Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a hair cosmetic.
Hair cosmetics such as hair rinses and hair conditioners used after shampooing are mainly composed of cationic surfactants and higher alcohols, and are used to condition the hair by imparting smoothness and moist feeling to the hair.
For example, Patent Document 1 (Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2001-139437) relates to a hair rinse composition containing a cationic surfactant, a higher alcohol having an alkyl group having 14 to 22 carbon atoms, a specific silicone and a specific oil. The technology is described. And by using the hair rinse composition in the same document, the hair is softened, the hair surface is smoothed, the combing property is improved, the hair is given gloss and luster, and the effect lasts for a long time. It is said that even in a dry environment, it suppresses hair fluttering and is excellent in uniting hair.
Patent Document 2 (Japanese Patent Publication No. 2008-515921) discloses a technique for providing a multiphase personal care composition including a conditioning phase and a beneficial phase that are packed in physical contact with each other while maintaining a stable state. A conditioning phase that is an aliphatic compound cationic surfactant, and at least one beneficial phase selected from the group consisting of an aliphatic cationic surfactant, a high viscosity aqueous phase and a high internal phase emulsion A multi-phase personal care composition is described. The composition is also described to provide improved hair effects during and after use.
In recent years, in addition to chemical treatments such as hair coloring and perm, hair damage caused by hair sets using heat such as hair irons and hair dryers, which has become a habit mainly for young women, has become serious. It is known that hair damage causes an increase in surface friction as the hair surface becomes hydrophilic.
Damaged and hydrophilized hair not only loses its smoothness but also becomes difficult to dry after being washed. In addition, hair cosmetics such as hair rinses and hair conditioners, which are mainly used to smooth the hair surface and suppress hair roughness even in a dry environment, leave a large amount of moisturizer and oil on wet hair. Let As a result, it takes much time for the user to dry the hair after washing. As a result, the number of users who go to bed without being sufficiently dried increases, and the result is that they suffer from sleeping in the next morning.
In this regard, the techniques described in Patent Documents 1 and 2 described above have effects such as softening the hair, smoothing the surface of the hair, imparting gloss and gloss to the hair, and suppressing the roughness of the hair. However, the effect of drying the hair after shampooing quickly and improving the convenience of the user after shampooing was not obtained.
Therefore, the present invention can be applied to the hair after washing the shampoo and then washed away to prevent entanglement of the wet hair and to dry it in a short time, and to give a soft volume and smooth feeling to the hair after drying.
(Component (D))
Component (D) is a silicone having a viscosity (kinematic viscosity) at 25 ° C. of 5 cSt to 200 cSt, and more specifically, a low molecular weight dimethylpolysiloxane.
As the component (D), the silicone of the component (C) is diluted, the component (C) is thinly and uniformly applied to the hair surface, and smoothness is imparted. From the viewpoint, the viscosity at 25 ° C. is preferably 5 to 50 cSt, more preferably 5 to 20 cSt, and still more preferably 5 to 15 cSt. Moreover, as a silicone of a component (D), the dimethyl polysiloxane (dimethicone) etc. which show the said viscosity are preferable.
The weight average molecular weight MW of dimethylpolysiloxane (dimethicone) having a viscosity at 25 ° C. (kinematic viscosity) of 5 cSt corresponds to 700, the weight average molecular weight MW of dimethylpolysiloxane of 20 cSt corresponds to 2000, and 50 cSt. The weight average molecular weight MW of dimethylpolysiloxane corresponds to 3500, and the weight average molecular weight MW of dimethylpolysiloxane of 200 cSt corresponds to 11000.
The weight average molecular weight MW of the component (D) silicone is such that the silicone of the component (C) is diluted, the component (C) is thinly and evenly applied to the hair surface, and smoothness is imparted. From the viewpoint of easy volatilization at the time, the weight average molecular weight is preferably MW 700 to 11000.
The content of the component (D) in the hair cosmetic is, for example, 0.05% by mass or more and preferably 0.1% by mass or more with respect to the entire hair cosmetic from the viewpoint of suppressing the entanglement of wet hair. . Moreover, content of the component (D) in hair cosmetics is less than 20 mass% with respect to the whole hair cosmetics from a viewpoint of improving the quick-drying property of hair, for example, and 10 mass% or less is preferable.
In the present embodiment, as the silicones, the components (C) and (D) are slightly added to the hair by using a combination of the high-polymerized silicone of the component (C) and the low-molecular weight silicone of the component (D) in a specific ratio. The entanglement of wet hair is suitably suppressed. In addition, it has good elongation and familiarity with the hair during application, so a thin film can be formed on the hair surface after application, reducing the feeling of stickiness without losing the smoothness and softness of the hair, and quick drying Can be improved.
