Abstract

This invention provides a winding method and a device for winding an iron core. The method includes the steps of: using a support member to support the iron core during a placement and a welding process; holding the iron core by a holding member of a first shaft disposed at one side of a turret mechanism that rotates intermittently; pushing the iron core by a pushing portion disposed at a front end of a second shaft of an opposing push mechanism; separating the opposing push mechanism and the turret mechanism to make the rotating area of the turret mechanism smaller to prevent the repeat of the mechanisms, to reduce costs and to save energy and power. The support member supports the iron core during the placement and the welding process to ensure the quality of winding.
