Abstract

一種長距離無線射頻電子識別輪胎結構,係當輪胎製作完成,並採用電子標籤讀取裝置進行識別時,輪胎的主胎體上超高頻電子標籤,其無線射頻識別RFID晶片通過遠場銅膜天線與電子標籤讀取裝置端所產生的電磁波訊號接收與回饋,藉由頻段/頻寬調整部調整電磁波訊號的頻段與頻寬,及第一、二場效應調整部的第一、二場效應調整槽對胎圈鋼絲及鋼絲環帶層反射電磁波訊號時的場型效應進行調整,俾使電子標籤讀取裝置能以廣角度,長距離讀取主胎體上超高頻電子標籤的ID識別碼,進而在輪胎製作完成時的運送、檢測、堆疊儲存及出廠過程中,能夠利用ID識別碼作為輪胎個體的準確識別,達成輪胎生產方便管理及識別低失誤率的效益。

Description

長距離無線射頻電子識別輪胎結構
本發明係有關一種輪胎製作完成時的運送、檢測、推疊儲存及出廠過程中,能夠利用ID識別碼作為輪胎識別,具輪胎生產方便管理及識別低失誤率效益的長距離無線射頻電子識別輪胎結構。
按,輪胎之製作流程,包括橡膠原料的混煉,混煉膠料的條狀壓延,二次工序成型生胎及生胎硫化完成輪胎最終形狀,胎面花紋與胎側標記。輪胎製作完成後,基於使用安全性,必須運送或輪送至檢驗室,通過嚴格品質檢測,再把合格輪胎送往倉庫堆疊儲存,並於出廠時記錄產品序號;從檢測至出廠過程,傳統多數採用人力貼紙進行識別,耗工又易疏失;習用一維或二維條碼標籤識別的作法,雖以光學掃描器行電子化識別可減少失誤,唯,人力或機械自動化掃描,仍存在掃描距離或角度的限制,致還有無法完成或識別的情事發生,就識別高準確性低失誤率的生產線需求,習用識別確有必要再作創新或發明。
本發明之主要目的係在提供一種長距離無線射頻電子識別輪胎結構,係一輪胎,是在一主胎體上設有一超高頻電子標籤(UHF TAG),及在該主胎體的外表面上橡膠包覆成型有一胎面表層,且該胎面表層的兩側,並各包覆成型有一胎肩表層及一胎側表層;該主胎體,具有構 成胎唇的一胎圈鋼絲及一三角膠環,且由內而外,至少包括有一氣密層,一胎體簾布層,一鋼絲環帶層及一覆蓋層;該超高頻電子標籤,是在一可撓性耐溫絕緣材料的基材薄片一表面上成型有一遠場銅膜天線,及該遠場銅膜天線的表面上,並貼合有一可撓性耐溫絕緣材料的天線保護膜片,且該遠場銅膜天線,是在一頻段/頻寬調整部的兩側,分別設有一第一場效應調整部及一第二場效應調整部;該頻段/頻寬調整部,係在一銅膜面上設一方形破孔槽而形成一矩形環迴路,並在該矩形環迴路上電性連接有一無線射頻識別RFID晶片;該第一場效應調整部,為一電性連接該矩形環迴路的方波形天線,並匹配該主胎體的胎圈鋼絲及鋼絲環帶層,具有多個第一場效應調整槽;該第二場效應調整部,為一電性連接該矩形環迴路的方波形天線,並匹配該主胎體的胎圈鋼絲及鋼絲環帶層,具有多個寬度較該第一場效應調整槽窄的第二場效應調整槽;當輪胎製作完成,並採用電子標籤讀取裝置進行識別時,輪胎的主胎體上超高頻電子標籤,其無線射頻識別RFID晶片通過遠場銅膜天線與電子標籤讀取裝置端所產生的電磁波訊號接收與回饋,藉由頻段/頻寬調整部調整電磁波訊號的頻段與頻寬,及第一、二場效應調整部的第一、二場效應調整槽對胎圈鋼絲及鋼絲環帶層反射電磁波訊號時的場型效應進行調整,俾使電子標籤讀取裝置能以廣角度,長距離讀取主胎體上超高頻電子標籤的ID識別碼,進而在輪胎製作完成時的運送、檢測、堆疊儲存及出廠過程中,能夠利用ID識別碼作為輪胎個體的準確識別,達成輪胎生產方便管理及識別低失誤率的效益。
