【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种电连接器及电连接器组件,所述电连接器及电连接器组件的电磁屏蔽效果较佳。
【背景技术】
美国发明专利第9490595号公开了一种沉板型的电连接器,所述电连接器包括绝缘本体、固定于所述绝缘本体的导电端子及包覆在所述绝缘本体外的金属外壳。所述绝缘本体具有基部及自所述基部向前延伸的对接舌板,所述基部具有电路板安装面。所述导电端子具有设置于所述对接舌板的接触部及延伸出所述电路板安装面的前、后两排焊接脚。所述金属外壳包围所述对接舌板而形成向前开口的对接腔,所述金属外壳具有位于所述对接腔两侧的一对前安装脚及位于所述电路板安装面两侧的一对后安装脚。该电连接器很容易受到外界设备的电磁干扰,其电磁屏蔽效果较差。
所以,希望设计一种新的方案以改善上述问题。
【发明内容】
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于:提供一种电连接器及电连接器组件,其电磁屏蔽效果较好。
为解决上述问题,本发明可采用如下技术方案:一种电连接器,用以安装于一电路板上,所述电连接器包括绝缘本体、固定于所述绝缘本体的导电端子及遮覆在所述绝缘本体外的金属外壳,所述绝缘本体具有基部及自所述基部向前延伸的对接部,所述基部具有电路板安装面,所述导电端子具有设置于所述对接部的接触部及延伸出所述电路板安装面的焊接脚,所述金属外壳在所述电路板安装面处设有位于所述电路板安装面正下方的辅助焊接脚。
为解决上述问题,本发明还可采用如下技术方案:一种电连接器组件,其包括电路板及安装在所述电路板上的电连接器,所述电连接器包括绝缘本体、固定于所述绝缘本体的导电端子及遮覆在所述绝缘本体外的金属外壳,所述绝缘本体具有基部及自所述基部向前延伸的对接部,所述基部具有电路板安装面,所述导电端子具有设置于所述对接部的接触部及延伸出所述电路板安装面的焊接脚,所述金属外壳具有包围在所述对接部外的对接框,所述电路板具有上表面及缺口部,所述电路板安装面安装在所述上表面上,所述对接框部分下沉至所述缺口部内,所述缺口部具有面向前方的内表面,所述金属外壳在所述电路板安装面处设有辅助焊接脚,所述内表面向后凹设有上、下贯穿的安装槽,所述辅助焊接脚安装于所述安装槽内。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:金属外壳在电路板安装面处设有位于电路板安装面正下方的辅助焊接脚,使得所述电连接器的电磁屏蔽效果得到了很大的改善。

【具体实施方式】
本发明提供了一种电连接器组件,所述电连接器组件包括电路板及安装在所述电路板上的电连接器,所述电连接器可以但不限于为沉板型电连接器。
下面结合图1至图6介绍本发明第一实施例的电连接器组件1000。
参图1至图4,所述电连接器组件1000包括电路板300及安装在所述电路板300上的电连接器100。所述电路板300具有上表面301及缺口部302,所述缺口部302具有面向前方的内表面3021及相对设置在所述内表面3021两侧的侧表面3022。所述电连接器100包括绝缘本体1、固定于所述绝缘本体1的导电端子2、固定在所述绝缘本体1内的金属遮蔽板3及遮覆在所述绝缘本体1外的金属外壳4。定义前后方向F,所述绝缘本体1具有基部11及自所述基部11向前延伸的对接部12,所述基部11具有电路板安装面110,在本实施例中,所述对接部12呈舌板状。所述导电端子2具有设置于所述对接部12的接触部21、固定于所述绝缘本体1的固定部(未图示)及延伸出所述电路板安装面110的焊接脚22。所述金属外壳4具有包围在所述对接部12外的对接框41,所述对接框41具有下表面410,所述电路板安装面110高于所述下表面410。所述电路板安装面110安装在所述上表面301上,所述对接框41部分下沉至所述缺口部302内。

