Abstract

一種具有彈力單元的橢圓機,包含一機架、一軸設於該機架的擺動單元、一樞接於該擺動單元的踏板單元、一可提供該踏板單元產生擺動阻尼的阻尼單元、一提供該踏板單元可滑動地抵靠的導引單元及一對彈力單元。該等彈力單元分別趨近於該擺動單元與該踏板單元的樞接處,且使該踏板單元的一對後端部與該擺動端部的一對樞接部恆保持相對遠離的趨勢。藉此,可使該橢圓機操作時產生慣性彈力。

Description

具有彈力單元的橢圓機
本發明是有關於一種運動器材,特別是指一種具有彈力單元的橢圓機。
現有一種健身裝置(US 2013/0053218專利申請案),包含一機架、一踏板單元、一驅動單元及一阻尼單元。該機架具有一底座、一固接於該底座的立柱、一連接於該立柱與該底座的支撐框架及一固接於該立柱與該支撐框架之間的軸桿,該踏板單元具有一對分別可轉動地套設於該軸桿兩側的旋轉連動件、一對分別套設於該等旋轉連動件外部的套管、一對分別連接於該等套管的擺臂及一對分別樞接於該等擺臂的踏桿,該驅動單元具有一對分別連接於該等旋轉連動件與該等踏桿之間的掣動索,該等掣動索呈可滑動地穿設於該支撐框架內部,該阻尼單元安裝於該機架,受該驅動單元連動可分別提供該等踏桿產生阻尼。
雖然這種健身裝置可提供使用者進行踩踏健身之操作,且利用該等掣動索的彈性可使該橢圓機操作時產生慣性彈力,但是因為該等掣動索分別連接於該等旋轉連動件與該等踏桿之間,繞設路徑相當長,兩端各有一段相 當長的長度會凸露於該支撐框架外部。如此一來,不僅可能與操作者產生干涉,且經常使用容易產生彈性疲乏,且維修時也相當不方便。
因此,本發明之目的,即在提供一種避免產生干涉且結構簡單、維修容易之具有彈力單元的橢圓機。
於是,本發明具有彈力單元的橢圓機,包含一機架、一擺動單元、一踏板單元、一阻尼單元、一導引單元及一對彈力單元。該機架包括一底座,該擺動單元包括一對軸設於該機架且可相對於該機架產生往復擺動的擺臂,該等擺臂各具有一樞接於該機架的樞接部,該踏板單元包括一對分別樞設於該等擺臂的踏桿,該等踏桿各具有一後端部,該阻尼單元可提供該等踏桿產生擺動阻尼,該導引單元可提供該等踏桿滑動抵靠,該等彈力單元分別趨近於該等擺臂與該等踏桿的樞接處,且使該等踏桿的後端部與該等擺臂的樞接部恆保持相對遠離的趨勢。
本發明之功效:利用該等彈力單元分別趨近於該等擺臂與該等踏桿的樞接處,且使該等踏桿的後端部與該等擺臂的樞接部保持相對遠離的作用,不僅在操作該踏板單元時可產生慣性彈力,且該等彈力單元不會對操作者產生干涉,維修也相當容易。

參閱圖1、圖2與圖3,本發明具有彈力單元的橢圓機之第一實施例,包含一機架10、一擺動單元20、一踏板單元30、一阻尼單元40、一導引單元50、一對彈力單元60、一把手單元70、一牽制單元80及一殼罩90。
該機架10具有一底座11、一固接於該底座11前端的支撐件12,該支撐件12具有一設於頂部的立柱13,該立柱13具有一設置於近頂部的橫軸131及一位於該橫軸131下方的延伸桿132。
該擺動單元20具有一對軸設於該立柱13的橫軸131且可相對於該機架10產生往復擺動的擺臂21,該等擺臂21各具有一樞接於該橫軸131兩端的樞接部211、一相反於該樞接部211的擺動部212及一設置於該樞接部211的凸桿件213。
該踏板單元30具有一對分別樞設於該等擺臂21的踏桿31及一對分別設置於該踏桿31的踏板32。該等踏桿31各具有一樞接於所對應之擺臂21之擺動部212的前端部311及一相反於該前端部311的後端部312,該等踏板32分別設置於該等踏桿31的後端部312。