本發明之次一目的係在提供一種長距離無線射頻電子識別輪 胎結構,其中,該超高頻電子標籤,係貼設在該主胎體的胎體簾布層表面上,並由該胎面表層一側的該胎側表層加以包覆,藉由超高頻電子標籤隱藏在該胎體簾布層與該胎側表層之間的夾層內固定,俾使超高頻電子標籤設置在輪胎上,達成退離或掉落的防止效果;且上述該超高頻電子標籤的基材薄片上,係在該遠場銅膜天線一側銅箔蝕刻成型有一近場環迴路天線,且該近場環迴路天線的兩端,並電性連接有一無線射頻識別RFID晶片而構成一窄頻電子標籤(HF TAG),俾當輪胎出廠後,輪胎銷售通路端可使用窄頻電子標籤讀取工具近靠胎側表層的外表面上讀取無線射頻識別RFID晶片的ID識別碼,即能由ID識別碼作為輪胎識別時的利用,方便輪胎銷售管理;又上述該超高頻電子標籤的一面端上,係貼設有一窄頻電子標籤(HF TAG),該窄頻電子標籤具有一與超高頻電子標籤遠場銅膜天線匹配的近場環迴路天線,且該近場環迴路天線的兩端,並電性連接有一無線射頻識別RFID晶片,俾當輪胎出廠後,輪胎銷售通路端可使用窄頻電子標籤讀取工具近靠胎側表層的外表面上讀取無線射頻識別RFID晶片的ID識別碼,即能由ID識別碼作為輪胎識別時的利用,方便輪胎銷售管理。
本發明之再一目的係在提供一種長距離無線射頻電子識別輪胎結構,其中,該超高頻電子標籤的遠場銅膜天線,其頻段/頻寬調整部,係以該方形破孔槽的孔形大小調整出使用頻段及頻寬,且該第一場效應調整部及該第二場效應調整部,皆為雙方波形天線,並不相互對稱性的依該胎圈鋼絲及該鋼絲環帶層對電磁波訊號的反射場型,分別形成有槽寬較寬的兩個第一場效應調整槽及槽寬較窄的兩個第二場效調整槽,藉由第一、 二場效應調整部匹配胎圈鋼絲及鋼絲環帶層反射電磁波訊號時的場型,則在頻段/頻寬調整部的方形破孔槽對電磁波訊號進行頻段與頻寬調整的作用下,俾使設在輪胎主胎體上的超高頻電子標籤,能於使用的頻段,達到大角度及長距離的讀取效果。
本發明之另一目的係在提供一種長距離無線射頻電子識別輪胎結構,其中,該超高頻電子標籤的基材薄片及天線保護膜片,皆為聚醯亞胺(PI)材料的可撓性耐溫絕緣薄膜片,藉由聚醯亞胺(PI)材料的耐溫特性,俾使超高頻電子標籤設在輪胎的主胎體上,乃能承受生胎製作過程及硫化製作過程時的工作溫度,不會被破壞或發生變形。

圖7係本發明超高頻電子標籤上加設窄頻電子標籤的結構立體分解圖
本發明為達上述目的,特舉較佳實施例,並配合所附圖式,作詳細說明如下:一種長距離無線射頻電子識別輪胎結構,如圖1、2、3、 4,係一輪胎,是在一主胎體10上設有一超高頻電子標籤(UHF