Description

橢圓機
本發明是有關於一種運動器材,特別是指一種橢圓機。
現有一種橢圓機(US7,942,787專利案),包含一機架、一對軸設於該機架的一立柱的擺臂、一對分別軸樞於該等擺臂底部的踏板及一安裝於該機架後端的阻尼單元。該阻尼單元具有一軸設於該機架的飛輪、一與該飛輪同軸設置的曲柄軸、一對分別跨置於該曲柄軸兩端且固接踏板後端底部的導動件、一軸設於該飛輪一側的摩擦輪及一繞設於該飛輪與該摩擦輪之間的傳動皮帶。利用操作者雙腳踩踏並施力於該等踏板,且利用該飛輪帶動該摩擦輪產生垂直向量的阻力,以及利用該等導動件相對於該曲柄軸兩端產生水平向量的阻力,可達到橢圓運動軌跡之踏步運動模式。
雖然這種運動器材可產生預期的運動健身效果,但是由於該阻尼單元是利用該等導動件與該曲柄軸兩端產生面摩擦而產生水平向量的阻力,在操作時容易因摩擦而產生細屑、粉塵,再者,在該等導動件與該曲柄軸兩端 之間容易因沾附細屑、粉塵而導致操作不順暢。
再者,該種運動器材的該阻尼單元在操作施力以產生水平向量的阻力後,只能利用慣性產生往復運作,而無法產生操作後朝反向回復的勢能,操作的順暢性亦較不佳。
因此,本發明之目的,即在提供一種利用掣動長帶元件而產生阻尼且可減少產生細屑、粉塵及操作順暢之橢圓機。另外,本發明提供不同的操作模式,可以產生不同的阻尼,故操作者可以針對需求選擇不同的操作模式。
於是,本發明橢圓機,包含一機架、一擺動單元、一踏板單元及一水平阻尼單元。該機架具有一底座、一固接於該底座的立柱及一與該立柱間隔設置且連接於該底座的導引件,該擺動單元具有一對軸設於該立柱且可相對於該立柱產生往復擺動的擺臂,該等擺臂各具有一樞接於該立柱的樞接部及一相反於該樞接部的擺動部,該踏板單元具有一對分別樞設於該等擺臂的踏桿,該等踏桿各具有一樞接於所對應之擺臂之擺動部的前端部及一相反於該前端部且可相對於該導引件產生滑動的後端部,該水平阻尼單元具有一對長帶件,該等長帶件各具有一直接連接於該等擺臂與該等踏桿其中之一的受掣端部及一由該受掣端部朝相反的另一端設置而成的阻尼產生部,該等阻尼產生部可提供該等擺臂對應於一水平向量的阻尼,且具有恆使 該受掣端部被掣動後朝反向回復的勢能。
本發明之功效:利用該水平阻尼單元的該等長帶件的受掣端部直接連接於該等擺臂或該等踏桿,且利用該等阻尼產生部可提供該等擺臂對應於該水平向量的阻尼,並具有恆使該受掣端部被掣動後朝反向回復的勢能,則不僅可產生阻尼,且可減少產生細屑、粉塵及達到操作順暢之目的。另外,本發明提供不同的操作模式,可以產生不同的阻尼,故操作者可以針對需求選擇不同的操作模式。

在本發明被詳細描述之前,應當注意在以下的說明內容中,類似的元件是以相同的編號來表示。
參閱圖1與圖2,本發明橢圓機之第一實施例,包含一機架10、一擺動單元20、一踏板單元30、一水平阻尼單元40、一垂直阻尼單元50、一把手單元60及一連動單元70。
該機架10具有一底座11、一固接於該底座11前端的立柱12及一對固接於該底座11後端且與該立柱12間隔設置的軸座13。該立柱12具有一設置於近頂部的橫軸121、一位於該橫軸121下方的延伸桿122、一由該延伸桿122向下延伸的前板123及一對分設於兩側的滾輪124。
該擺動單元20具有一對軸設於該立柱12的橫軸121且可相對於該立柱12產生往復擺動的擺臂21,該等擺臂21各具有一樞接於該橫軸121兩端的樞接部211、一相反於該樞接部211的擺動部212及一設置於該樞接部211與該擺動部212之間的掣動件213。如圖1及圖2所示,該掣動件213呈半圓形塊狀。
