Abstract
一種可提高穩定性的橢圓機,包含一機架、一軸設於該機架的擺動單元、一軸設於該擺動單元的踏板單元、一提供該等踏桿產生擺動阻尼的阻尼單元、一導引單元及一彈性單元。該導引單元包括一對連接於該阻尼單元的曲柄及一對分別樞接於該等曲柄的導引架,該等導引架各具有一可滑動地套設於該機架之一對導引件的導輪及一可供該等踏桿可相對滑動的支撐部,該彈性單元的彈力使該等踏桿的後端部恆保持朝該底座趨近的趨勢,且使該等踏桿恆保持抵靠於該等支撐部的趨勢。利用該導引單元與該機架的配合,可達到操作順暢及穩定支撐之目的。
Description
本發明是有關於一種健身器材,特別是指一種可提高穩定性的橢圓機。
現有一種橢圓機(US 7,985,165號專利案),包含一機架、一軸設於該機架的飛輪組、二樞接於該機架的擺動桿、二樞接於該等擺動桿底端的踏板組、二樞接於該等踏板組與該機架之間的搖桿及二樞接於該飛輪組與該等踏板組之間的曲柄組。
當操作者踩踏施力於該等踏板組時,利用該等曲柄組帶動該飛輪組可產生轉動阻尼,且達到運動目的,且利用該等曲柄組連動該等踏桿組產生往復擺動,可進行踩踏運動,而該等搖桿則配合該等踏桿組也可產生往復擺動。
雖然這種橢圓機可達到預期的使用目的,但是由於該等踏桿組相對於該機架呈懸空狀,在操作時,該等搖桿也會被該等踏桿組牽動而相對於該機架產生往復擺動,該等搖桿承受的應力較大,整體結構的穩定度較為不足。
另外,也因為該等搖桿樞接於該等踏桿組與該機架之間,在操作時會影響操作的順暢度。
因此,本發明之目的,即在提供一種在操作時可產生較高的穩定度及順暢度的可提高穩定性的橢圓機。
於是,本發明可提高穩定性的橢圓機,包含一機架、一擺動單元、一踏板單元、一阻尼單元、一導引單元及一彈性單元。該機架包括一底座及一固接於該底座的支撐件,該底座具有一對沿一橫軸向延伸的導引件,該擺動單元包括一對軸設於該支撐件且可相對於該機架產生往復擺動的擺臂,該等擺臂各具有一樞接於該支撐件的樞接部及一相反於該樞接部的擺動部,該踏板單元包括一對分別樞設於該等擺臂的踏桿,該等踏桿各具有一樞接於所對應之擺動部的前端部及一相反於該前端部的後端部,該阻尼單元可提供該等踏桿產生擺動阻尼,並具有一轉輪,該轉輪具有一軸設於該機架的轉軸,該導引單元包括一對連接於轉軸兩端且分設於該轉輪兩側的曲柄及一對分別樞接於該等曲柄的導引架,該等導引架各具有一可滑動地套設於該等導引件的導輪及一設於該導輪與該等曲柄之間且供該等踏桿可相對滑動的支撐部,該等支撐部位於該等踏桿的前端部與該後端部之間,該彈性單元包括一對分別連接於該機架與該等踏桿之間的彈性件,該等彈性件的彈力使該等踏桿的後端部恆保持朝該底座趨近的趨勢,且使該等踏桿恆保持抵靠於該等支撐部的趨勢。
本發明之功效:利用該機架與該導引單元的配合,可使該踏板單元在操作時可產生較高的穩定度及順暢度,且利用該彈性單元的設置也可使操作較為順暢。

參閱圖1與圖2,本發明可提高穩定性的橢圓機之一實施例,包含一機架10、一擺動單元20、一踏板單元30、一阻尼單元40、一導引單元50、一彈性單元60、一牽制單元70及一把手單元80。
該機架10包括一底座11及一固接於該底座11的支撐件12。該底座11具有一前側111、一相反於該前側111的後側112、一對應該前側111的前底框113、一對應該後側112的後底桿114及一對沿一橫軸向X延伸且垂直連接於該前底框113與該後底桿114之間的導引件115。該支撐件12位於該前側111且連接於該前底框113,並具有一設於頂部的立柱121、一設置於該立柱121的橫軸122及一位於該橫軸122下方的延伸桿123,該等導引件115呈