TAG)20,及在該主胎體10的外表面上橡膠包覆成型有一胎面表層30,且該胎面表層30的兩側,並各包覆成型有一胎肩表層40及一胎側表層50;該主胎體10,具有構成胎唇的一胎圈鋼絲11及一三角膠環12,且由內而外,至少包括有一氣密層13,一胎體簾布層14,一鋼絲環帶層15及一覆蓋層16;該超高頻電子標籤20,是在一可撓性耐溫絕緣材料的基材薄片21一表面上銅箔蝕刻成型有一遠場銅膜天線20A,及該遠場銅膜天線20A的表面上,並貼合有一可撓性耐溫絕緣材料的天線保護膜片22,且該遠場銅膜天線20A,是在一頻段/頻寬調整部24的兩側,分別設有一第一場效應調整部25及一第二場效應調整部26;該頻段/頻寬調整部24,係在一銅膜面上設一方形破孔槽240而形成一矩形環迴路241,並在該矩形環迴路241的一端路徑上電性連接有一無線射頻識別RFID晶片27;該第一場效應調整部25,為一電性連接該矩形環迴路241的方波形天線,並匹配該主胎體10的胎圈鋼絲11及鋼絲環帶層15,具有多個第一場效應調整槽250;該第二場效應調整部26,為一電性連接該矩形環迴路241的方波形天線,並匹配該主胎體10的胎圈鋼絲11及鋼絲環帶層15,具有多個寬度較該第一場效應調整槽250窄的第二場效應調整槽260;如圖5,當輪胎製作完成,並採用電子標籤讀取裝置60進行識別時,如圖2、3、4、5,輪胎的主胎體10上超高頻電子標籤20,其無線射頻識別RFID晶片27通過遠場銅膜天線20A與電子標籤讀取裝置60端所產生的電磁波訊號接收與回饋,藉由頻段/頻寬調整部24調整電磁波訊號的頻段 與頻寬,及第一、二場效應調整部25、26的第一、二場效應調整槽250、260對胎圈鋼絲11及鋼絲環帶層15反射電磁波訊號時的場型效應進行調整,俾使電子標籤讀取裝置60能以廣角度(大的讀取角度),長距離讀取主胎體10上超高頻電子標籤20的ID識別碼,進而在輪胎製作完成時的運送、檢測、堆疊儲存及出廠過程中,能夠利用ID識別碼作為輪胎個體的準確識別,達成輪胎生產方便管理及識別低失誤率的效益。
根據上述實施例,其中,如圖1、2,該超高頻電子標籤26,係貼設在該主胎體10的胎體簾布層14表面上,並由該胎面表層30一側的該胎側表層50加以包覆,藉由超高頻電子標籤20隱藏在該胎體簾布層14與該胎側表層50之間的夾層內固定,俾使超高頻電子標籤20設置在輪胎上,達成退離或掉落的防止效果;如圖2、6,且上述該超高頻電子標籤20的基材薄片21上,係在該遠場銅膜天線20A一側銅箔蝕刻成型有一近場環迴路天線23,且該近場環迴路天線23的兩端,並電性連接有一無線射頻識別RFID晶片27A而構成一窄頻電子標籤(HF TAG),俾當輪胎出廠後,輪胎銷售通路端可使用窄頻電子標籤讀取工具(圖未示)近靠胎側表層50的外表面上讀取無線射頻識別RFID晶片27A的ID識別碼,即能由ID識別碼作為輪胎識別時的利用,方便輪胎銷售管理;如圖2、7,又上述該超高頻電子標籤20的一面端上,係貼設有一窄頻電子標籤(HF TAG)28,該窄頻電子標籤28具有一與超高頻電子標籤20遠場銅膜天線20A匹配的近場環迴路天線280,且該近場環迴路天線280的兩端,並電性連接有一無線射頻識別RFID晶片27B,俾當輪胎出廠後,輪胎銷售通路端可使 用窄頻電子標籤讀取工具(圖未示)近靠胎側表層50的外表面上讀取無線射頻識別RFID晶片27B的ID識別碼,即能由ID識別碼作為輪胎識別時的利用,方便輪胎銷售管理。
