Abstract

Description
本發明係關於一可用於遊戲室中之墊,且更具體地係關於一顯現優異之降噪及吸震特性且兩面皆可用之多層墊。
一作用為緩衝及地板材料之墊經廣泛用於多種應用。確切而言,該墊係為兒童或幼兒在遊戲室、幼稚園、家庭起居室等處的安全而使用,在健身房、瑜珈設施、或類似處用於吸震,或在公寓住家、連棟房屋、或類似處用於降噪。
此種墊通常係以聚氯乙烯(PVC)或聚乙烯(PE)發泡體製成。舉例而言,韓國新型專利登錄案第416915號揭露一種墊,在該墊中一由經發泡PE形成之上層及一由經發泡PVC形成之下層經以一水性黏著劑層壓。然而,使用PVC材料的此墊可能因在PVC墊製程中作為塑化劑使用的以酞酸鹽(phthalate)為基底的一材料而對兒童及幼兒的健康有害。
因此,消費者近來偏好由一經發泡PE材料形成的墊,該PE材料的製程中幾乎不使用有毒物質。然而,使用經發泡PE片材之該墊具有一缺點,因為相較於使用PVC之墊,其緩衝性(degree of cushioning)較低。
為了增加緩衝性又不使用PVC,韓國新型專利登錄案第445067號揭露一種墊,該墊中插入了一氣蓋片材層(air cap sheet layer)、及由經發泡PE形成的兩層間的熱壓縮聚酯纖維所形成的一層。又,韓國專利登錄案第1308380號揭露一種地墊,該地墊具有一作為內部層之衝擊擴散層(shock diffusion layer),該衝擊擴散層具有一蛋盒形狀之不平整表面。
然而,這些墊中的該等吸震或降噪特性需要持續的改良及增補以符合要求更進一步改良水準之消費者需求。

據此,本發明之一目標係為提供一種顯現優異之降噪及吸震特性且兩面皆可用之多層墊。
為達成該目標,本發明提供一種多層墊,該墊包括二個泡沫聚乙烯(PE)外層、二或更多個插置於該二個泡沫PE外層間的氣蓋
片材層、以及一或多個插置於該二或更多個氣蓋片材層間的泡沫PE內層。
此外,本發明提供一種多層墊,該墊包括二個具有不同膨脹比(expansion ratio)之泡沫聚乙烯(PE)外層、以及一插置於該二個泡沫(PE)外層間的氣蓋片材層。
根據本發明之多層墊包括若干泡沫PE片材及不使用有害人體之PVC材料的一多層氣蓋片材層,且顯現優異的降噪及吸震性能。此外,該墊之兩面上的該等泡沫PE外層係經形成為具有不同的密度,且因此該墊的兩面都可獨立用於所欲用途。

本發明提供一種多層墊,其包括:二個泡沫聚乙烯(PE)外層;二或更多個插置於該二個泡沫PE外層間的氣蓋片材層;以及一或多個插置於該二或更多個氣蓋片材層間的泡沫PE內層。
根據本發明之多層墊包括該二個泡沫PE外層。
使用者從該泡沫PE外層感受到最直接(主要)的緩衝感,所以調整該泡沫PE外層之吸震性及彈性(elasticity)是非常重要的。
較佳地,該二個泡沫PE外層可具有不同的膨脹比。
本文中所用的用語「膨脹比(expansion ratio)」意指藉由將一經預發泡之聚合物樹脂的密度A除以一經後發泡之聚合物樹脂的視密度(apparent density)B所得的一個值(即,膨脹比=密度A/密度B)。
由於該二個泡沫PE外層具有不同的膨脹比,該二個泡沫PE外層可具有不同的密度。因此,使用者可從本發明之多層墊的兩面感受到不同的緩衝感。
