Abstract

本發明係關於一種用於圍繞至少一個水平軸擺動之傢俱活動桌板的鉸鏈。
更具體言之，本發明係關於一種用於可根據至少一個水平軸向上或向下打開之傢俱活動桌板的鉸鏈。
如已知，在傢俱行業中，正在使用一些具有可藉助於圍繞至少一個水平軸之搖擺運動向上提昇而打開之活動桌板的傢俱。
此類型之活動桌板藉助於界定提昇系統之鉸鏈而連接至一件傢俱之經固定部分，該等鉸鏈包含連接至該件傢俱之經固定部分的支撐本體，及經支撐以便在支撐本體附近搖擺且適於錨定至該件傢俱之活動桌板的至少一個提昇桿。
亦提供彈簧負載致動裝置及調整系統，彈簧負載致動裝置使得在活動桌板搖擺運動以用於打開或關閉期間支撐活動桌板成為可能。所有這一切使得鉸鏈複雜且笨重。因此，一般而言，支撐本體以及提昇桿必須連接至一件傢俱之側面，且活動桌板僅在組裝之最終步驟中連接至提昇桿。
詳言之，提昇桿在錨定至活動桌板之端部處具有固定元件，該固定元件可藉助於緊固構件與在活動桌板之前被固定之錨定元件連接。
通常，此類型之鉸鏈之組裝(其中術語「鉸鏈」意謂構成用於提昇及/或用於支撐一件傢俱之活動桌板之系統的全部元件)藉助於以下步驟而發生：
- 首先，將鉸鏈之支撐本體及對應提昇桿固定至該件傢俱之經固定部分，通常使用模板將其固定於正確位置。
- 接著將錨定元件固定至活動桌板；且
- 最後，將應用於活動桌板之錨定元件與設置於先前固定至支撐本體之提昇桿之端部處的各別固定元件嚙合。
然而，以上固定操作有一定的難度，尤其對於大型活動桌板而言，此係因為通常需要有兩個人來組裝，以支撐活動桌板且執行使活動桌板之錨定元件與已固定至該件傢俱之經固定部分的提昇系統的桿上之各別固定元件正確嚙合所需的彼活動桌板之移動。
本發明之目標為提供一種用於圍繞至少一個水平軸擺動之傢俱活動桌板的鉸鏈，其簡化了組裝，組裝可由單人進行，即使活動桌板具有相當大的大小亦如此。
在此目標內，本發明之目的為提供一種用於圍繞至少一個水平軸擺動之傢俱活動桌板的鉸鏈，其經組態以用於可向上或向下打開之活動桌板且可以簡單且快速的方式安裝。
本發明之另一目的為提供一種用於圍繞至少一個水平軸擺 動之傢俱活動桌板的鉸鏈，其為高度可靠、可容易且實用地實施且低成本的。
在下文中將變得更顯而易見之此目標及此等及其他目的係由一種用於圍繞至少一個水平軸擺動之傢俱活動桌板的鉸鏈來達成，該鉸鏈包含：一支撐本體，其適於應用於一件傢俱之內部；至少一個搖擺桿，其適於在一端處連接至該支撐本體且在相反端處連接至被固定至一活動桌板之一錨定元件，其特徵在於該至少一個桿經應用以便搖擺至與該支撐本體分離之一中間本體。
本發明之其他特性及優點將自根據本發明之鉸鏈之較佳但非排他性實施方式的描述而變得更顯而易見，本發明之具體實例係藉助於非限制性實例在附圖中說明，其中：圖1為根據本發明之鉸鏈的分解立體圖；圖2為根據本發明之經部分組裝之鉸鏈的立體圖；圖3為圖1及圖2中之鉸鏈的另一立體圖；圖4為根據本發明之鉸鏈在經部分組裝條件下的立體圖；圖5為根據本發明之鉸鏈在經組裝條件下的另一立體圖；圖6為根據本發明之鉸鏈在經組裝條件下的另一立體圖。
參看諸圖，根據本發明之鉸鏈(通常由參考數字1表示)包含：支撐本體2，其適於固定至一件傢俱之經固定部分3之內部；及用於提昇之至少一個搖擺桿4，其適於藉助於連接至提昇桿4之耦接元件5'而連接 至應用於該件傢俱之活動桌板6的錨定元件5。
根據本發明之鉸鏈具有中間本體7，其與支撐本體2分離，中間本體7支撐提昇桿4以便搖擺。
實質上，因此，根據本發明之鉸鏈引入中間本體7，提昇桿4被應用於該中間本體7以便搖擺，且中間本體7具備用於垂直調整活動桌板之位置的凸輪螺桿8。當中間本體7被組裝於支撐本體2中時，凸輪螺桿與界定於支撐本體2之前端處的支座9嚙合。