根據上述實施例,其中,如圖1、2、3、4,該超高頻電子標籤20的遠場銅膜天線20A,其頻段/頻寬調整部24,係以該方形破孔槽240的孔形大小調整出使用頻段及頻寬,且該第一場效應調整部25及該第二場效應調整部26,皆為雙方波形天線,並不相互對稱性的依該胎圈鋼絲11及該鋼絲環帶層15對電磁波訊號的反射場型,分別形成有槽寬較寬的兩個第一場效應調整槽250及槽寬較窄的兩個第二場效調整槽260,藉由第一、二場效應調整部25、26匹配胎圈鋼絲11及鋼絲環帶層15反射電磁波訊號時的場型,則在頻段/頻寬調整部24的方形破孔槽240對電磁波訊號進行頻段與頻寬調整的作用下,俾使設在輪胎主胎體10上的超高頻電子標籤20,能於使用的頻段範圍,達到大角度及長距離的讀取效果;亦即,多數國家或地區,皆會規範電子標籤(RFID TAG)的使用頻段,例如台灣地區的使用頻段是在920~930MHz之間,經由上述方形破孔槽240的槽孔大小調整第一、二場效應調整槽250、260,按照胎圈鋼絲11與鋼絲環帶層15反射電磁波訊號的場型作槽寬調整,則所完成的超高頻電子標籤20設在主胎體10上,如附件一檢測報告,通過芬蘭Voyntic Tagformance Lite Measurement System(UHF RFID)測試儀器,於800MHz~1000MHz頻段所進行的檢測,證實上述超高頻電子標籤20在輪胎主胎體10上的環境場條件中,即使採用一般商用讀取器(AWID & IMPINJI),其有效讀距至少維持在4.6~4.7公 尺;而此4.6~4.7公尺的有效讀距,在輪胎生產作業流程的工作環境中,已足以符合讀取器設備空間安裝的讀取距離需求,堪稱實用價值。
根據上述實施例,其中,如圖3,該超高頻電子標籤20的基材薄片21及天線保護膜片22,皆為聚醯亞胺(PI)材料的可撓性耐溫絕緣薄膜片,藉由聚醯亞胺(PI)材料的耐溫特性,俾使超高頻電子標籤20設在輪胎的主胎體10上,乃能承受生胎製作過程及硫化製作過程時的工作溫度,不會被破壞或發生變形。
以上說明,對本發明而言只是說明性的,而非限制性的,本領域普通技術人員理解,在不脫離所附說明書所限定的精神和範圍的情况下,可做出許多修改、變化或等效,但都將落入本發明的保護範圍內。

Claims (6)

  1. 一種長距離無線射頻電子識別輪胎結構,係一輪胎,是在一主胎體上設有一超高頻電子標籤(UHF TAG),及在該主胎體的外表面上橡膠包覆成型有一胎面表層,且該胎面表層的兩側,並各包覆成型有一胎肩表層及一胎側表層;該主胎體,具有構成胎唇的一胎圈鋼絲及一三角膠環,且由內而外,至少包括有一氣密層,一胎體簾布層,一鋼絲環帶層及一覆蓋層;該超高頻電子標籤,是在一可撓性耐溫絕緣材料的基材薄片一表面上成型有一遠場銅膜天線,及該遠場銅膜天線的表面上,並貼合有一可撓性耐溫絕緣材料的天線保護膜片,且該遠場銅膜天線,是在一頻段/頻寬調整部的兩側,分別設有一第一場效應調整部及一第二場效應調整部;該頻段/頻寬調整部,係在一銅膜面上設一方形破孔槽而形成一矩形環迴路,並在該矩形環迴路上電性連接有一無線射頻識別RFID晶片;該第一場效應調整部,為一電性連接該矩形環迴路的方波形天線,並匹配該主胎體的胎圈鋼絲及鋼絲環帶層,具有多個第一場效應調整槽;該第二場效應調整部,為一電性連接該矩形環迴路的方波形天線,並匹配該主胎體的胎圈鋼絲