11及自所述基部11向前延伸的對接部12,所述基部11具有電路板安裝面110,於本實施例中,所述對接部12呈舌板狀。所述導電端子2具有設置於所述對接部12的接觸部21、固定於所述絕緣本體1的固定部(未圖示)及延伸出所述電路板安裝面110的焊接腳22。所述金屬外殼4具有包圍所述對接部12的對接框41,所述對接框41具有下表面410,所述電路板安裝面110高於所述下表面410。所述電路板安裝面110安裝於所述上表面301上,所述對接框41部分下沉至所述缺口部302內。
請一併參閱第四圖至第六圖,所述絕緣本體1、導電端子2及金屬遮蔽板3共同組成端子模組20。所述基部11具有面向後方且位於所述電路板安裝面110下方的第一後端面111及面向後方且位於所述電路板安裝面110上方的第二後端面112,沿所述前後方向F,所述第一後端面111與第二後端面112分別設置於所述電路板安裝面110的前後兩側。所述對接部12具有相對的兩表面121及加厚的臺階部122,所述接觸部21分別設置於所述兩表面121上。所述焊接腳22包括前後延伸至所述電路板安裝面110的前排焊接腳221及後排焊接腳222。所述金屬遮蔽板3具有與一對接連接器(未圖示)之金屬鎖扣件(未圖示)相互扣持的鎖扣缺口31及延伸出所述電路板安裝面110之接腳32。另一方式描述所述端子模組20,所述端子模組20具有夾持所述金屬遮蔽板3之第一端子模組30、第二端子模組40及注塑成型於所述第一、第二端子模組30、40內外以形成所述對接部12及臺階部122之注塑件50。
參第三圖,所述金屬外殼4包圍所述對接部12而形成向前開口的對接腔10,所述電連接器100具有設置於所述對接腔10後方的防水件5。所述金屬外殼4設有自所述對接框41向上彎折而遮覆於所述第一後端面111後方的第一後蓋部42及遮覆於所述第二後端面112後方的第二後蓋部43。所述金屬外殼4具有一對位於所述對接部12兩側的前安裝腳44及一對位於所述基部11兩側的後安裝腳45。所述金屬外殼4於所述電路板安裝面110設有位於所述電路板安裝面110下方的輔助焊接腳46,所述輔助焊接腳46焊接至所述電路板300上,藉由如是排配,可增強所述電連接器100及電連接器組件1000的電磁遮罩效果。於本實施例中,所述輔助焊接腳46自所述第一後蓋部42彎折延伸而形成於所述電路板安裝面110的正下方。所述輔助焊接腳46具有一對,所述一對輔助焊接腳46分別設置於所述前排焊接腳221的兩側。沿所述前後方向F,所述輔助焊接腳46位於所述前安裝腳44與後安裝腳45之間。沿垂直於所述前後方向F的橫向方向T,所述輔助焊接腳46位於所述兩後安裝腳45之間。藉由如是排配,使所述電連接器100內部訊號與外部訊號隔離,減少外部訊號對內部訊號傳輸的影響,提高所述電連接器100的電磁遮罩效果。
請一併參閱第二圖至第四圖,所述輔助焊接腳46以穿孔焊接技術焊接至所述電路板300設置的安裝槽303內。所述一對輔助焊接腳46分別自所述第一後蓋部42的橫向兩側向後彎折延伸而呈豎直片狀,所述內表面3021向後凹設而形成所述上、下貫穿的安裝槽303。藉由如是排配,使得所述電連接器100安裝至所述電路板300時更加方便,減小所述電連接器組件1000的體積,進而減小電子產品的體積。
請一併參閱第三圖及第五圖,所述金屬外殼4包括第一殼體47及固定於所述第一殼體47的第二殼體48。所述第一殼體47具有包圍所述對接部12的包圍部471及遮覆於所述基部11上方的遮覆部472,所述第二後蓋部43自所述遮覆部472向下彎折。所述包圍部471具有上下相對設置的上壁473及下壁474,所述上壁473向內凹陷而形成凸伸入所述對接腔10的凸包475,所述下壁474設有延伸入對接腔10內的彈性臂476及設置於所述彈性臂476周圍的開口部470。所述電連接器100設有貼覆於所述開口部470外的防水薄膜6。所述第二殼體48自下而上安裝於所述防水薄膜6的下方。所述第一殼體47形成所述後安裝腳45及第二後蓋部43,所述第二殼體48形成所述前安裝腳44、第一後蓋部42及輔助焊接腳46。