長桿狀,且垂直於該橫軸向X的截面呈圓形。
該擺動單元20包括一對軸設於該支撐件12之橫軸122且可相對於該機架10產生往復擺動的擺臂21,該等擺臂21各具有一樞接於該橫軸122兩端的樞接部211、一相反於該樞接部211的擺動部212及一設置於該樞接部211的凸桿件213。
該踏板單元30具有一對分別樞設於該等擺臂21的踏桿31及一對分別設置於該踏桿31的踏板32。該等踏桿31各具有一樞接於所對應之擺臂21之擺動部212的前端部311及一相反於該前端部311的後端部312,該等踏板32分別設置於該等踏桿31的後端部312。
該阻尼單元40可提供該等踏桿31產生擺動阻尼,並具有一軸設於該支撐件12的轉輪41及一軸設於該支撐件12且可受該轉輪41連動的阻尼輪42,該轉輪41具有一沿自身軸線設置且軸設於該支撐件12的轉軸411。該導引單元50包括一對連接於轉軸411兩端且分設於該轉輪41兩側的曲柄51及一對分別樞接於該等曲柄51的導引架52。該等導引架52各具有一呈彎曲狀的導桿521、一軸設於該導桿521末端且可滑動地套設於該等導引件115的導輪522及一軸設於該導輪521與該等曲柄51之間且供該等踏桿31可相對滑動的支撐部523,該等支撐部523呈滾輪狀,位於該等踏桿31的前端部311與該後端部312之間,且軸設於該等導輪521內側之該導桿521上。
該彈性單元60包括一對分別連接於該機架10
與該等踏桿31之間的彈性件61,該等彈性件61的彈力使該等踏桿31的後端部312恆保持朝該底座10趨近的趨勢,且使該等踏桿31恆保持抵靠於該等支撐部523的趨勢,其作用具有降低踏桿31移動速度,增加使用上之安全性,並且有利使用者在機台上循環踩踏。本實施例中,該等彈性件61為彈力繩,各具有一連接於該機架10之前底框113前側的固定端部611及一連接於所對應之踏桿31之後端部312的拉掣端部612。
該牽制單元70具有一軸設於該延伸桿123的樞軸71、一對呈反向固接於該樞軸71兩端的上曲柄72及一對分別樞接於該等上曲柄72與該等凸桿件213之間的連動桿73,該牽制單元70可限制該等擺臂21的擺動行程。
該把手單元80具有一對分別連接於該等擺臂21頂部且位於該橫軸122上方的握把81。
利用上述部件所組成的橢圓機,當操作者擬進行自由踏步暨/或橢圓運動軌跡之操作模式時,配合參閱圖3及圖4,利用雙腳交替地對該等踏板32與踏桿31進行水平方向且朝前施力,以及進行垂直方向且朝下施力,該等踏桿31的前端部311會推掣該等擺臂21的擺動部212,該等擺臂21會以該橫軸122為轉動中心產生擺動,且利用該牽制單元70的設置,可使該等踏桿31、該等擺臂21與該等握把81在預定的行程中擺動,可以防止該等擺臂21與該等踏桿31的動作太大,而造成機件的損壞。
亦即,該等踏桿31交替地進行踩踏操作,且如
圖3及圖4所示,被施力踩踏的踏桿31的後端部312會相對於該機架10的後側112產生趨近,而另一個踏桿31受到另一個曲柄51的牽動,可使該後端部312與該機架10的後側112相對遠離,可使所對應的彈性件61被拉伸並蘊藏回釋的彈力,且利用該彈性單元60的設置可使踏桿31移動時受到彈性件61的拉力,並將踏桿31往該機架10的後側112拉引。在該等踏桿31交替地進行踩踏時,該等導桿521除了利用該等導輪522分別沿著該等導引件115滑動外,另一端也會分別牽動該等曲柄51並帶動該轉軸411、該轉輪41轉動(此時,利用該彈性件61的彈力,也可在操作該踏桿31時產生慣性彈力),且再利用該轉輪41帶動該阻力輪42轉動而產生運動阻尼。