及鋼絲環帶層,具有多個寬度較該第一場效應調整槽窄的第二場效應調整槽;當輪胎製作完成,並採用電子標籤讀取裝置進行識別時,輪胎的主胎體上超高頻電子標籤,其無線射頻識別RFID晶片通過遠場銅膜天線與電子標籤讀取裝置端所產生的電磁波訊號接收與回饋,藉由頻段/頻寬調整部調整電磁波訊號的頻段與頻寬,及第一、二場效應調整部的第一、二場效應調整槽對胎圈鋼絲及鋼絲環帶層反射電磁波訊號時的場型效應進行調整,俾使電子標籤讀取裝置能以廣角度,長距離讀取主胎體 上超高頻電子標籤的ID識別碼,進而在輪胎製作完成時的運送、檢測、堆疊儲存及出廠過程中,能夠利用ID識別碼作為輪胎個體的準確識別,達成輪胎生產方便管理及識別低失誤率的效益。
  2. 依申請專利範圍第1項所述之長距離無線射頻電子識別輪胎結構,其中,該超高頻電子標籤,係貼設在該主胎體的胎體簾布層表面上,並由該胎面表層一側的該胎側表層加以包覆,藉由超高頻電子標籤隱藏在該胎體簾布層與該胎側表層之間的夾層內固定,俾使超高頻電子標籤設置在輪胎上,達成退離或掉落的防止效果。
  3. 依申請專利範圍第2項所述之長距離無線射頻電子識別輪胎結構,其中,該超高頻電子標籤的基材薄片上,係在該遠場銅膜天線一側銅箔蝕刻成型有一近場環迴路天線,且該近場環迴路天線的兩端,並電性連接有一無線射頻識別RFID晶片而構成一窄頻電子標籤(HF TAG),俾當輪胎出廠後,輪胎銷售通路端可使用窄頻電子標籤讀取工具近靠胎側表層的外表面上讀取無線射頻識別RFID晶片的ID識別碼,即能由ID識別碼作為輪胎識別時的利用,方便輪胎銷售管理。
  4. 依申請專利範圍第2項所述之長距離無線射頻電子識別輪胎結構,其中,該超高頻電子標籤的一面端上,係貼設有一窄頻電子標籤(HF TAG),該窄頻電子標籤具有一與超高頻電子標籤遠場銅膜天線匹配的近場環迴路天線,且該近場環迴路天線的兩端,並電性連接有一無線射頻識別RFID晶片,俾當輪胎出廠後,輪胎銷售通路端可使用窄頻電子標籤讀取工具近靠胎側表層的外表面上讀取無線射頻識別RFID晶片的ID識別碼,即能由ID識別碼作為輪胎識別時的利用,方便輪胎銷售管 理。
  5. 依申請專利範圍第1項所述之長距離無線射頻電子識別輪胎結構,其中,該超高頻電子標籤的遠場銅膜天線,其頻段/頻寬調整部,係以該方形破孔槽的孔形大小調整出使用頻段及頻寬,且該第一場效應調整部及該第二場效應調整部,皆為雙方波形天線,並不相互對稱性的依該胎圈鋼絲及該鋼絲環帶層對電磁波訊號的反射場型,分別形成有槽寬較寬的兩個第一場效應調整槽及槽寬較窄的兩個第二場效調整槽,藉由第一、二場效應調整部匹配胎圈鋼絲及鋼絲環帶層反射電磁波訊號時的場型,則在頻段/頻寬調整部的方形破孔槽對電磁波訊號進行頻段與頻寬調整的作用下,俾使設在輪胎主胎體上的超高頻電子標籤,能於使用的頻段,達到大角度及長距離的讀取效果。
  6. 依申請專利範圍第1項所述之長距離無線射頻電子識別輪胎結構,其中,該超高頻電子標籤的基材薄片及天線保護膜片,皆為聚醯亞胺(PI)材料的可撓性耐溫絕緣薄膜片,藉由聚醯亞胺(PI)材料的耐溫特性,俾使超高頻電子標籤設在輪胎的主胎體上,乃能承受生胎製作過程及硫化製作過程時的工作溫度,不會被破壞或發生變形。
