Abstract
一種健身器材之阻力感測機構,包含有一阻力調整單元及一感測單元,阻力調整單元具有一調整座、一位於調整座上方之固定套管、一設固定套管之螺桿與一設於調整座且螺接螺桿之螺帽,感測單元具有一第一連桿座、一第二連桿座、一感測元件及一被感測元件,第一、第二連桿座之一端相互樞接,第一、第二連桿座之另一端分別樞接固定套管與螺帽,感測元件設於第一、第二連桿座的其中之一,被感測元件設於第一、第二連桿座的另外之一。藉此,感測元件與被感測元件可以利用第一、第二連桿座的連動關係改變彼此之間的距離,進而產生相對應的感測訊號。
Description
本發明與健身器材有關,特別是指一種健身器材之阻力感測機構。
一般的健身器材為了讓使用者可以根據自身的訓練需求來調整操作難易度,在結構上通常會配置一阻力調整器,讓使用者能夠透過阻力調整器對飛輪或其他類似的元件施加不同程度的阻力,在調整阻力的同時,為了讓使用者能夠確實掌握阻力調整器所施加的阻力大小,有一部分的健身器材會再配置一感測裝置,主要是用來對阻力調整器所施加的阻力大小進行感測,以便讓使用者能夠隨時視情況作調整。
就與感測裝置相關的先前技術來說,中華民國公告第M435942號專利案所揭露之扭力感測裝置主要是將主感測元件與被感測元件分別設置於固定件與位置調整件上,藉由旋轉調整桿即能改變位置調整件與固定件之間的相對距離,使主感測元件因與被感測元件之間的距離改變而產生相對應的感測訊號。然而在前述專利案中,被感測元件是保持固定不動,所以在只有主感測元件可以移動的情況下,整個過程需要耗費比較長的時間才能夠完成感測,如此在實際操作時容易造成使用者的不便。
本發明之主要目的在於提供一種健身器材之阻力感測機構,其能減少作動行程及縮短感測時間,進而增加操作上的便利性。
為了達成上述目的,本發明所提供之阻力感測機構包含有一阻力調整單元及一感測單元。阻力調整單元具有一調整座、一固定套管、一調整桿與一螺帽,該調整座設於一飛輪之周緣且該調整座之一端樞設於一車架,該固定套管設於該車架且位於該調整座的上方,該調整桿具有一螺桿部,該螺桿部可原地轉動地穿設於該固定套管,該螺帽設於該調整座且螺接於該調整桿之螺桿部,使得該螺帽能藉由該調整桿之驅動而帶動該調整座相對該飛輪上下偏轉;該感測單元具有一第一連桿座、一第二連桿座、一感測元件,以及一被感測元件,該第一連桿座之一端與該第二連桿座之一端相互樞接在一起,該第一連桿座之另一端樞設於該阻力調整單元之螺帽,該第二連桿座之另一端樞設於該阻力調整單元之固定套管,使得該第一、第二連桿座能藉由該螺帽之驅動而相對靠近或遠離,該感測元件設於該第一、第二連桿座的其中之一,該被感測元件設於該第一、第二連桿座的另外之一,而且,該感測元件與該被感測元件之間相互對應,使得該感測元件與該被感測元件能藉由該第一、第二連桿座之間的連動關係改變彼此之間的相對距離,進而讓該感測元件輸出相對應的感測訊號。
由上述可知,本發明之阻力感測機構利用該第一、第二連桿座的配置,使該感測元件與該被感測元件可以同時朝彼此靠近或遠離,如此即能達到減少作動行程及縮短感測時間的效果。
有關本發明所提供之阻力感測機構的詳細構造、特點、組裝或使用方式,將於後續的實施方式詳細說明中予以描述。然而,在本發明領域中具有通常知識者應能瞭解,該等詳細說明以及實施本發明所列舉的特定實施例,僅係用於說明本發明,並非用以限制本發明之專利申請範圍。
請先參閱第1圖,圖中所示之健身器材包含有一車架12與一可轉動地設於車架12之飛輪14。本發明之阻力感測機構10包含有一阻力調整單元30及一感測單元40。
