Abstract

一種背光模組,其包括膠框、光學膜片、導光板、反射片和光源。所述膠框用於將所述光學膜片和所述反射片依次收容在一起。所述導光板設置於所述光學膜片和所述反射片之間。所述導光板在相對所述反射片的一側突出一個凸起,所述凸起用於改變光的方向。所述反射片設有第一通孔,所述凸起通過所述第一通孔外露。所述光源設置於所述反射片背離所述導光板的一側,所述光源發射的光射向所述凸起。此外本發明還提供一種液晶顯示模組。

Description

背光模組及液晶顯示裝置
本發明涉及液晶顯示領域,特別涉及一種背光模組及使用該背光模組的液晶顯示裝置。
液晶顯示裝置因具有輻射低、整體輕薄和耗電低等特點,被廣泛應用於手機、筆記本電腦和電視機等產品中。然而,由於液晶顯示裝置的液晶面板本身不具有發光特性,所以通常需配合背光模組才能達到顯示效果。
目前,背光模組依據光源設置的位置不同,主要有直下式背光模組和側入式背光模組。然而,直下式背光模組由於沒有設置導光板且光源放置在液晶面板的正下方,需距液晶面板一定的距離才能使液晶面板具備均勻的亮度。如此,背光模組將會變得厚重不利於產品的輕薄化發展。側入式背光模組的光源放置於背光模組的一側或相對的兩側,由於其散熱面積有限導致散熱效果差,且不利於產品的窄邊框化發展。
有鑒於此,有必要提供一種輕薄且散熱好的背光模組。
還有必要提供一種輕薄且散熱好的液晶顯示裝置。
該背光模組,包括膠框、光學膜片、導光板、反射片和光源。所述膠框用於將所述光學膜片、所述導光板和所述反射片依次收容在一起。所述導光板設置於所述光學膜片和所述反射片之間。所述導光板在相對所述反射片的一側突出一個凸起,所述凸起用於改變光的方向。所述反射片設有第一通孔。所述凸起通過所述第一通孔外露。所述光源設置於所述反射片背離所述導光板的一側,所述光源發射的光射向所述凸起。
該液晶顯示裝置,包括液晶面板和為所述液晶面板提供平面光的背光模組。所述背光模組包括膠框、光學膜片、導光板、反射片和光源。所述膠框用於將所述光學膜片、所述導光板和所述反射片依次收容在一起。所述導光板設置於所述光學膜片和所述反射片之間。所述導光板在相對所述反射片的一側突出一個凸起,所述凸起用於改變光的方向。所述反射片設有第一通孔。所述凸起通過所述第一通孔外露。所述光源設置於所述反射片背離所述導光板的一側,所述光源發射的光射向所述凸起。
上述背光模組及液晶顯示裝置,所述光源發出的光射向所述凸起後變成均勻的平面光從所述導光板射出,再經所述光學膜片後提供給所述液晶面板,使得所述液晶面板具備均勻的亮度。減小了所述光源與所述液晶面板之間的距離。同時,由於所述光源設置於所述背光模組的下方,其散熱空間較大,進而使得所述液晶顯示裝置散熱較好。

