Abstract
一种背光模组,其包括胶框、光学膜片、导光板、反射片和光源。所述胶框用于将所述光学膜片和所述反射片依次收容在一起。所述导光板设置于所述光学膜片和所述反射片之间;所述导光板在相对所述反射片的一侧突出一个凸起,所述凸起用于改变光的方向;所述反射片设有第一通孔;所述凸起通过所述第一通孔外露;所述光源设置于所述反射片背离所述导光板的一侧,所述光源发射的光射向所述凸起。本发明背光模组轻薄且散热好。此外本发明还提供一种液晶显示模组。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及液晶显示领域,特别涉及一种背光模组及使用该背光模组的液晶显示装置。
背景技术
液晶显示装置因具有辐射低、整体轻薄和耗电低等特点,被广泛应用于手机、笔记本电脑和电视机等产品中。然而,由于液晶显示装置的液晶面板本身不具有发光特性,所以通常需配合背光模组才能达到显示效果。
目前,背光模组依据光源设置的位置不同,主要有直下式背光模组和侧入式背光模组。然而,直下式背光模组由于没有设置导光板且光源放置在液晶面板的正下方,需距液晶面板一定的距离才能使液晶面板具备均匀的亮度。如此,背光模组将会变得厚重不利于产品的轻薄化发展。侧入式背光模组的光源放置于背光模组的一侧或相对的两侧,由于其散热面积有限导致散热效果差,且不利于产品的窄边框化发展。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种轻薄且散热好的背光模组。
还有必要提供一种轻薄且散热好的液晶显示装置。
该背光模组,包括胶框、光学膜片、导光板、反射片和光源。所述胶框用于将所述光学膜片、所述导光板和所述反射片依次收容在一起。所述导光板设置于所述光学膜片和所述反射片之间。所述导光板在相对所述反射片的一侧突出一个凸起,所述凸起用于改变光的方向。所述反射片设有第一通孔。所述凸起通过所述第一通孔外露。所述光源设置于所述反射片背离所述导光板的一侧,所述光源发射的光射向所述凸起。
该液晶显示装置,包括液晶面板和为所述液晶面板提供平面光的背光模组。所述背光模组包括胶框、光学膜片、导光板、反射片和光源。所述胶框用于将所述光学膜片、所述导光板和所述反射片依次收容在一起。所述导光板设置于所述光学膜片和所述反射片之间。所述导光板在相对所述反射片的一侧突出一个凸起,所述凸起用于改变光的方向。所述反射片设有第一通孔。所述凸起通过所述第一通孔外露。所述光源设置于所述反射片背离所述导光板的一侧,所述光源发射的光射向所述凸起。
上述背光模组及液晶显示装置,所述光源发出的光射向所述凸起后变成均匀的平面光从所述导光板射出,再经所述光学膜片后提供给所述液晶面板,使得所述液晶面板具备均匀的亮度。减小了所述光源与所述液晶面板之间的距离。同时,由于所述光源设置于所述背光模组的下方,其散热空间较大,进而使得所述液晶显示装置散热较好。

如下具体实施方式将结合上述附图进一步说明本发明。
具体实施方式
请同时参阅图1和图2,液晶显示装置100包括液晶面板10和背光模组20。液晶面板10与背光模组20叠合设置且液晶面板10设置于背光模组20之上。在本发明中该液晶显示装置100可以是电视、显示器、平板电脑或其他具有液晶面板的电子设备,亦可以是应用于上述电子设备的液晶显示模组。
背光模组20包括胶框21、光学膜片22、导光板23、反射片24、背板25和光源26。胶框21设置于液晶面板10的下方,其用于将液晶面板10、光学膜片22、导光板23和反射片24依次收容在一起。光学膜片22设置于导光板23和胶框21之间。在本实施方式中,光学膜片22包括菱镜片221和扩散片222。其中,菱镜片221与胶框21相邻,扩散片222与导光板23相对设置。在其他实施方之中,光学膜片22可以只包括扩散片222。
请同时参阅图3,导光板23包括入光面231和出光面232。其中,入光面231与反射片24相对设置,出光面232与光学膜片22相对设置。入光面231的中央突出一个凸起233,凸起233用于改变所射入的光的方向。反射片24的中央开设有圆形的第一通孔241。背板25设置于反射片24背向导光板23的一侧。背板25的中央开设有圆形的第二通孔251。其中,第二通孔251与第一通孔241大小相同并同心设置。为使从导光板23射出的光为较均匀的平面光,进而使得液晶面板10具备均匀的亮度,在不同的实施方式中,凸起233的底部呈不同的形状。例如,可以为波浪状,弧形状或者是其他可以使所射入的光的方向改变的形状。在本实施方式中,凸起233的底部的中央向内凹陷形成凹槽234,凹槽234的形状如图3所示。