因此,該等踏桿31交替地進行踩踏操作時,利用該彈性單元60的設置,可使該等踏桿31移動時受到彈性件61的拉力,並將該等踏桿31往該機架10的後側112拉引。該等踏桿31可分別在該等導引架52的支撐部523上水平與垂直移動,該等導引架52另有分別樞接該等導輪522,該等導輪522由該機架10的導引件115支撐,此設置能使該等導引架52穩定且滑順的在該等導引件115產生滑動。且透過該等曲柄51連動該轉輪41轉動,且利用該轉輪41再帶動該阻力輪42轉動,即可產生阻尼,且達到運動健身的目的。
再者,利用該牽制單元60的設置,可以限制該等擺臂21的擺動行程。
除了上述之操作模式外,當操作者擬進行單純上下踏步之操作模式時,利用雙腳對該等踏板32與踏桿31進行垂直方向且朝下施力,該等踏板32與踏桿31會交替地對該等導引架52的支撐部523產生向下的掣動作用,且利用該等導引架52再連動該阻尼單元40,即可產生垂直向量的阻尼。此時,該等擺臂21幾乎不會產生擺動(如圖3及圖4所示)。
當操作者擬進行滑步操作模式,且利用雙腳對該等踏板32與踏桿31進行水平方向且朝前施力時,該等踏桿31的前端部311會推掣該等擺臂21的擺動部212,該等擺臂21會以該橫軸122為轉動中心產生擺動,且利用該彈性單元60的設置,可產生水平向量的阻尼(圖未示)。
因此,操作者可以針對需求選擇不同的操作模式,諸如:上下踏步暨前後橢圓運動軌跡之操作模式、滑步操作模式、或單純上下踏步操作模式。

Claims (4)
- 一種可提高穩定性的橢圓機,包含:一機架,包括一底座及一固接於該底座的支撐件,該底座具有一對沿一橫軸向延伸的導引件;一擺動單元,包括一對軸設於該支撐件且可相對於該機架產生往復擺動的擺臂,該等擺臂各具有一樞接於該支撐件的樞接部及一相反於該樞接部的擺動部;一踏板單元,包括一對分別樞設於該等擺臂的踏桿,該等踏桿各具有一樞接於所對應之擺動部的前端部及一相反於該前端部的後端部;一阻尼單元,可提供該等踏桿產生擺動阻尼,並具有一轉輪,該轉輪具有一軸設於該機架的轉軸;一導引單元,包括一對連接於轉軸兩端且分設於該轉輪兩側的曲柄及一對分別樞接於該等曲柄的導引架,該等導引架各具有一可滑動地套設於該等導引件的導輪及一設於該導輪與該等曲柄之間且供該等踏桿可相對滑動的支撐部,該等支撐部位於該等踏桿的前端部與該後端部之間;及一彈性單元,包括一對分別連接於該機架與該等踏桿之間的彈性件,該等彈性件的彈力使該等踏桿的後端部恆保持朝該底座趨近的趨勢,且使該等踏桿恆保持抵靠於該等支撐部的趨勢。
- 如請求項1所述的可提高穩定性的橢圓機,其中,該機架的底座具有一前側及一相反於該前側的後側,該支撐 件位於該前側,該等彈性件為彈力繩,各具有一連接於該機架的前側的固定端部及一連接於所對應之踏桿之後端部的拉掣端部。
- 如請求項1所述的可提高穩定性的橢圓機,其中,該導引單元的該等導引架還各具有一呈彎曲狀的導桿,該等導輪軸設於該等導桿的末端,且該等支撐部呈滾輪狀,且軸設於該等導輪內側之該導桿上。
- 如請求項3所述的可提高穩定性的橢圓機,其中,該機架的導引件呈長桿狀,該導引單元的該等導輪跨設於該等導引件上。