請一併參閱第七圖至第十圖,本發明第二實施例電連接器組件2000,所述電連接器組件200包括電路板400及安裝於所述電路板400上的電連接器200。本發明第二實施例的電連接器100及電連接器組件2000與第一實施例的電連接器100及電連接器組件1000的結構大致相同,相同的結構及位置關係於此不一一贅述,下面為不同之處。
請一併參閱第九圖及第十圖,所述金屬外殼4’於電路板安裝面110’設有位於所述電路板安裝面110’下方的三輔助焊接腳46’,所述三輔助焊接腳46’自所述第一後蓋部42’彎折延伸而形成於所述電路板安裝面110’的正下方。所述三輔助焊接腳46’以表面焊接技術焊接至所述電路板400的上表面401。沿垂直於所述前後方向F的橫向方向T,所述前排焊接腳221’被分成左、右兩組,所述三輔助焊接腳46’分別設置於所述前排焊接腳整排之兩側及兩組前排焊接腳之間。

Claims (10)

  1. 一種電連接器,用以安裝於一電路板上,所述電連接器包括絕緣本體、固定於所述絕緣本體的導電端子及遮覆於所述絕緣本體的金屬外殼,所述絕緣本體具有基部及自所述基部向前延伸的對接部,所述基部具有電路板安裝面,所述導電端子具有設置於所述對接部的接觸部及延伸至所述電路板安裝面的焊接腳,其中所述金屬外殼於所述電路板安裝面設有位於所述電路板安裝面正下方的輔助焊接腳。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之電連接器,其中所述輔助焊接腳以表面焊接技術焊接至所述電路板的上表面。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之電連接器,其中所述輔助焊接腳以穿孔焊接技術焊接至所述電路板設置的安裝槽內。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之電連接器,其中所述金屬外殼具有一對位於所述對接部兩側的前安裝腳及一對位於所述基部兩側的後安裝腳,沿所述對接部延伸的前後方向,所述輔助焊接腳位於所述前安裝腳與後安裝腳之間。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之電連接器,其中所述金屬外殼具有一對位於所述基部兩側的後安裝腳,沿垂直於所述前後方向的橫向方向,所述輔助焊接腳位於所述兩後安裝腳之間。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之電連接器,其中所述焊接腳包括前後延伸出所述電路板安裝面的前排焊接腳及後排焊接腳,所述輔助焊接腳具有一對,所述一對輔助焊接腳分別設置於所述前排焊接腳的兩側。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第6項所述之電連接器,其中沿垂直於所述前後方向的橫向方向,所述前排焊接腳被分成左、右兩組,所述輔助焊接腳還設有位於所述兩組前排焊接腳之間的另一輔助焊接腳。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之電連接器,其中所述金屬外殼具有包圍所述對接部的對接框,所述對接框具有下表面,所述電路板安裝面高於所述下表面,所述基部具有面向後方且位於所述電路板安裝面下方的第一後端面;所述金屬外殼設有自所述對接框向上彎折而遮覆於所述第一後端面後方的第一後蓋部,所述輔助焊接腳自所述第一後蓋部彎折延伸而形成。
  9. 如申請專利範圍第8項所述之電連接器,其中所述輔助焊接腳具有一對且分別自所述第一後蓋部的橫向兩側向後彎折延伸而呈豎直片狀。
  10. 一種電連接器組件,其包括電路板及安裝於所述電路板上的電連接器,所述電連接器包括絕緣本體、固定於所述絕緣本體的導電端子及遮覆於所述絕緣本體的金屬外殼,所述絕緣本體具有基部及自所述基部向前延伸的對接部,所述基部具有電路板安裝面,所述導電端子具有設置於所述對接部的接觸部及延伸至所述電路板安裝面的焊接腳,所述金屬外殼具有包圍所述對接部的對接框,所述電路板具有上表面及缺口部,所述電路板安裝面安裝於所述上表面上,所述對接框部分下沉至所述缺口部內,所述缺口部具有面向前方的內表面,其中所述金屬外殼於所述電路板安裝面設有輔助焊接腳,所述內表面向後凹設有上、下貫穿的安裝槽,所述輔助焊接腳安裝於所述安裝槽內。
