Description

具移動行程限止單元的健身機
本發明是有關於一種健身器材,特別是指一種具移動行程限止單元的健身機。
現有一種橢圓機(US 7,985,165號專利案),包含一機架、一軸設於該機架的飛輪組、二樞接於該機架的擺動桿、二樞接於該等擺動桿底端的踏板組、二樞接於該等踏板組與該機架之間的搖桿及二樞接於該飛輪組與該等踏板組之間的曲柄組。
當操作者踩踏施力於該等踏板組時,利用該等曲柄組帶動該飛輪組可產生轉動阻尼,且達到運動目的,且利用該等曲柄組連動該等踏桿組產生往復擺動,可進行踩踏運動,而該等搖桿則配合該等踏桿組也可產生往復擺動。
雖然這種橢圓機可達到預期的使用目的,且利用該等曲柄組、該等踏板組與該等搖桿的配合可以限制操作行程,但是由於該等搖桿設置於該機架的後端,以致於當操作者操作該等踏板組、該等擺動桿的行程過大時,會對該等搖桿產生掣動,所以該等搖桿承受的應力較大、使用壽命會受到影響。
另外,上述橢圓機是在利用在該機架前側設有該飛輪組,且利用該曲柄組樞接於該飛輪組與該等踏板組之間,則使得在操作踏板時可產生轉動阻尼,但是對應於該等擺動桿的部份沒有阻尼設計,運動效果較為有限。
因此,本發明之目的,即在提供一種可限制操作行程過大且可提昇運動效果的具移動行程限止單元的健身機。
於是,本發明具移動行程限止單元的健身機,包含一機架、一擺動單元、一踏板單元、一移動行程限止單元、一第一阻尼單元、一連動單元及一第二阻尼單元。該機架包括一底座及一固接於該底座的支撐件,該底座具有一相反於該支撐件的定位座,該擺動單元包括一對軸設於該支撐件且可相對於該機架產生往復擺動的擺臂,該等擺臂各具有一樞接於該支撐件的樞接部及一相反於該樞接部的擺動部,該踏板單元包括一對分別樞設於該等擺臂的踏桿,該等踏桿各具有一樞接於所對應之擺動部的前端部及一相反於該前端部的後端部,該移動行程限止單元包括一軸設於該機架的樞軸、一對呈反向固接於該樞軸兩端的上曲柄及一對分別樞接於該等上曲柄與該等樞接部之間的連動桿,該第一阻尼單元安裝於該機架,可提供該等踏桿產生擺動阻尼,該第一阻尼單元具有一軸設於該定位座的轉輪及一軸設於該定位座且可受該轉輪連動的阻尼 輪,該轉輪具有一沿自身軸線設置且軸設於該定位座的轉軸,該連動單元包括一對可沿該底座滑動的滑桿及一對固接於該轉軸兩端且分別樞接於該等滑桿的後曲柄,該等滑桿各具有一抵靠於該等踏桿底側的滾輪,該第二阻尼單元安裝於該支撐件可提供該等擺臂產生擺動阻尼。
本發明之功效在於:利用該移動行程限止單元與該機架、該擺動單元的配合,可使該擺動單元在操作時產生牽制作用,可避免該擺動單元的動作過大,且達到防止機件損壞及提升使用安全性。且利用該第一阻尼單元可提供該踏板單元產生擺動阻尼,且利用該第二阻尼單元可提供該等擺臂產生擺動阻尼,則可提昇運動效果。