舉例而言,關於該多層墊的兩面,對應於具有一相對大之膨脹比(相對低密度)的泡沫PE外層之面可較另一面具有相對較大的吸震性,而對應於具有一相對小之膨脹比(相對高密度)的泡沫PE外層之面可較另一面具有相對較大的彈性。因此,本發明之多層墊的兩面可用於不同的應用。
舉例而言,該二個泡沫PE外層之膨脹比間的差異可在3至15的範圍內。
在本發明之一實施例中,該二個泡沫PE外層中之一者具有35至40之膨脹比,而另一者具有38至45之膨脹比。因此,該二個泡沫PE外層之膨脹比間的差異可在3至10的範圍內。
在此情況下,關於該多層墊之兩面,對應於膨脹比在35至40之泡沫PE外層的一面因優異的彈性而係適合用於已會行走之
兒童的一地板材,而對應於膨脹比在38至45之第二泡沫PE外層的另一面則因優異的吸震性而係適合用於尚不會行走(即,四處爬或剛學步腳步不穩而經常跌倒)之幼兒的一地板材。因此,關於該墊之兩面,根據該墊的使用者是兒童或幼兒而選定具有合適用途的面,而可用於彼用途。
根據本發明之多層墊中係具有二或更多個氣蓋片材層。舉例而言,該多層墊中係具有三或更多個氣蓋片材層。

氣蓋片材層20可具有一基膜層21,以及提供於該基膜層21上之一氣蓋層22。氣蓋層22可具有一組態,其中基底設置於基膜層21上之半球體狀的封閉氣蓋(氣囊)係以一平面形狀配置。
氣蓋片材層20可具有比一般氣蓋熱絕緣片材厚的基膜層21。
舉例而言,一般氣蓋熱絕緣片材係經設計以使其之一基膜層具有0.03至0.05mm之一厚度,以使其可在噴水後輕易附接至玻璃。相比之下,基膜層21較佳地具有0.05至0.5mm之一厚度,且更佳地係0.06至0.1mm。
當基膜層21之厚度係在上述範圍內時,可彌補氣蓋層22之氣蓋容易因衝擊而破裂的缺點。此外,由於優異的吸震性,該墊對於樓層間之噪音預防更加有效。
基膜層21之作用為支撐氣蓋層22。
與一般氣蓋片材不同的是,氣蓋片材層20可進一步包括經提供於氣蓋層22上的一保護膜層23。
因此,氣蓋片材層20可具有一組態,其中基膜層21、氣蓋層22、以及保護膜層23經依序堆疊。
保護膜層23之作用為保護氣蓋層22,且可彌補氣蓋(氣囊)容易破裂的缺點。此外,保護膜層23亦可具有改良可加工性之作用,以使泡沫PE層及氣蓋片材層20在熱層壓的情況下係易於接合的。
保護膜層23可具有0.05至0.1mm之一厚度,且較佳地係0.06至0.1mm。
根據本發明之多層墊包括一或多個插置於該二或更多個氣蓋片材層間的泡沫PE內層。
舉例而言,當該多層墊內總共提供二個氣蓋片材層時,一或二或更多個泡沫PE內層可經插置於該二個氣蓋片材層間。
此外,當該多層墊內總共提供三個氣蓋片材層時,一或二或更多個泡沫PE內層可經插置於該三個氣蓋片材層的兩兩之間。
泡沫PE內層之作用為在多層墊中分散衝擊並展現彈性。
當總共提供二或更多個泡沫PE內層時,其等之膨脹比(密度)可係彼此相同或不同的。
泡沫PE內外層的膨脹比(密度)可係彼此相同或不同的。
泡沫PE內層可具有20至50之膨脹比,且較佳係35至40。
此外,當泡沫PE內層係成對提供於氣蓋片材層間時,該二個泡沫PE內層中之一者可具有與二個泡沫PE外層中之一者相同的膨脹比,而該二個泡沫PE內層中之另一者可具有與該二個泡沫PE外層中之另一者相同的膨脹比。
根據本發明之多層墊可進一步包括覆蓋該二個泡沫PE外層之聚胺甲酸酯片材。
該等聚胺甲酸酯片材之作用為預防多層墊之堆疊組態塌陷,並彌補該等泡沫PE層易於滑動的特性(打滑)。