該阻尼單元40可提供該等踏桿31產生擺動阻尼,並具有一軸設於該支撐件12的轉輪41及一軸設於該支撐件12且可受該轉輪41連動的阻尼輪42,該轉輪41具有一沿自身軸線設置且軸設於該支撐件12的轉軸411及 一對反向固接於該轉軸411兩端的曲柄412。
該導引單元50包括一對可相對於該機架10旋擺的搖桿51及一對分別樞接於該等搖桿51與該阻尼單元40的轉輪41之間且可驅動該轉輪41轉動的接桿52。該等搖桿51均呈倒T形,各具有一樞設於該支撐件12的樞轉部511、一設於該樞轉部511一側且供該等踏桿31可滑動地抵靠的導滑部512及一設於該樞轉部511另一側且與該接桿52樞接的連動部513,該等接桿52分別樞接於該等曲柄412。
該等彈力單元60分別趨近於該等擺臂21的擺動部212與該等踏桿31的前端部311的樞接處,該等彈力單元60各包括一樞接於所對應之擺臂21且位於該擺動部212與該樞接部211之間的第一連桿61、一樞接於所對應之踏桿31且與該第一連桿61互相樞接的第二連桿62及一彈力件63,該等彈力件63各具有一樞接於該等擺動部212或該等前端部311的第一樞轉部631及一樞接於該第一連桿61與第二連桿62樞接處的第二樞轉部632,該等彈力件63的彈力可使該等踏桿31的後端部312與該等擺臂21的樞接部211恆保持相對遠離的趨勢。本實施例中,該等彈力件63可為彈簧、彈力索或氣壓棒。
該把手單元70具有一對分別連接於該等擺臂21頂部且位於該橫軸131上方的握把71。
該牽制單元80具有一軸設於該延伸桿132的樞軸81、一對呈反向固接於該樞軸81兩端的上曲柄82及一 對分別樞接於該等上曲柄82與該等凸桿件213之間的連動桿83,該牽制單元80可限制該等擺臂21的擺動行程。
該殼罩90安裝於該機架10,且將該阻尼單元40、該導引單元50的局部及該牽制單元80遮蔽在內部。
利用上述部件所組成的橢圓機,當操作者擬進行自由踏步暨/或橢圓運動軌跡之操作模式時,配合參閱圖3、圖4及圖5,利用雙腳對該等踏板32與踏桿31進行水平方向且朝前施力,以及進行垂直方向且朝下施力,該等踏桿31的前端部311會推掣該等擺臂21的擺動部212,該等擺臂21會以該橫軸131為轉動中心產生擺動,且利用該牽制單元80的設置,可使該等踏桿31、該等擺臂21與該等握把71在預定的行程中擺動。同時,該等踏桿31交替地進行踩踏操作,且如圖4所示,使得其中一踏桿31的後端部312與相對之擺臂21的樞接部211相對遠離時,利用所對應的彈力單元60的第一連桿61、第二連桿62可相對樞轉,以及該彈力件63可回縮的彈力,即可在操作該踏桿31時產生慣性彈力。且如圖5所示,當釋放對該踏桿31的踩踏力時,該踏桿31的後端部312會相對於擺臂21的樞接部211產生趨近。因此,該等踏桿31交替地進行踩踏操作時,利用該等踏桿31分別壓制該等搖桿51的導滑部512,可使該等搖桿51以該等樞轉部511為旋擺中心產生旋擺動作,並透過該等連桿52連動該轉輪41轉動,且利用該轉輪41再帶動該阻力輪42轉動,即可產生阻尼,且達到運動健身的目的。
此時,配合操作者的雙腳的協調動作,對應於另一踏桿31的彈力件63產生向外彈伸的作用,則使該踏桿31的後端部312與相對之擺臂21的樞接部211相對趨近,該踏桿31可連動該等搖桿51以該等掣動部612為旋擺中心產生旋擺動作。
因此,藉由操作者雙腳的反覆踩踏動作,以及利用該等彈力單元60分別趨近於該等擺臂21的擺動部212與該等踏桿31的前端部311的樞接處,且使該等踏桿31的後端部312與該等擺臂21的樞接部211保持相對遠離的作用,不僅在操作該踏板單元30時可產生慣性彈力,且該等彈力單元60不會對操作者產生干涉,維修也相當容易。