參閱圖1與圖2,本發明具移動行程限止單元的健身機之一實施例,包含一機架10、一擺動單元20、一踏板單元30、一移動行程限止單元40、一連動單元50、一第一阻尼單元60、一第二阻尼單元70及一把手單元80。
該機架10包括一底座11、一固接於該底座11的支撐件12及一固接於該底座11且相反於該支撐件12的定位座13。該底座11具有一前端111、一相反於該前端111的後端112及一對由該前端111朝該後端112延伸的導軌113。該支撐件12對應於該前端111,並具有一設於頂部的橫軸121、一位於該橫軸121下方的定位 桿122及一設於該定位桿122下方的延伸桿123,該定位桿122具有一螺孔124(見圖6)。該定位座13對應於該後端112。
該擺動單元20包括一對軸設於該支撐件12之橫軸121且可相對於該機架10產生往復擺動的擺臂21,該等擺臂21各具有一樞接於該橫軸121兩端且呈中空管狀的樞接部211、一相反於該樞接部211的擺動部212及一垂直固接於該樞接部211的凸桿件213。
該踏板單元30具有一對分別樞設於該等擺臂21的踏桿31及一對分別設置於該踏桿31的踏板32。該等踏桿31各具有一樞接於所對應之擺臂21之擺動部212的前端部311及一相反於該前端部311的後端部312,該等踏板32分別設置於該等踏桿31的前端部311與該後端部312之間。
該移動行程限止單元40可限制該等擺臂21的擺動行程,並具有一軸設於該延伸桿123的樞軸41、一對呈反向固接於該樞軸41兩端的上曲柄42及一對分別樞接於該等上曲柄42與該等凸桿件213之間的連動桿43。
該連動單元50包括一對可沿該底座11之導軌113滑動的滑桿51及一對分別樞接於該等滑桿51的後曲柄52,該等滑桿51各具有一抵靠於該等踏桿31底側的滾輪511及一樞接於該等滑桿51中段且可沿該等導軌113產生滑動的滑輪512。
該第一阻尼單元60安裝於該機架10的定位座13,可提供該等踏桿31產生擺動阻尼,並具有一軸設於該定位座13的轉輪61及一軸設於該定位座13且可受該轉輪61連動的阻尼輪62,該轉輪61具有一沿自身軸線設置且軸設於該定位座13的轉軸611,該等後曲柄52一端係固接於該轉軸611。
配合參圖3至圖6,該第二阻尼單元70安裝於該支撐件12且可提供該等擺臂21產生擺動阻尼,包括一連接於其中一上曲柄42的轉盤71及一可相對於該轉盤71產生摩擦阻尼的摩擦件72,該摩擦件72可相對於該機架10產生定位。
該轉盤71呈中空盤狀,並具有二相反設置的端面711、一連接於該等端面71之間的周面712及一設置於該轉盤71中間且沿自身軸線貫穿該等端面711的穿孔713,該轉盤71設置於該延伸桿123一側,且利用多數螺絲714與其中一上曲柄42鎖接固定,該穿孔713可供該樞軸41穿設。
本實施例的摩擦件72可調整地螺設於該定位桿122,並具有一螺設於該定位桿122之螺孔124且沿一中心線L延伸的螺桿721、一連接於該螺桿721其中一端且相對於該轉盤71之周面712的摩擦塊722及一相反於該摩擦塊722且固設於該螺桿721另一端的調整件723,本實施例之螺桿721的中心線L平行於該等端面711,該摩擦塊722具有一抵貼於該周面712的來令片724。
該把手單元80具有一對分別連接於該等擺臂21的樞接部211的握把81。
利用上述部件所組成的具移動行程限止單元的健身機,如圖7所示,當操作者擬進行上下踏步之操作模式時,利用雙腳交替地對該等踏板32與踏桿31進行垂直方向且朝下施力,該等踏桿31幾乎不會對該等擺臂21產生推掣,且利用該等踏桿31連動該連動單元50的該等滑桿51沿該等導軌113產生往復位移,即可利用該等後曲柄52帶動該第一阻尼單元60產生阻尼,而達到踏步運動的目的。
再如圖8所示,當操作者擬進行滑步之操作模式時,利用雙腳交替地對該等踏板32與踏桿31進行水平方向且朝前施力,該等踏桿31的前端部311會推掣該等擺臂21的擺動部212,該等擺臂21會以該橫軸121為轉動中心產生擺動,且利用該移動行程限止單元40的設置,可使該等踏桿31、該等擺臂21與該等握把81在預定的行程中擺動,可以防止該等擺臂21與該等踏桿31的動作太大,而造成機件的損壞。同時,配合參圖5,利用該轉盤71與其中一上曲柄42鎖接固定的作用,當該等擺臂21擺動時,該等樞轉部211相對於該橫軸121轉動時,會帶動該等凸桿件213產生往復旋擺,且牽動該等連動桿43及該等上曲柄42轉動的同時,即可帶動該第二阻尼單元70的轉盤71相對於該摩擦件72產生轉動,且利用 該來令片724抵止於該周面712的作用即可產生阻尼,因此,利用該第二阻尼單元70可提供該等擺臂21產生擺動阻尼,則可提昇運動效果。
且利用操作該第二阻尼單元70的調整件723,可以調整該來令片724抵止於該周面712的貼抵力道,且達到調整運動阻尼的目的。
當操作者擬進行上下踏步暨前後橢圓運動軌跡之操作模式時,只須利用雙腳交替地對該等踏板32與踏桿31進行水平方向且朝前施力,以及進行垂直方向且朝下施力,則利用該第一阻尼單元60與該第二阻尼單元70可分別提供該等踏桿31及該等擺臂21產生擺動阻尼,可產生較佳之運動效果。
因此,操作者可以針對需求選擇不同的操作模式,諸如:上下踏步暨前後橢圓運動軌跡之操作模式、滑步操作模式、或單純上下踏步操作模式。
值得一提的是,本發明上述實施例的第二阻尼單元70之螺桿721的中心線L平行於該等端面711,且使該摩擦塊722相對於該周面712產生摩擦阻尼,事實上,若將該螺桿的中心線垂直於該等端面,且使該摩擦塊抵於其中一端面,則也可達到相同的目的圖未示)。
綜上所述,本發明具移動行程限止單元的健身機,相較於現有的橢圓機,確實可提昇運動效果,確實能達成本發明之目的。
惟以上所述者,僅為本發明之實施例而已,當不能以此限定本發明實施之範圍,凡是依本發明申請專利範圍及專利說明書內容所作之簡單的等效變化與修飾,皆仍屬本發明專利涵蓋之範圍內。