此外,當一非織造織物經層壓於該等聚胺甲酸酯片材之各者的一背面上時,該墊之表面可變得更柔軟,或可有效降低使用者踩在該墊上時產生的噪音。
根據本發明之多層墊可以一方式生產,使該泡沫PE外層、該氣蓋片材層、以及該泡沫PE內層經以一所欲組態堆疊,且使用一用於生產一墊之一般方法(例如,一熱層壓方法)接合。此外,所生產的多層墊可以聚胺甲酸酯片材環繞並密封。
本發明亦提供一種多層墊,該多層墊包括具有不同膨脹比的二個泡沫PE外層及插置於該二個泡沫PE外層間的一氣蓋片材層。
在此,該氣蓋片材層可具有一組態,其中一基膜層、一氣蓋層、及一保護膜層經堆疊。這些層的厚度範圍及其他詳細組態係如上文所述。此外,該二個泡沫PE外層之確切膨脹比及其他詳細組態係如上文所述。此外,該多層墊可進一步包括如上文所述之泡沫PE
內層及聚胺甲酸酯片材。再者,該多層墊可藉由如上文所述之熱層壓方法生產。
在下文中,將基於實例更詳細敘述本發明。然而,下列僅係本發明之闡述性實例,且本發明之內容不限於下列實例。
實例1
將參照圖1敘述根據本發明之多層墊的一實例。
根據本發明之一實例的多層墊可具有一結構,其中一第一泡沫PE外層11、一氣蓋片材層20、一泡沫PE內層13、一泡沫PE內層13’、一氣蓋片材層20、以及一第二泡沫PE外層12經依序堆疊。
在此時,該二個氣蓋片材層20可各具有一組態,其中一基膜層、一氣蓋層、及一保護膜層經堆疊,且這些層的厚度範圍及其他詳細組態係如上文所述。
較佳地,第一泡沫PE外層11及第二泡沫PE外層12可具有不同的膨脹比。此外,該二個泡沫PE內層13及13’的膨脹比可係彼此相同或不同的。較佳地,一泡沫PE內層13可具有與第一泡沫PE外層11相同的膨脹比,且另一泡沫PE內層13’可具有與第二泡沫PE外層12相同的膨脹比。第一泡沫PE外層11、第二泡沫PE外層12、以及泡沫PE內層13及13’之確切膨脹比及其他詳細組態係如上文所述。
可進一步提供聚胺甲酸酯片材30以覆蓋第一泡沫PE外層11及第二泡沫PE外層12。舉例而言,第一泡沫PE外層11、第二泡沫PE外層12、以及插置於這些層之間的層20、13及13’可以聚胺甲酸酯片材30環繞並密封。

可進一步提供聚胺甲酸酯片材30以覆蓋第一泡沫PE外層11及第二泡沫PE外層12。舉例而言,第一泡沫PE外層11、第二泡沫PE外層12、以及插置於這些層之間的層20、13、13’、13”及13'''可以聚胺甲酸酯片材30環繞並密封。
在下文中,根據實例3的多層墊在降噪及吸震性能方面係經評估。在此,使用具有膨脹比為37的第一泡沫PE外層11,且使用膨脹比為43的第二泡沫PE外層12。此外,氣蓋片材層20係經組態以使其厚度係約3mm,且在該厚度內,基膜層之一厚度係0.08mm且保護膜層之一厚度係0.08mm。
在特性方面,該多層墊係經與一比較例(即,市面上屬一般泡沫PE結構之一墊(可得自Jworld Industry Co.,Ltd.之ALZip matTM))比較。待比較的產品係以一不具有氣蓋片材層之多層式泡沫PE片材層、以及覆蓋該多層式泡沫PE片材層之雙面的若干聚胺甲酸酯片材所製成。
測試例1:降噪評估
關於根據本發明之多層墊及市面上既有的墊,地板降噪率經測量如下,且其結果經摘要於表1中。
測試機構:Korea Noise & Vibration Technology(KNV)Co.,Ltd.