光源26设置于背板25背向反射片24的一侧,且与凹槽234相对应。光源26包括若干发光二极管261和铝基板262。铝基板262包括底板263和侧壁264。其中,侧壁264由底板263的四个边缘垂直延伸,并与背板25接触。若干发光二极管261均匀的设置于底板263上,且若干发光二极管261之间存在间隙。
组装时,凸起233将穿过第一通孔241和第二通孔251显露于背板25之外并与若干发光二极管261相邻。若干发光二极管261发出的光射向凹槽234后变成均匀的平面光从导光板23射出,再经光学膜片22后提供给液晶面板10,使得液晶面板10具备均匀的亮度。如此,减小了光源26与液晶面板10的距离,使得液晶显示装置100变得轻薄。同时,由于发光二极管261设置于液晶面板10的正下方,其散热空间较大,使得液晶显示装置100的散热效果较佳。进一步地,液晶显示装置100工作时产生的热量沿着底板263向外扩散的同时也会沿着侧壁264向背板25扩散,使其散热效果更佳。
本技术领域的普通技术人员应当认识到,以上的实施方式仅是用来说明本发明,而并非用作为对本发明的限定,只要在本发明的实质精神范围之内,对以上实施例所作的适当改变和变化都落在本发明要求保护的范围之内。
Claims (10)
1.一种背光模组,其包括胶框、光学膜片、导光板、反射片和光源;所述胶框用于将所述光学膜片和所述反射片依次收容在一起;其特征在于:所述导光板设置于所述光学膜片和所述反射片之间;所述导光板在相对所述反射片的一侧突出一个凸起,所述凸起用于改变光的方向;所述反射片设有第一通孔;所述凸起通过所述第一通孔外露;所述光源设置于所述反射片背离所述导光板的一侧,所述光源发射的光射向所述凸起。
2.如权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于:所述背光模组还包括背板;所述背板设置于所述光源和所述反射片之间,所述背板设有第二通孔以使所述凸起通过所述第二通孔外露。
3.如权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于:所述凸起的底部向内凹陷形成凹槽,所述凹槽用于改变所射入光的方向。
4.如权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于:所述导光板包括入光面和出光面;其中,所述入光面与所述反射片相对设置,所述出光面与所述光学膜片相对设置;所述凸起设置于所述入光面上。
5.如权利要求2所述的背光模组,其特征在于:所述第一通孔和所述第二通孔大小相同并同心设置。
6.如权利要求2所述的背光模组,其特征在于:所述光源包括至少一颗发光二极管和铝基板;所述铝基板包括底板和侧壁;所述侧壁由所述底板延伸,并与所述背板接触;所述至少一颗发光二极管设置于所述底板上。
7.一种液晶显示装置,其包括液晶面板和为所述液晶面板提供平面光的背光模组;所述背光模组,其包括胶框、光学膜片、导光板、反射片和光源;所述胶框用于将所述光学膜片和所述反射片依次收容在一起;其特征在于:所述导光板设置于所述光学膜片和所述反射片之间;所述导光板在相对所述反射片的一侧突出一个凸起,所述凸起用于改变光的方向;所述反射片设有第一通孔;所述凸起通过所述第一通孔外露;所述光源设置于所述反射片背离所述导光板的一侧,所述光源发射的光射向所述凸起。
8.如权利要求7所述的液晶显示装置,其特征在于:所述背光模组还包括背板;所述背板设置于所述光源和所述反射片之间,所述背板设有第二通孔以使所述凸起通过所述第二通孔外露。
9.如权利要求7所述的液晶显示装置,其特征在于:所述导光板包括入光面和出光面;其中,所述入光面与所述反射片相对设置,所述出光面与所述光学膜片相对设置;所述凸起设置于所述入光面上;所述凸起的底部向内凹陷形成凹槽。
10.如权利要求8所述的液晶显示装置,其特征在于:所述光源包括至少一颗发光二极管和铝基板;所述铝基板包括底板和侧壁;所述侧壁由所述底板延伸,并与所述背板接触;所述至少一颗发光二极管设置于所述底板上。