Claims (7)

  1. 一種具移動行程限止單元的健身機,包含:一機架,包括一底座及一固接於該底座的支撐件,該底座具有一相反於該支撐件的定位座;一擺動單元,包括一對軸設於該支撐件且可相對於該機架產生往復擺動的擺臂,該等擺臂各具有一樞接於該支撐件的樞接部及一相反於該樞接部的擺動部;一踏板單元,包括一對分別樞設於該等擺臂的踏桿,該等踏桿各具有一樞接於所對應之擺動部的前端部及一相反於該前端部的後端部;一移動行程限止單元,包括一軸設於該機架的樞軸、一對呈反向固接於該樞軸兩端的上曲柄及一對分別樞接於該等上曲柄與該等樞接部之間的連動桿;一第一阻尼單元,安裝於該機架,可提供該等踏桿產生擺動阻尼,該第一阻尼單元具有一軸設於該定位座的轉輪及一軸設於該定位座且可受該轉輪連動的阻尼輪,該轉輪具有一沿自身軸線設置且軸設於該定位座的轉軸;一連動單元,包括一對可沿該底座滑動的滑桿及一對固接於該轉軸兩端且分別樞接於該等滑桿的後曲柄,該等滑桿各具有一抵靠於該等踏桿底側的滾輪;及一第二阻尼單元,安裝於該支撐件可提供該等擺臂產生擺動阻尼。

  5. 如請求項3所述的具移動行程限止單元的健身機,其中,該第二阻尼單元的摩擦件還具有一螺設於該定位桿且沿一中心線延伸的螺桿,該調整件與該摩擦塊分別設置於該螺桿的兩端,該轉盤具有二相反設置的端面及一連接於該等端面之間的周面,該螺桿的中心線垂直於該等端面,且該摩擦塊可抵止於其中一端面。
  6. 如請求項3所述的具移動行程限止單元的健身機,其中,該機架的支撐件還具有一設於該定位桿下方的延伸桿,該移動行程限止單元的樞軸軸設於該延伸桿,該轉盤呈中空盤狀,設置於該延伸桿一側,且具有一可供該樞軸穿設的穿孔。
  7. 如請求項1所述的具移動行程限止單元的健身機,其中,該機架的底座還具有一對應於該支撐件的前端、一對應於該定位座的後端及一對由該前端朝該後端延伸的導軌,該連動單元的滑桿還各具有一可沿該等導軌產生滑動的滑輪。
