Abstract

本發明係提供一種經針紮工序之多層墊材結構,其包含一材料層,其係具有一至少一網眼之經編網布;以及一基底層,其係由一針紮棉絲纖維所組成之不織布布面,並透過針紮工序將該針紮棉絲纖維鑲嵌入該材料層以相互緊密結合;本發明藉此除可有效解決習用之多層墊材結構產品所存在之黏合牢度不佳、黏合成本高、黏合所使用之膠劑易變質、以及不環保等缺點。

Description

經針紮工序之多層墊材結構
本發明係提供一種多層墊材結構,包含一材料層及一基底層,其係透過針紮工序加以互相緊密結合。
按,市售之多層墊材結構產品,一般係由一材料層與一基底層藉由一膠劑相黏合而成,其中該材料層為具有複數個網眼之經編網布。
惟,習用之多層墊材結構產品係存在有下列缺點:
一、黏合牢度不佳:在該材料層與該基底層透過該膠劑加以相互貼合時,由於該材料層上有複數個網眼,故該材料層與該基底層之間可藉由該膠劑貼合之面積相當有限(即僅有該材料層之總面積扣除網眼之面積),故黏合牢度欠佳。
二、黏合成本高:在習用多層墊材結構產品中,由於該材料層與該基底層係透過該膠劑加以相互貼合,以達到緊密黏合之效果,但該膠劑之成本極高,導致大幅增加習用之多層墊材結構產品之製造成本,相當地不經濟之缺點。
三、黏合所使用之膠劑易變質:該材料層與該基底層在透過該膠劑加以相互貼合後,該膠劑在長期與空氣、水份或陽光接觸後容易氧化變質,導致該膠劑硬化及失去緊密黏合之效果,甚至使該材料層與該基底層相互分離。
四、不環保:在業界中一般係採用強力膠作為該膠劑,惟其除了成本高外,更具有一化學毒性,除了在製造場所中會造成製造人員慢性中毒之風險外,更會對消費者及環境均造成長期之化學性毒害,相當不環保。
由此可見,習用之多層墊材結構產品係存在有黏合牢度不 佳、黏合成本高、黏合所使用之膠劑易變質、以及不環保等缺點,非一良善之設計者,而亟待加以改良。
鑒於習用之多層墊材結構產品係存在有黏合牢度不佳、黏合成本高、黏合所使用之膠劑易變質、以及不環保等缺點;因此,發明人依據多年來從事此方面之相關經驗,乃經過長久努力研究與實驗,並配合相關學理,終於開發設計出本發明之一種「經針紮工序之多層墊材結構」。
本發明之目的在於提供一種多層墊材結構,其係包含一材料層及一基底層,其中該材料層與該基底層之間係透過一針紮(Needle punching)工序以緊密結合,其中該材料層係具有一至少一網眼之經編網布,由複數個一第一纖維絲及複數個一第二纖維絲所組成,其中該第一纖維絲為單絲纖維,該第二纖維絲為合成纖維絲,各該第一纖維絲係彎繞為一具有一環部及兩個一單絲纖維狀之尾端的U字形環圈,並形成該網眼,每一該環部係與另一該第一纖維絲上之該環部相互扣合,使該等尾端自另一該環部中穿出,以此方式重複扣合複數條該第一纖維絲以形成一單股,而該單股上之每一條該第一纖維絲旁則係以前後間隔之方式併設一條該第二纖維絲,而該第二纖維絲係橫向跨併及併設至另一該單股上之該第一纖維絲上,該第二纖維絲再橫向跨併及併設回至該單股上之該第一纖維絲上,透過此交叉纏繞方式,使該單股能與該另一單股相互固定,並進而以交叉纏繞方式相互固定多個該單股,以形成該材料層,該材料層上係覆蓋有該基底層,同時經過一針紮(Needle punching)工序,使該基底層之針紮棉絲纖維鑲嵌入該第一纖維絲與該第二纖維絲間之空隙並互相交纏糾結,使該材料層與該基底層緊密結合,以形成本發明之經針紮工序之多層墊材結構;本發明藉此除可有效解決習用之多層墊材結構產品所存在之黏合牢度不佳、黏合成本高、黏合所使用之膠劑易變質、以及不環保等缺點。

