(A) Cationic surfactant (B) higher alcohol (C) polyoxyalkylene side chain and aminoalkyl side chain polyoxyl (D) volatile polyoxyl which, in addition, provide a hair treatment A method of applying the hair cosmetic to the hair and rinsing with water.

[成分(A):陽離子界面活性劑] recent years, in addition to chemical treatments such as hair dyeing and perming, hair damage caused by the use of hair conditioners such as hair irons and hair dryers, which are gradually accustomed to young women, is becoming serious. It is known that hair damage is accompanied by loss of 18-MEA (18-methyl eicosanoid) as a fatty acid covering the surface of the hair, which causes hydrophilization of the surface of the hair and causes an increase in surface friction. The hair that is hydrophilized by the damage not only loses its flexibility, but also does not dry easily after shampooing. It takes a long time to dry with a hair dryer or the like, which is a burden on the physical strength. Moreover, the damaged hair is easily entangled, and the knotting caused by the drying of the hair dryer becomes a cumulative burden of further damage and a psychological burden on the consumer. However, the prior hair treatment agent causes the silicone or the oil to remain on the hair in order to impart a feeling of softness or moistness to the hair, and since it has adhesiveness, it may inhibit the hair from spreading one by one. Hair drying after shampooing takes time. Accordingly, the present invention relates to a method in which hair is rinsed after application to hair after shampooing, and it is extremely easy to spread the wet hair one by one regardless of the type of cationic surfactant contained therein. A hair cosmetic which is entangled to dry hair in a short period of time and which is excellent in softness during rinsing. Furthermore, in the above-mentioned Patent Document 2, the case where the hair care composition is applied to the hair and dried quickly is described. However, the hair drying composition which is specifically disclosed in this document is only a rinse-free type, and the effect of "slow drying after application" in the invention also means that the hair care composition itself dries faster. Therefore, in this document, the speed at which the hair is sufficiently wetted by rinsing from the hair after application to the hair is not at all suggestive. As a factor in improving the drying speed of hair after shampooing, "spreading of hair" is more important. That is, by spreading the hair, the contact area with the towel is increased when the towel is dried, and the moisture of the hair is quickly absorbed by the towel, and the contact area with the air is increased when the hair dryer is dried (in the case of natural drying). The moisture of the hair quickly diverges. The present inventors have found that in the rinse-type hair cosmetic used after conditioner and conditioner, the amino-polyether co-modified polyoxyl and the volatile structure of the specific structure are obtained. When polyoxymethylene is used in combination, the amount of adsorption of the adhesive component on the hair is reduced, and the bulky adhesive component is less likely to adhere to the hair. Further, as a result, it has been found that the adhesion of the hair can be weakened one by one, and the wet hair after the treatment is extremely easy to spread, and the drying speed can be excellently improved without entanglement. (Method for producing hair bundle for evaluation) A Japanese hair bundle prepared by using a hair having a length of 40 cm and a weight of 20 g when dry is used twice by using a commercially available bleach (manufactured by Kao Corporation, foam dyed bleach). The bleaching treatment (5 mass times of bleaching agent applied to the hair, and treatment at room temperature for 30 minutes) was carried out twice by ordinary shampoo, and the obtained one was used for the following evaluation. The composition of ordinary shampoo (pH 7.0) is as follows. 25% polyoxyethylene (2.5) sodium lauryl ether sulfate 62% by mass lauric acid diethanol decylamine 2.3% by mass disodium edetate 0.15 mass% sodium benzoate 0.5 mass% sodium chloride 0.8 mass% 75% phosphoric acid (100% by mass of the residual amount of the purified water of methylparaben) (Functional evaluation) "Softness during rinsing" The water used for evaluation by the above method is washed with ordinary shampoo. The gas was slightly removed, and 1 g of the hair lotion described in Table 1 was applied, and the "smoothness" at the time of washing with tap water was used, and five researchers were used for the sensory evaluation. The evaluation was performed using the following five grades, and the total score of five was calculated. 5: Very compliant 4: Supple 3: Difficult to evaluate 2: Not very compliant 1: Not compliant "Easy to spread the hair bundle" After the above evaluation of "smoothness during rinsing", the hair bundle used for the evaluation The water content was adjusted to be 10 g. Then, paper towels ( ELLEAIR PROWIPE, ELLEAIR PROWIPE), acrylic plate, weight (1.3 kg total weight of acrylic plate and weight) were placed on top of the hair bundle to remove excess water. The ease of dissolving the hair bundle when the finger was passed through the hair bundle and the ease of formation of the small hair bundle were referred to as "easiness of spreading of the hair bundle", and the panelists performed the sensory evaluation by five researchers. The evaluation was performed using the following five grades, and the total score of five was calculated. 5: It is very easy to spread out 4: It is easy to spread out 3: It is difficult to evaluate 2: It is not easy to spread out 1: It is not easy to spread "It is not easy to entangle in the drying of the hair dryer" After the evaluation of the above-mentioned "easiness of spreading of the hair bundle", the evaluation is used. The hair bundle was set downward, and the hair dryer was fixed in such a manner that the distance from the air outlet of the hair dryer (National, TURBODRY 1300) to the hair center of the hair bundle was 25 cm, and the warm air was blown from the 45° obliquely upward. Then, the finger was passed through the hair bundle once every 4 seconds, and the hair dryer was dried. At this time, the "non-tangling property" before the complete drying was evaluated by five researchers. The evaluation was performed using the following five grades, and the total score of five was calculated. 5: No entanglement 4: Almost no entanglement 3: Difficult to evaluate 2: Slightly easy to entangle 1: Easy to entangle (fastness of drying) After washing the hair with the evaluation made by the above method using ordinary shampoo The water vapor was slightly removed, and 1 g of the hair lotion described in Table 1 was applied, and then rinsed with tap water and naturally drained for 60 seconds, and then the paper towel was placed on the hair bundle (manufactured by Dawang Paper Co., ELLEAIR PROWIPE). Acrylic plate, weight (1.3 kg total weight of acrylic plate and weight), and remove excess water. The hair bundle was placed facing the hair, and the hair dryer (weak warm air mode: 600 W) was fixed so that the distance from the air outlet of the hair dryer (Nobby NB2501 manufactured by Tescom, Nobby NB2501) to the hair center of the hair bundle was 45 cm. Then, the finger was passed once every 4 seconds, and the hair dryer was dried. At this time, the time (in seconds) from when the hair dryer is dried to when the researcher can judge that the hair is completely dry is measured. This operation and measurement were repeated three times, and the average value thereof was set as a quick-drying evaluation.