Here, the viscosities of the components (C) and (D) are measured using, for example, the first viscosity measurement method described in the Cosmetic Raw Material Standards (Making Basics) General Test Method. Note that, depending on the viscosity of the component (C) or (D), it can also be obtained by dividing by the density using the second method.
The molecular weight of the silicone having the corresponding viscosity is represented by the molecular weight Mw (weight average molecular weight) measured by gel permeation chromatography (GPC). A method for measuring the weight average molecular weight of a sample (dimethylsilicone oil) by GPC is, for example, as follows. First, at a temperature of 25 ° C., a solvent (specifically, tetrahydrofuran) is allowed to flow at a flow rate of 1 mL per minute, and 8 mg of a tetrahydrofuran sample solution having a concentration of 0.4 g / dL is injected as a sample for measurement. When measuring the molecular weight of a sample, select the measurement conditions within the range in which the logarithm of the molecular weight and the number of counts of the calibration curve produced by several monodisperse polystyrene standard samples are linear. .
The sum of the contents of the component (C) and the component (D) in the hair cosmetic, that is, the mass ratio represented by ((C) + (D)) is from the viewpoint of suppressing entanglement of wet hair. 1% by mass or more, preferably 0.2% by mass or more, and more preferably 0.5% by mass or more. Moreover, from the viewpoint of improving the quick drying property of the hair, the mass ratio represented by ((C) + (D)) is 20% by mass or less, preferably 10% by mass or less, and more preferably 5% by mass or less. preferable.
Further, the mass ratio of the component (C) to the component (D), that is, ((C) / (D)) is 0.01 from the viewpoint of suppressing the entanglement of wet hair and improving the quick drying property of the hair.

Next, the manufacturing method of hair cosmetics is demonstrated.
In the present embodiment, the hair cosmetic preparation, for example, prepares an oil phase containing components (A) and (B), and heats the component to a temperature equal to or higher than the melting point of component (B);
A step of uniformly mixing the oil phase with an aqueous phase heated to the melting point of the component (B) or higher to obtain an emulsion;
Mixing and dispersing components (C) and (D) in the course of cooling the emulsion to room temperature;
Cooling the emulsion to room temperature;
including.
Components (C) and (D) may be mixed in advance and dispersed in the emulsion. At this time, for example, the component (C) and the component (D) can be mixed with a surfactant and dispersed and blended. As the surfactant, a part of the component (A) may be used, or another surfactant may be used.
In the hair cosmetic obtained by the above procedure, the cationic surfactant of component (A) remains efficiently on the hair, and the slipperiness is improved by the silicone of components (C) and (D).
In this embodiment, the components (A) to (D) and water are used in combination, and the contents of the components (A) and (E), the moles represented by ((B) / (A)) The ratio, the mass ratio represented by ((C) + (D)), and the mass ratio represented by ((C) / (D)) all have a configuration that satisfies specific conditions. As a result, hair wet with water is not involved in drying from towel drying, and a hair cosmetic with a short drying time can be obtained.
Here, in the hair cosmetics such as a conditioner, by blending the conditioning component, the lubricity of the hair can be improved, so that the effect of suppressing the crossing and tangling of the hair and preventing the hair from becoming entangled is improved. . On the other hand, the addition of the conditioning component improves the adhesiveness between the hairs, so that the hairs are prevented from separating and becoming separated, and the ease of drying of the hairs is suppressed.
That is, since the lubricating component blended in the hair cosmetic has adhesiveness, there was a trade-off relationship between imparting the lubricating property to the hair by the lubricating component and suppressing the adhesiveness between the hairs.
On the other hand, according to this embodiment, it is possible to achieve both imparting lubricity to hair and imparting non-tackiness. More specifically, the components (C) and (D) are slightly adsorbed on the hair while setting the molar ratio of (B) to the component (A) in a specific range so that the hairs are easily separated from each other. As a result, it is possible to effectively suppress the entanglement of wet hair during towel drying or during drying with a dryer, and it is possible to suitably suppress the adhesion between the hairs and improve the dispersibility between the hairs. For this reason, it becomes possible to obtain the quick-drying property and entanglement prevention effect which can be realized by the user, for example.
Further, by using the hair cosmetic composition in the present embodiment, it is possible to impart a soft volume feeling and a smooth feeling to the hair after drying.

Next, place the hair tress downward, and fix the hair tress (dry air mode, air flow: weakest) and the hair tress so that the distance from the hair outlet of the dryer (TURBODRY1300 manufactured by National) to the center of the hair is 25 cm. Then, the dryer was dried while passing a finger once every 4 seconds. At this time, the time from the start of drying of the dryer until the researcher was able to determine that the hair was dry was measured, and the quick drying property was evaluated.
Based on untreated damaged hair that was not treated with the conditioner, the drying time of the reference hair was 250 seconds. About the hair processed with the conditioner of Table 1 and Table 2, the drying time was set to 220 seconds or less as the pass (there is a preferential difference).