請同時參閱圖1和圖2,液晶顯示裝置100包括液晶面板10和背光模組20。液晶面板10與背光模組20疊合設置且液晶面板10設置於背光模組20之上。在本發明中該液晶顯示裝置100可以是電視、顯示器、平板電腦或其他具有液晶面板的電子設備,亦可以是應用於上述電子設備的液晶顯示模組。
背光模組20包括膠框21、光學膜片22、導光板23、反射片24、背板25和光源26。膠框21設置於液晶面板10的下方,其用於將液晶面板10、光學膜片22、導光板23和反射片24依次收容在一起。光學膜片22設置於導光板23和膠框21之間。在本實施方式中,光學膜片22包括菱鏡片221和擴散片222。其中,菱鏡片221與膠框21相鄰,擴散片222與導光板23相對設置。在其他實施方之中,光學膜片22可以只包括擴散片222。
請同時參閱圖3,導光板23包括入光面231和出光面232。其中,入光面231與反射片24相對設置,出光面232與光學膜片22相對設置。入光面231的中央突出一個凸起233,凸起233用於改變所射入的光的方向。反射片24的中央開設有圓形的第一通孔241。背板25設置於反射片24背嚮導光板23的一側。背板25的中央開設有圓形的第二通孔251。其中,第二通孔251與第一通孔241大小相同並同心設置。為使從導光板23射出的光為較均勻的平面光,進而使得液晶面板10具備均勻的亮度,在不同的實施方式中,凸起233的底部呈不同的形狀。例如,可以為波浪狀,弧形狀或者是其他可以使所射入的光的方向改變的形狀。在本實施方式中,凸起233的底部的中央向內凹陷形成凹槽234,凹槽234的形狀如圖3所示。
光源26設置於背板25背向反射片24的一側,且與凹槽234相對應。光源26包括若干發光二極體261和鋁基板262。鋁基板262包括底板263和側壁264。其中,側壁264由底板263的四個邊緣垂直延伸,並與背板25接觸。若干發光二極體261均勻的設置於底板263上,且若干發光二極體261之間存在間隙。
組裝時,凸起233將穿過第一通孔241和第二通孔251顯露於背板25之外並與若干發光二極體261相鄰。若干發光二極體261發出的光射向凹槽234後變成均勻的平面光從導光板23射出,再經光學膜片22後提供給液晶面板10,使得液晶面板10具備均勻的亮度。如此,減小了光源26與液晶面板10的距離,使得液晶顯示裝置100變得輕薄。同時,由於發光二極體261設置於液晶面板10的正下方,其散熱空間較大,使得液晶顯示裝置100的散熱效果較佳。進一步地,液晶顯示裝置100工作時產生的熱量沿著底板263向外擴散的同時也會沿著側壁264向背板25擴散,使其散熱效果更佳。
綜上該,本發明符合發明專利要件,爰依法提出專利申請。惟,以上該僅為本發明的較佳實施方式,舉凡熟悉本案技藝的人士,在爰依本案創作精神所作的等效修飾或變化,皆應包含於以下的申請專利範圍內。

Claims (10)

  1. 一種背光模組,其包括膠框、光學膜片、導光板、反射片和光源;所述膠框用於將所述光學膜片和所述反射片依次收容在一起;其改良在於:所述導光板設置於所述光學膜片和所述反射片之間;所述導光板在相對所述反射片的一側突出一個凸起,所述凸起用於改變光的方向;所述反射片設有第一通孔;所述凸起通過所述第一通孔外露;所述光源設置於所述反射片背離所述導光板的一側,所述光源發射的光射向所述凸起。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之背光模組,其中所述背光模組還包括背板;所述背板設置於所述光源和所述反射片之間,所述背板設有第二通孔以使所述凸起通過所述第二通孔外露。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之背光模組,其中所述凸起的底部向內凹陷形成凹槽,所述凹槽用於改變所射入光的方向。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之背光模組,其中所述導光板包括入光面和出光面;所述入光面與所述反射片相對設置,所述出光面與所述光學膜片相對設置;所述凸起設置於所述入光面上。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之背光模組,其中所述第一通孔和所述第二通孔大小相同並同心設置。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之背光模組,其中所述光源包括至少一顆發光二極體和鋁基板;所述鋁基板包括底板和側壁;所述側壁由所述底板延伸,並與所述背板接觸;所述至少一顆發光二極體設置於所述底板上。
  7. 一種液晶顯示裝置,其包括液晶面板和為所述液晶面板提供平面光的背光模組;所述背光模組,其包括膠框、光學膜片、導光板、反射片和光源;所述膠框用於將所述光學膜片和所述反射片依次收容在一起;其改良在於:所述導光板設置於所述光學膜片和所述反射片之間;所述導光板在相對所述反射片的一側突出一個凸起,所述凸起用於改變光的方向;所述反射片設有第一通孔;所述凸起通過所述第一通孔外露;所述光源設置於所述反射片背離所述導光板的一側,所述光源發射的光射向所述凸起。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第7項所述之液晶顯示裝置,其中所述背光模組還包括背板;所述背板設置於所述光源和所述反射片之間,所述背板設有第二通孔以使所述凸起通過所述第二通孔外露。
  9. 如申請專利範圍第7項所述之液晶顯示裝置,其中所述導光板包括入光面和出光面;所述入光面與所述反射片相對設置,所述出光面與所述光學膜片相對設置;所述凸起設置於所述入光面上;所述凸起的底部向內凹陷形成凹槽。
  10. 如申請專利範圍第8項所述之液晶顯示裝置,其中所述光源包括至少一顆發光二極體和鋁基板;所述鋁基板包括底板和側壁;所述側壁由所述底板延伸,並與所述背板接觸;所述至少一顆發光二極體設置於所述底板上。