該踏板單元30具有一對分別樞設於該等擺臂21的踏桿31及一對分別設置於該踏桿31的踏板32。該等踏桿31各具有一樞接於所對應之擺臂21之擺動部212的前端部311及一相反於該前端部311的後端部312,該等踏板32分別設置於該等踏桿31的後端部312。
該水平阻尼單元40具有一對長帶件41及一對軸設於該機架10的阻尼輪42。該等長帶件41各具有一直接連接於該等擺臂21的連動索帶43及一設置連接於該連動索帶43與該機架10之間的阻尼產生部44。該連動索帶 43具有一直接連接於該等擺臂21的掣動件213的受掣端部431及一相反於該受掣端部431的連結端部432,該阻尼輪42軸設於該前板123,並具有一齒輪421,本實施例的該等連動索帶43繞設於該滾輪124與該阻尼輪42的齒輪421,還具有一嚙合於該齒輪421的單面齒條433。該等阻尼產生部44由該等受掣端部431朝相反的另一端設置而成,本實施例中的該等阻尼產生部44分別連接於該等連結端部432,且可提供該等擺臂21對應於一水平向量X的阻尼,並具有恆使該受掣端部431被掣動後朝反向回復的勢能。本實施例中,該等阻尼產生部44為拉伸彈簧,亦可為彈性條或油壓缸(圖未示)。
該垂直阻尼單元50可提供該踏板單元30的踏桿31的後端部312對應於一垂直向量Y的阻尼。該垂直阻尼單元50具有一安裝於該底座11的煞車輪51、一對軸設於該底座11且位於該煞車輪51一側的驅動輪52、一連接於該煞車輪51與其中一驅動輪52的傳動件53及一偏心地軸設於該等驅動輪52之間的曲柄軸54。該煞車輪51提供該等踏桿31的後端部312對應於該垂直向量Y的阻尼。該機架10還具有一透過該曲柄軸54而連接於該底座11的導引件14,本實施例之導引件14為兩個分別設置於該曲柄軸54呈相反兩端的軸承。該等踏桿31的後端部312可滑順地跨置該導引件14上,且可相對於該導引件14產生滑動。
該把手單元60具有一對分別連接於該等擺臂21頂部且位於該橫軸121上方的握把61。
該連動單元70具有一樞設於該延伸桿122末端且可相對於該立柱12產生擺動的樞桿71及一對樞接於該樞桿71兩端與該等擺臂21之間的連動桿72。
利用上述部件所組成的橢圓機,當操作者擬進行滑步操作模式時,該垂直阻尼單元50的曲柄軸54幾乎不被驅動,且當雙腳踩踏於該等踏板32上,並利用雙腳對該等踏板32與踏桿31進行水平方向且朝前施力時,該等踏桿31的前端部311會推掣該等擺臂21的擺動部212,該等擺臂21會以樞接部211為轉動中心產生擺動,且利用該連動單元70的設置,可使該等踏桿31、該等擺臂21與該等握把61產生協調的連動作用。
在該等擺臂21產生擺動動作的同時,利用該等掣動件213掣動該水平阻尼單元40的連動索帶43的受掣端部431,該連動索帶43利用繞過該滾輪124可順暢被掣動,該連動索帶43又透過該單面齒條433與該齒輪421嚙合,而可順利驅動該阻尼輪42轉動,以產生一部分的水平向量X阻尼。且當該等擺臂21向前擺動時,該等阻尼產生部44被拉掣而又產生另一部份的水平向量X的阻尼(此時,該等阻尼產生部44被拉伸而蘊藏回釋彈力),因此,利用該等水平向量X的阻尼總和,可使操作者達到腿部的訓練目的,當操作者的施力消除時,利用該等阻尼產生部44的回釋彈力會使該受掣端部431被掣動後朝反向回復的勢能,亦即,會使該等擺臂21具有向後回擺的能力。藉此,可增加操作者操作的律動感。