為便於 貴審查委員能對本發明之技術手段及運作過程有更進一步之認識與瞭解,茲舉實施例配合圖式,詳細說明如下。
請同時參閱第1至5圖,本發明為一種「經針紮工序之多層墊材結構」,其係包含一材料層10及一基底層11,其中該材料層10與該基底層11之間係透過一針紮(Needle punching)工序以緊密結合。
該材料層10係具有一至少一網眼101之經編網布,由複數個一第一纖維絲20a及複數個一第二纖維絲30a所組成,其中該第一纖維絲20a為單絲纖維,該第二纖維絲為合成纖維絲。
各該第一纖維絲20a係彎繞為一具有一環部21及兩個一單絲纖維狀之尾端22的U字形環圈,並形成該網眼101,每一該環部21係與另一該第一纖維絲20a上之該環部21相互扣合,使該等尾端22自另一該環部21中穿出,以此方式重複扣合複數條該第一纖維絲20a以形成一單股4,而該單股4上之每一條該第一纖維絲20a旁則係以前後間隔之方式併設一條該第二纖維絲30a,而該第二纖維絲30a係橫向跨併及併設至另一該單股4上之該第一纖維絲20a上,該第二纖維絲30a再橫向跨併及併設回至該單股 4上之該第一纖維絲20a上,透過此交叉纏繞方式,使該單股4能與該另一單股4相互固定,並進而以交叉纏繞方式相互固定多個該單股4,以形成該材料層10。
在第1及1A圖中,A係指該材料層10之局部。
在本發明中,該第一纖維絲20a及該第二纖維絲30a之材料係選自:尼龍(Nylon)、聚醯胺(polyamide)、聚酯(polyester,PET)、聚丙烯(polypropylene,PP)、以及聚乙烯(polyethylene,PE)。
該基底層11為一針紮棉絲纖維所組成之不織布布面,材料係選自:壓克力棉(acrylic)、棉花(cotton)、以及聚酯棉。
該材料層10上係覆蓋有該基底層11,同時經過一針紮(Needle punching)工序,使該基底層11之針紮棉絲纖維111鑲嵌入該第一纖維絲20a與該第二纖維絲30a間之空隙並互相交纏糾結,使該材料層10與該基底層11緊密結合。
又,透過該針紮工序,可使該材料層10上之該尾端22以垂直該材料層10之方向直立,可大幅降低該尾端22原本傾斜之方向性,同時巨幅提昇該材料層10針對各種方向之止滑效果。
再,透過該針紮工序,讓該材料層10及該基底層11易與其他面材貼合。
本發明透過該針紮工序結合該材料層10及該基底層11,除了可使該材料層10及該基底層11緊密黏合之外,更可同時解決習用之多層墊材結構產品藉由膠劑相黏合時,所存在之黏合牢度不佳、黏合成本高、黏合所使用之膠劑易變質、以及不環保等缺點。
上列詳細說明係針對本發明之一可行實施例之具體說明,惟該實施例並非用以限制本發明之專利範圍,凡未脫離本發明技藝精神所為之等效實施或變更,均應包含於本案之專利範圍中。

Claims (10)

  1. 一種經針紮工序之多層墊材結構,其包含:一材料層,其係具有一至少一網眼之經編網布;以及一基底層,其係由一針紮棉絲纖維所組成之不織布布面,並透過針紮工序將該針紮棉絲纖維鑲嵌入該材料層以相互緊密結合。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之多層墊材結構,其中該材料層係由複數個一第一纖維絲及複數個一第二纖維絲所組成,該第一纖維絲為單絲纖維,該第二纖維絲為合成纖維絲,該基底層之針紮棉絲纖維係被鑲嵌入該第一纖維絲與該第二纖維絲間之空隙並互相交纏糾結。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之多層墊材結構,其中該材料層係由複數個一第一纖維絲及複數個一第二纖維絲所組成,該第一纖維絲為單絲纖維,該第二纖維絲為合成纖維絲。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第3項所述之多層墊材結構,其中該環部係與另一該第一纖維絲上之該環部相互扣合,使該等尾端自另一該第一纖維絲上之該環部中穿出,以此方式重複扣合複數條該第一纖維絲以形成一單股。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第4項所述之多層墊材結構,其中該單股上之該第一纖維絲旁係以前後間隔之方式併設該第二纖維絲。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第5項所述之多層墊材結構,其中該第二纖維絲係橫向跨併及併設至另一單股上之該第一纖維絲上。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第6項所述之多層墊材結構,其中該第二纖維絲係橫向跨併及併設回至該單股上之該第一纖維絲上。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第7項所述之多層墊材結構,其中該單股等可形成一平面狀。
  9. 如申請專利範圍第8項所述之多層墊材結構,其中該第一纖維絲及該第二纖維絲之材料均係選自以下群組之一:尼龍、聚醯胺、聚酯、聚丙烯、以及聚乙烯。
  10. 如申請專利範圍第9項所述之多層墊材結構,其中該針紮棉絲纖維之材料係選自以下群組之一:壓克力棉、棉花、以及聚酯綿。