測試方法:根據如下韓國工業標準測試。
- KS F 2810-1:2001(地板衝擊聲隔音之現場測量-第1部分:使用標準輕衝擊源之方法)
- KS F 2810-2:2001(地板衝擊聲隔音之現場測量-第2部分:使用標準重衝擊源之方法)
- KS F 2863-1:2002(建築物中及因建築元件之衝擊源的地板衝擊聲隔音評比-第1部分:標準輕衝擊源之地板衝擊聲隔音)
- KS F 2863-2:2002(建築物中及因建築元件之衝擊源的地板衝擊聲隔音評比-第2部分:標準重衝擊源之地板衝擊聲隔音)
如可見於表1者,根據本發明之多層墊較比較例具有一更優異之降噪率,且在重衝擊聲方面尤其顯現出高於比較例四倍以上的降噪率。
測試例2:吸震評估
關於根據本發明之多層墊及該比較例之墊,回彈性(rebound resilience)係經判定如下,且其結果經列於表2中。
測試機構:Korea Institute of Footwear & Leather Technology(KIFLT)
測試方法:根據如下韓國工業標準測試。
- KS M ISO 8307:2013(可撓式泡沫聚合材料-以球之回彈來判定彈性)
如可見於表2者,根據本發明之多層墊較比較例之墊顯現更優異之吸震效能。此外,可發現根據本發明之多層墊的雙面因其吸震性間之差異而可視需要使用。

Claims (10)
- 一種多層墊,其包含:二個泡沫聚乙烯(PE)外層;二或更多個插置於該二個泡沫PE外層間的氣蓋片材層;以及一或多個插置於該二或更多個氣蓋片材層間的泡沫PE內層。
- 如請求項1之多層墊,其中:該等氣蓋片材層之各者具有一結構,其中一基膜層、一氣蓋層、及一保護膜層經依序堆疊;以及該基膜層具有0.05至0.5mm的一厚度。
- 如請求項1之多層墊,其中該二個泡沫PE外層具有不同的膨脹比(expansion ratio)。
- 如請求項3之多層墊,其中該二個泡沫PE外層之膨脹比間的差異係在3至15的一範圍內。
- 如請求項4之多層墊,其中:該二個泡沫PE外層中之一者的膨脹比係在35至40的範圍內;該二個泡沫PE外層中之另一者的膨脹比係在38至45的範圍內;且該二個泡沫PE外層之膨脹比間的差異係在3至10的範圍內。
- 如請求項1至3中任一項之多層墊,其中該多層墊具有一結構,其中一泡沫PE外層、一氣蓋片材層、一泡沫PE內層、一泡沫PE內層、一氣蓋片材層、以及一泡沫PE外層經依序堆疊。
- 如請求項1至3中任一項之多層墊,其中該多層墊具有一結構,其中一泡沫PE外層、一氣蓋片材層、一泡沫PE內層、一氣蓋片材層、一泡沫PE內層、一氣蓋片材層、以及一泡沫PE外層經依序堆疊。
- 如請求項1至3中任一項之多層墊,其中該多層墊具有一結構,其中一泡沫PE外層、一氣蓋片材層、一泡沫PE內層、一泡沫PE內層、一氣 蓋片材層、一泡沫PE內層、一泡沫PE內層、一氣蓋片材層、以及一泡沫PE外層經依序堆疊。
- 如請求項1至3中任一項之多層墊,其中該多層墊進一步包括經形成為覆蓋該二個泡沫PE外層之聚胺甲酸酯片材。
- 一種多層墊,其包含:二個泡沫聚乙烯(PE)外層,其等具有不同之膨脹比;以及一氣蓋片材層,其經插置於該二個泡沫PE外層間。