除了上述之操作模式外,當操作者擬進行單純上下踏步之操作模式時,利用雙腳對該等踏板32與踏桿31進行垂直方向且朝下施力,該等踏板32與踏桿31會交替地對該等搖桿51的導滑部512產生向下的掣動作用,且利用該阻尼單元40的設置,即可產生垂直向量的阻尼。此時,該等擺臂21幾乎不會產生擺動。
當操作者擬進行滑步操作模式,且利用雙腳對該等踏板32與踏桿31進行水平方向且朝前施力時,該等踏桿31的前端部311會推掣該等擺臂21的擺動部212,該等擺臂21會以該橫軸131為轉動中心產生擺動,且利用該牽制單元80的設置,可限制該等擺臂21與該等踏桿31的擺動行程。
因此,操作者可以針對需求選擇不同的操作模 式,諸如:上下踏步暨前後橢圓運動軌跡之操作模式、滑步操作模式、或單純上下踏步操作模式。
再如圖6及圖7所示,本發明之第二實施例與第一實施例大致相同,其差異處在於:該等彈力單元60’各包括一樞接於所對應之擺臂21且位於該擺動部212與該樞接部211之間的連桿61’、一樞接於該連桿61’且可滑動地抵靠於所對應之踏桿31的滾動件62’及一彈力件63’,該等彈力件63’各具有一樞接於該等擺動部212或該等前端部311的第一樞轉部631’及一樞接於該連桿61’且鄰近該等滾動件62’的第二樞轉部632’,該等彈力件63’的彈力可使該等踏桿31的後端部312與該等擺臂21的樞接部211恆保持相對遠離的趨勢。該等彈力件63’亦可為彈簧、彈力索或氣壓棒。本實施例亦可達到與第一實施例相同的目的及功效。
再如圖8及圖9所示,本發明之第三實施例近似於第二實施例,其差異處在於:該等彈力單元60”各包括一樞接於所對應之踏桿31且位於該前端部311與該後端部312之間的連桿61”、一樞接於該連桿61”且可滑動地抵靠於所對應之擺臂21的滾動件62”及一彈力件63”,該等彈力件63”各具有一樞接於該等擺動部212或該等前端部311的第一樞轉部631”及一樞接於該連桿61”且鄰近該等滾動件62”的第二樞轉部632”,該等彈力件63”的彈力可使該等踏桿31的後端部312與該等擺臂21的樞接部211恆保持相對遠離的趨勢。該等彈力件63”亦可為彈簧、彈力索或氣 壓棒。本實施例亦可達到與第一實施例相同的目的及功效。
再如圖10及圖11所示,本發明之第四實施例與上述諸實施例大致相同,其差異處在於:該踏板單元30’的該等踏桿31’還各具有一相反於該等後端部312’且位於該等前端部311’另一側的延伸段313’、一由該後端部312’延伸至該延伸段313’且朝上設置的上側面314’、一相反於該上側面314’且朝下設置的下側面315’。該擺動單元20的該等擺臂21還各具有一朝向該等後端部312’的內側面214及一相反於該內側面214的外側面215,該等彈力單元6各包括一連接於所對應之擺臂21與踏桿31’之間的彈力件601,該等彈力件601各具有一對應於該等外側面215的第一定位部602及一連接於該等踏桿31’的第二定位部603,該等彈力件601的彈力可使該等踏桿31’的後端部312’與該等擺臂21的樞接部211恆保持相對遠離的趨勢。本實施例中,該等彈力件601的第二定位部603趨近於該等踏桿的上側面314’,也可趨近於該下側面315’(圖未示)。該等彈力件601可為彈簧、彈力索或氣壓棒。本實施例亦可達到與第一實施例相同的目的及功效。

Claims (9)