支撐本體2在內部設置有複數個隆起或拉伸部分10，其構成用於將中間本體7插入支撐本體2內部之導引元件。
支撐本體2較佳塑形為實質上類似倒置U形；然而，不排除其具有不同形狀(例如，管狀)之橫向截面的可能性。
中間本體7容納彈性構件11，彈性構件11使得在活動桌板6之搖擺運動期間支撐活動桌板6成為可能；詳言之，若鉸鏈經組態以支撐可向上打開之活動桌板，則彈性構件經塑形及配置以提供用以在打開移動期間支撐活動桌板之必要提昇力，但若鉸鏈經組態以支撐可向下打開之活動桌板，則彈性構件經塑形及配置以提供用於關閉活動桌板之力及/或用於控制打開活動桌板的移動之支撐力。
支撐本體2容納制動裝置12，制動裝置12與提昇桿4相互作用以便對活動桌板6圍繞其水平軸之搖擺運動進行制動。
最後，在與用於插入中間本體7之端部相反的後端處，支撐本體2容納夾片13，在中間本體7插入支撐本體2中時，夾片13與中間本體7之端部15耦接。
夾片13連接至支撐本體2，使得其可根據本體2之縱向延伸方向移動，且夾片13之位置可藉助於凸輪螺桿14來界定及調整，因此使得在前方向上調整活動桌板6成為可能。
方便的是，將支撐本體2容納於由該件傢俱之壁界定的在該件傢俱之頂部或水平中間平面或底部的拐角中，且可將支撐本體2固定至該件傢俱之側面或該件傢俱之「頂部」。
此外，較佳支撐本體2亦具有橫向調整構件，以便允許在橫向方向上調整活動桌板之位置；例如，支撐本體2可具有由兩個可展開板界定之側壁，其之展開係藉助於調整螺桿14'以受控方式界定。
安裝根據本發明之鉸鏈之方法如下。
首先，操作者將支撐本體2連接於該件傢俱3之內部，接著藉由將與桿4整合在一起之耦接元件5'與較佳鑽孔裝埋至活動桌板6之厚度中的錨定元件5連接而將中間本體7及對應桿4連接至活動桌板6。
桿4之耦接元件5'與錨定元件5之間的耦接較佳以搭扣配合(snap-fitting)嚙合方式進行。
此時，操作者可獨自藉由以歸功於元件10之經導引方式將每一鉸鏈之中間本體7插入對應支撐本體2中(僅藉由使得中間本體7滑動至支撐本體2中)直至中間本體7在支撐本體2內嚙合為止而將活動桌板6連接至該件傢俱3。
此操作可由操作者進行而無需幫助，因此簡化了組裝該件傢俱之步驟。
實務上，已發現根據本發明之鉸鏈完全達成經設定目標及目 的，此係因為其使得簡化組裝一件傢俱、尤其係一件具有圍繞至少一個水平軸擺動之活動桌板的傢俱之操作成為可能。
本發明可應用於向上打開之活動桌板及向下打開之活動桌板二者。
如此設想的本發明容易具有許多修改及變化，其皆在所附申請專利範圍之範圍內。
此外，所有細節皆可由其他技術上等效之元件取代。
實務上，所使用之材料及可能的尺寸及形狀可根據要求及所屬技術領域中的狀態而調整。

Claims (12)

  1. 一種用於圍繞至少一個水平軸擺動之傢俱活動桌板的鉸鏈(1)，該鉸鏈(1)包含：一支撐本體(2)，其適於應用在一件傢俱之內部；至少一個搖擺桿(4)，其適於在一端處連接至該支撐本體(2)且在相反端處連接至被固定至一活動桌板(6)之一錨定元件(5)，其特徵在於該至少一個搖擺桿(4)經應用以便搖擺至與該支撐本體(2)分離之一中間本體(7)。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項之鉸鏈，其中該中間本體(2)具備用於垂直調整該活動桌板之調整構件(8)，當該中間本體(7)被容納於該支撐本體(2)中時，該調整構件(8)適於與界定於該支撐本體(2)中之一支座(9)嚙合。