阻力調整單元30具有一調整座31、二相對之磁性件32、一固定套管33、一調整桿34,以及一螺帽35。調整座31位於飛輪14之周緣且調整座31之後端樞設於車架12,調整座31之兩相對側面分別貫穿有一長條孔312;磁性件32設於調整座31之內側面且讓飛輪能通過兩個磁性件32之間;固定套管33固定於車架12且位於調整座31的上方;調整桿34具有一旋鈕342與一連接旋鈕342之螺桿部344,螺桿部344可原地轉動地穿設於固定套管33內;螺帽35螺設於調整桿34之螺桿部344,而且,螺帽35之兩相對側面分別藉由一第一樞軸P1樞設於調整座31,第一樞軸P1可位移地穿設於調整座31之長條孔312內。
感測單元40具有一第一連桿座41與一第二連桿座42,第一連桿座41之一端與第二連桿座42之一端藉由二相對之第二樞軸P2相互樞接在一起,第一連桿座41之另一端藉由第一樞軸P1樞設於阻力調整單元30之螺帽35,第二連桿座42之另一端藉由二相對之第三樞軸P3樞設於阻力調整單元30之固定套管33。此外,感測單元40更具有一感測元件43與一被感測元件44,感測元件43設置於第一連桿座41之頂面與第二連桿座42之底面的其中一個位置,被感測元件44設置於第一連桿座41之頂面與第二連桿座42之底面的另外一個位置,也就是說,假如感測元件43是設置在第一連桿座41之頂面,被感測元件44就設置在第二連桿座42之底面,如果感測元件43設置在第二連桿座42之底面,被感測元件44設置在第一連桿座41之頂面,然而不論以前述哪種方式設置,感測元件43與被感測元件44之間必須要相互對應。
由上述可知,如第2及3圖所示,當利用旋鈕342轉動調整桿34時,調整桿34會經由螺桿部344驅動螺帽35沿著調整桿34之軸向上下位移,在螺帽35位移的過程中,一方面會帶動調整座31相對飛輪14偏轉,使調整座31在相對飛輪14偏轉時能利用兩個磁性件32之間的磁通量變化對飛輪14提供阻力效果。另一方面,螺帽35在位一過程中會同時帶動第一連桿座41,此時的第一連桿座41會再連動第二連桿座42,使第一、第二連桿座41、42相互靠近或遠離,如此一來,感測元件43與被感測元件44之間即可利用第一、第二連桿座41、42的連動關係來改變彼此之間的相對距離,一旦兩者之間的距離有所改變,感測元件43便能產生相對應的感測訊號至一控制面板(圖中所示),使用者便能根據控制面板所顯示的訊息得知阻力的變化。
綜上所陳,本發明之阻力感測機構20利用第一、第二連桿座41、42的配置,使感測元件43與被感測元件44在阻力發生變化的時候可以同時朝彼此靠近或遠離,並非只有單方作動,因此與習用技術相比之下,本發明可以有效達到減少作動行程及縮短感測時間的效果。

Claims (5)
- 一種健身器材之阻力感測機構,該健身器材包含有一車架與一設於該車架之飛輪,該阻力感測機構包含有: 一阻力調整單元,具有一調整座、一固定套管、一調整桿與一螺帽,該調整座設於該飛輪之周緣且該調整座之一端樞設該車架,該固定套管設於該車架且位於該調整座的上方,該調整桿具有一螺桿部,該螺桿部可原地轉動地穿設於該固定套管,該螺帽設於該調整座且螺接於該調整桿之螺桿部;以及 一感測單元,具有一第一連桿座、一第二連桿座、一感測元件,以及一被感測元件,該第一連桿座之一端與該第二連桿座之一端相互樞接在一起,該第一連桿座之另一端樞設於該阻力調整單元之螺帽,該第二連桿座之另一端樞設於該阻力調整單元之固定套管,該感測元件設於該第一、第二連桿座的其中之一,該被感測元件設於該第一、第二連桿座的另外之一,該感測元件與該被感測元件之間相互對應。
- 如請求項1所述之健身器材之阻力感測機構,其中該調整座、該螺帽與該第二連桿座之間藉由二相對之樞軸樞接在一起,該調整座之兩側面分別具有一長條孔,各該樞軸可位移地穿設於一該長條孔內。
- 如請求項1所述之健身器材之阻力感測機構,其中該感測元件設於該第一連桿座,該被感測元件設於該第二連桿座。
- 如請求項1所述之健身器材之阻力感測機構,其中該感測元件設於該第二連桿座,該被感測元件設於該第一連桿座。
- 如請求項1所述之健身器材之阻力感測機構,其中該感測元件為霍爾感測器,該被感測元件為磁鐵。