  1. 一種具有彈力單元的橢圓機,包含:一機架,包括一底座;一擺動單元,包括一對軸設於該機架且可相對於該機架產生往復擺動的擺臂,該等擺臂各具有一樞接於該機架的樞接部;一踏板單元,包括一對分別樞設於該等擺臂的踏桿,該等踏桿各具有一後端部;一阻尼單元,可提供該等踏桿產生擺動阻尼;一導引單元,可提供該等踏桿滑動抵靠;及一對彈力單元,分別趨近於該等擺臂與該等踏桿的樞接處,且使該等踏桿的後端部與該等擺臂的樞接部恆保持相對遠離的趨勢。
  2. 如請求項1所述的具有彈力單元的橢圓機,其中,該機架還包括一固接於該底座的支撐件,該擺動單元的該等擺臂的樞接部分別樞接於該支撐件,該等擺臂還具有一相反於該樞接部的擺動部,該踏板單元的該等踏桿還各具有一樞接於所對應之擺動部且相反於該等後端部的前端部,該阻尼單元具有一轉輪,該轉輪具有一軸設於該機架的轉軸,該導引單元包括一對可相對於該機架旋擺的搖桿及一對樞接於該搖桿與該阻尼單元的轉輪之間且可驅動該轉輪轉動的接桿,該等搖桿各具有一樞轉部、一設於該樞轉部一側且供該等踏桿可滑動地抵靠的導滑部及一設於該樞轉部另一側且與該接桿樞接的連 動部,該等彈力單元分別趨近於該等擺臂的擺動部與該等踏桿的前端部的樞接處。
  3. 如請求項2所述的具有彈力單元的橢圓機,其中,該等彈力單元各包括一樞接於所對應之擺臂且位於該擺動部與該樞接部之間的第一連桿、一樞接於所對應之踏桿且與該第一連桿互相樞接的第二連桿及一彈力件,該等彈力件各具有一樞接於該等擺動部與該等前端部其中之一的第一樞轉部及一樞接於該第一連桿與第二連桿樞接處的第二樞轉部,該等彈力件的彈力可使該等踏桿的後端部與該等擺臂的樞接部恆保持相對遠離的趨勢。
  4. 如請求項2所述的具有彈力單元的橢圓機,其中,該等彈力單元各包括一樞接於所對應之擺臂且位於該擺動部與該樞接部之間的連桿、一樞接於該連桿且可滑動地抵靠於所對應之踏桿的滾動件及一彈力件,該等彈力件各具有一樞接於該等擺動部與該等前端部其中之一的第一樞轉部及一樞接於該連桿且鄰近該等滾動件的第二樞轉部,該等彈力件的彈力可使該等踏桿的後端部與該等擺臂的樞接部恆保持相對遠離的趨勢。
  5. 如請求項2所述的具有彈力單元的橢圓機,其中,該等彈力單元各包括一樞接於所對應之踏桿且位於該前端部與該後端部之間的連桿、一樞接於該連桿且可滑動地抵靠於所對應之擺臂的滾動件及一彈力件,該等彈力件各具有一樞接於該等擺動部與該等前端部其中之一的第一樞轉部及一樞接於該連桿且鄰近該等滾動件的第 二樞轉部,該等彈力件的彈力可使該等踏桿的後端部與該等擺臂的樞接部恆保持相對遠離的趨勢。
  6. 如請求項2所述的具有彈力單元的橢圓機,其中,該擺動單元的該等擺臂各具有一朝向該等後端部的內側面及一相反於該內側面的外側面,該等彈力單元各包括一連接於所對應之擺臂與踏桿之間的彈力件,該等彈力件各具有一對應於該等外側面的第一定位部及一連接於該等踏桿的第二定位部,該等彈力件的彈力可使該等踏桿的後端部與該等擺臂的樞接部恆保持相對遠離的趨勢。
  7. 如請求項6所述的具有彈力單元的橢圓機,其中,該踏板單元的該等踏桿還各具有一相反於該等後端部且位於該等前端部另一側的延伸段、一由該後端部延伸至該延伸段且朝上設置的上側面、一相反於該上側面且朝下設置的下側面,該等彈力件的第二定位部趨近於該等踏桿的上側面與下側面其中之一。
  8. 如請求項1至請求項6中任一項所述的具有彈力單元的橢圓機,還包含一把手單元及一牽制單元,該把手單元具有一對分別連接於該等擺臂頂部的握把,該牽制單元具有一軸設於該機架的樞軸、一對呈反向固接於該樞軸兩端的上曲柄及一對分別樞接於該等上曲柄與該等握把之間的連動桿。
  9. 如請求項3至請求項6中任一項所述的具有彈力單元的橢圓機,其中,該彈力單元的該等彈力件可為彈簧、彈 力索及氣壓棒其中之一。