當操作者擬進行踏步暨橢圓運動軌跡之操作模式時,利用雙腳對該等踏板32與踏桿31進行水平方向且朝前施力及進行垂直方向且朝下施力,該等踏桿31的前端部311會推掣該等擺臂21的擺動部212,該等擺臂21會以樞接部211為轉動中心產生擺動,該水平阻尼單元40的連動索帶43及該等阻尼產生部44會被掣動,而可產生水平向量X的阻尼。同時,利用該等踏桿31交替地對該曲柄軸54兩端產生向下的掣動作用,以及利用該垂直阻尼單元50的設置,即可產生垂直向量Y的阻尼。
除了上述兩種操作模式外,當操作者擬進行單純上下踏步之操作模式時,利用雙腳對該等踏板32與踏桿31進行垂直方向且朝下施力,該等踏板32與踏桿31會交替地對該曲柄軸54兩端產生向下的掣動作用,且利用該垂直阻尼單元50的設置,即可產生垂直向量Y的阻尼。此時,該等擺臂21幾乎不會產生擺動,且該水平阻尼單元40也幾乎不產生水平向量X的阻尼。
因此,利用操作者進行不同的操作模式,可以產生不同的阻尼,操作者可以針對需求選擇不同的操作模式,諸如:上下踏步暨前後橢圓運動軌跡之操作模式、滑步操作模式、或單純上下踏步操作模式。
本發明的水平阻尼單元40,是利用該等擺臂21直接連動該等連動索帶43,且利用該連動索帶43的單面齒條433與該齒輪421的嚙合,以驅動該阻尼輪42轉動,以產生水平向量X阻尼,另外,也利用該等阻尼產生部44被 拉掣而又產生另一部份的水平向量X的阻尼,所以可產生預期的阻尼效果,且因為沒有摩擦阻尼,所以可減少產生細屑、粉塵,當操作者的施力消除時,利用該等阻尼產生部44的回釋彈力會使該受掣端部431被掣動後朝反向回復的勢能,可達到操作順暢之目的。
再如圖3所示,本發明之橢圓機的第二實施例與第一實施例大致相同,其差異處在於:省略該滾輪的設置,且使該等連動索帶43’直接繞設於該阻尼輪42’且嚙合於該齒輪421。藉此,亦可達在操作該等踏板32與踏桿31時,提供該等擺臂21對應於該水平向量X與垂直向量Y的阻尼,並具有恆使該等受掣端部431’被掣動後朝反向回復的勢能。且可達到與上述第一實施例相同的目的及功效。
再如圖4所示,本發明之橢圓機的第三實施例,近似於第二實施例,其差異處在於:該等連動索帶43”的受掣端部431”直接連接於該等踏桿31,且該等連動索帶43”繞設於該阻尼輪42且嚙合於該齒輪421。藉此,亦可達在操作該等踏桿31時,提供該等擺臂21對應於該水平向量X與垂直向量Y的阻尼,並具有恆使該等受掣端部431”被掣動後朝反向回復的勢能。且可達到與上述第一實施例相同的目的及功效。
再如圖5所示,本發明之橢圓機的第四實施例,是將該等連動索帶430的受掣端部434直接連接於該等擺臂21,且該阻尼輪420軸設於該底座11。本實施例亦可 達到與上述第一實施例相同的目的及功效。
再如圖6所示,本發明之橢圓機的第五實施例,省略阻尼輪的設置,且直接將該等連動索帶430’連接於該等擺臂21,而該等阻尼產生部440’連接於該機架10。本實施例亦可達到與上述第一實施例相同的目的及功效。
再如圖7所示,本發明之橢圓機的第六實施例,亦省略阻尼輪的設置,該機架10’除了具有二滾輪124’外,還具有一對呈直立設置且呈導桿狀的導滑件125’,該水平阻尼單元400”的該等阻尼產生部440”為可沿該等導滑件125’產生線性位移的配重塊,利用該等擺臂21擺動時分別掣動該等水平阻尼單元400”,且利用該等水平阻尼單元400”的自重能提供該等擺臂21對應於水平向量X的阻尼,且也利用所述水平阻尼單元400”的自重具有恆使該受掣端部431”被掣動後朝反向回復的勢能,也可達到與上述第一實施例相同的目的及功效。