结合图3,所述金属外壳4包围所述对接部12而形成向前开口的对接腔10,所述电连接器100具有设置在所述对接腔10后方的防水件5。所述金属外壳4设有自所述对接框41向上弯折而遮覆在所述第一后端面111后方的第一后盖部42及遮覆在所述第二后端面112后方的第二后盖部43。所述金属外壳4具有一对位于所述对接部12两侧的前安装脚44及一对位于所述基部11两侧的后安装脚45。所述金属外壳4在所述电路板安装面110处设有位于所述电路板安装面110下方的辅助焊接脚46,所述辅助焊接脚46焊接至所述电路板300上,如此设置,有利于大大增强所述电连接器100及电连接器组件1000的电磁屏蔽效果。在本实施例中,所述辅助焊接脚46自所述第一后盖部42弯折延伸而形成于所述电路板安装面110的正下方。所述辅助焊接脚46具有一对,所述一对辅助焊接脚46分别设置在所述前排焊接脚221的两侧。在所述前后方向F上,所述辅助焊接脚46位于所述前安装脚44与后安装脚45之间。在垂直于所述前后方向的横向方向T上,所述辅助焊接脚46位于所述两个后安装脚45之间。如此设置,使得所述电连接器100内部的信号与外部的信号很好的隔离开,外部信号很难影响到内部信号的传输,有助于进一步的提高所述电连接器100的电磁屏蔽效果。
参图2至图4,所述辅助焊接脚46以穿孔型的方式焊接至所述电路板300设置的安装槽303内。所述一对辅助焊接脚46分别自所述第一后盖部42的横向两侧向后弯折延伸而呈竖直片状,所述内表面3021向后凹设而形成所述上、下贯穿的安装槽303。如此设置,使得所述电连接器100安装至所述电路板300时更加方便,有利于减小所述电连接器组件1000的体积,进而可以减小电子产品的体积。
参图3及图5,所述金属外壳4包括第一壳体47及固定于所述第一壳体47的第二壳体48。所述第一壳体47具有包围所述对接部12的包围部471及遮覆在所述基部11上方的遮覆部472,所述第二后盖部43自所述遮覆部472向下弯折。所述包围部471具有上下相对设置的上壁473及下壁474,所述上壁473向内凹陷而形成凸伸入所述对接腔10的凸包475,所述下壁474设有延伸入对接腔10内的弹性臂476及设置在所述弹性臂476周围的开口部470。所述电连接器100设有贴覆在所述开口部470外的防水薄膜6。所述第二壳体48自下而上安装在所述防水薄膜6的下方。所述第一壳体47形成所述后安装脚45及第二后盖部43,所述第二壳体48形成所述前安装脚44、第一后盖部42及辅助焊接脚46。
下面结合图7至图10介绍本发明第二实施例的电连接器组件2000,所述电连接器组件200包括电路板400及安装在所述电路板400上的电连接器200。本发明第二实施例的电连接器100及电连接器组件2000与第一实施例的电连接器100及电连接器组件1000的结构大致相同,相同的结构及位置关系在次不在一一赘述,下面主要介绍不同的地方。
重点参图9及图10,所述金属外壳4’在电路板安装面110’处设有位于所述电路板安装面110’下方的辅助焊接脚46’,所述辅助焊接脚42’以表面焊接型的方式焊接至所述电路板400的上表面401。沿垂直于所述前后方向F的横向方向T上,所述前排焊接脚221’被分成左、右两组,所述辅助焊接脚42’具有三个,所述三个辅助焊接脚42’分别设置在所述前排焊接脚整排的两侧及两组前排焊接脚之间。

Claims (10)

1.一种电连接器,用以安装于一电路板上,所述电连接器包括绝缘本体、固定于所述绝缘本体的导电端子及遮覆在所述绝缘本体外的金属外壳,所述绝缘本体具有基部及自所述基部向前延伸的对接部,所述基部具有电路板安装面,所述导电端子具有设置于所述对接部的接触部及延伸至所述电路板安装面的焊接脚,其特征在于:所述金属外壳在所述电路板安装面处设有位于所述电路板安装面正下方的辅助焊接脚。
2.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述辅助焊接脚以表面焊接型的方式焊接至所述电路板的上表面。
3.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述辅助焊接脚以穿孔型的方式焊接至所述电路板设置的安装槽内。
4.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述金属外壳具有一对位于所述对接部两侧的前安装脚及一对位于所述基部两侧的后安装脚,在所述对接部延伸的前后方向上,所述辅助焊接脚位于所述前安装脚与后安装脚之间。
5.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述金属外壳具有一对位于所述基部两侧的后安装脚,在垂直于所述前后方向的横向方向上,所述辅助焊接脚位于所述两个后安装脚之间。
6.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述焊接脚包括前后延伸出所述电路板安装面的前排焊接脚及后排焊接脚,所述辅助焊接脚具有一对,所述一对辅助焊接脚分别设置在所述前排焊接脚的两侧。

10.一种电连接器组件,其包括电路板及安装在所述电路板上的电连接器,所述电连接器包括绝缘本体、固定于所述绝缘本体的导电端子及遮覆在所述绝缘本体外的金属外壳,所述绝缘本体具有基部及自所述基部向前延伸的对接部,所述基部具有电路板安装面,所述导电端子具有设置于所述对接部的接触部及延伸至所述电路板安装面的焊接脚,所述金属外壳具有包围在所述对接部外的对接框,所述电路板具有上表面及缺口部,所述电路板安装面安装在所述上表面上,所述对接框部分下沉至所述缺口部内,所述缺口部具有面向前方的内表面,其特征在于:所述金属外壳在所述电路板安装面处设有辅助焊接脚,所述内表面向后凹设有上、下贯穿的安装槽,所述辅助焊接脚安装于所述安装槽内。