又如圖8所示,本發明之橢圓機的第七實施例,該水平阻尼單元4具有一對長帶件401及數個分別軸設於該機架10的底座11、該等踏桿31、該曲柄軸54的導輪402,該等長帶件401為拉伸彈簧,並各具有一直接連接於該等擺臂21的受掣端部403,且該等阻尼產生部404分別由該受掣端部403朝相反的另一端設置而成,且該等長帶件401繞設於該等導輪402,該等阻尼產生部404末端連接於該機架10的底座11。本實施例亦可達到與上述第一實施例相同的目的及功效。

Claims (10)

  1. 一種橢圓機,包含:一機架,具有一底座、一固接於該底座的立柱及一與該立柱間隔設置且連接於該底座的導引件;一擺動單元,具有一對軸設於該立柱且可相對於該立柱產生往復擺動的擺臂,該等擺臂各具有一樞接於該立柱的樞接部及一相反於該樞接部的擺動部;一踏板單元,具有一對分別樞設於該等擺臂的踏桿,該等踏桿各具有一樞接於所對應之擺臂之擺動部的前端部及一相反於該前端部且可相對於該導引件產生滑動的後端部;及一水平阻尼單元,具有一對長帶件,該等長帶件各具有一直接連接於該等擺臂與該等踏桿其中之一的受掣端部及一由該受掣端部朝相反的另一端設置而成的阻尼產生部,該等阻尼產生部可提供該等擺臂對應於一水平向量的阻尼,且具有恆使該受掣端部被掣動後朝反向回復的勢能。
  2. 如請求項1所述的橢圓機,還包含一安裝於該機架之底座的垂直阻尼單元,該垂直阻尼單元提供該踏板單元的踏桿的後端部對應於一垂直向量的阻尼。
  3. 如請求項2所述的橢圓機,其中,該垂直阻尼單元具有一安裝於該底座的煞車輪、一對軸設於該底座且位於該煞車輪一側的驅動輪、一連接於該煞車輪與其中一驅動輪的傳動件、一偏心地軸設於該等驅動輪之間的曲柄軸 ,該導引件為分別設置於該曲柄軸呈相反兩端的兩個軸承,且提供該等踏桿的後端部滑順地跨置,該煞車輪提供該等踏桿的後端部對應於該垂直向量的阻尼。
  4. 如請求項1至請求項3中之任一項所述的橢圓機,其中,該水平阻尼單元的該等長帶件還各具有一直接連接於該等擺臂與該等踏桿其中之一的連動索帶,該受掣端部設置於該連動索帶其中一端,該阻尼產生部設置連接於該連動索帶與該機架之間。
  5. 如請求項4所述的橢圓機,其中,該水平阻尼單元的該等阻尼產生部為拉伸彈簧、彈性條、油壓缸其中之一。
  6. 如請求項4所述的橢圓機,其中,該水平阻尼單元還具有一對相對於該立柱產生定位的阻尼輪,該等阻尼輪各具有一齒輪,該等連動索帶繞設於該等齒輪。
  7. 如請求項1至請求項3中之任一項所述的橢圓機,其中,該水平阻尼單元的該等長帶件還各具有一直接連接於該等擺臂與該等踏桿其中之一的連動索帶,該受掣端部設置於該連動索帶其中一端,該連動索帶還具有一相反於該受掣端部的連結端部,該阻尼產生部連接於該連結端部。
  8. 如請求項7所述的橢圓機,其中,該機架還具有一呈直立設置的導滑件,該水平阻尼單元的該等阻尼產生部為可沿該導滑件產生線性位移的配重塊。
  9. 如請求項1至請求項3中之任一項所述的橢圓機,其中,該水平阻尼單元還具有數個分別軸設於該機架的底座 、該等踏桿、該曲柄軸的導輪,該等長帶件為拉伸彈簧,繞設於該等導輪。
  10. 如請求項1所述的橢圓機,還包含一把手單元及一連動單元,該把手單元具有一對分別連接於該等擺臂頂部的握把,該連動單元具有一可相對於該立柱產生擺動的樞桿及一對樞接於該樞桿兩端與該等擺臂之間的連動桿。
