Abstract
一種線夾,包括收容線纜之一束線部及設於該束線部之一擋風板,該擋風板包括複數能夠拆卸之擋風片。
Description
本發明涉及一種線夾。
習知技術中,常於主機板與機箱側壁之間增設一線夾卡固線纜,並能夠起到一定之擋風作用。然當主機板與機箱側壁之間之空隙比較大,線夾與線纜無法完全擋止該縫隙時,風流仍會流失。
鑒於以上,有必要提供一種能夠擋風之線夾。
一種線夾,包括收容線纜之一束線部及設於該束線部之一擋風板,該擋風板包括複數能夠拆卸之擋風片。
相較習知技術,該線夾於束線部之一側設有擋風板,能夠有效擋風,由於該擋風板之擋風片能夠拆卸,方便改變擋風板之形狀。
請參照圖1,本發明線夾包括一束線部10與兩擋風板22。
該束線部10包括一固定板12、分別垂直設於該固定板12之頂面之兩側之兩固定臂14及分別自該兩固定臂14之頂端相向地傾斜向下延伸之兩卡條16。該固定板12之底面設有黏膠。
該兩擋風板22一體成型地垂直連接於該兩固定臂14之外側。每一擋風板22之兩側沿縱向(垂直固定板12之方向)分別於中部及鄰近對應之固定臂14之一側分別開設一第一溝槽220,每一擋風板22之兩側沿橫向分別開設兩連通第一溝槽220之第二溝槽222,從而將該擋風板22分隔成六個相連接之擋風片224。由於擋風板22開設有第一及第二溝槽220及222,方便掰下整個擋風板22或者部分擋風片224。
該線夾可根據機箱內之空間條件改變擋風板22之形狀。請參照圖2,可掰下位於外側之六個擋風片224。如圖3所示,可完全掰下整個擋風板22或者其中一個擋風片224。
當線纜很多,無法完全收容於該束線部10之兩固定臂14之間時,可掰下其中一擋風板22之位於外側之中部之一擋風片224,使線纜收容於拆下該擋風片224後形成之缺口226。
其他實施方式,每一擋風板22可設置多條第一及第二溝槽220及222可分割出不同數量之擋風片224。
綜上所述,本發明確已符合發明專利之要件,遂依法提出專利申請。惟,以上所述者僅為本發明之較佳實施方式,自不能以此限制本案之申請專利範圍。舉凡熟悉本案技藝之人士爰依本發明之精神所作之等效修飾或變化,皆應涵蓋於以下申請專利範圍內。

Claims (7)
- 一種線夾,包括收容線纜之一束線部及設於該束線部之一擋風板,該擋風板包括複數能夠拆卸之擋風片。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之線夾,其中該擋風板之一側沿縱向及橫向分別開設有複數溝槽以將該擋風板分割成該等擋風片。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之線夾,其中該束線部包括一固定板及設於該固定板兩側之兩固定臂。
- 如申請專利範圍第3項所述之線夾,其中該束線部還包括分別自該兩固定臂之遠離固定板之一端相向延伸之兩卡條。
- 如申請專利範圍第3項所述之線夾,其中該固定板之底部塗有黏膠。
- 如申請專利範圍第3項所述之線夾,其中該擋風板連接於一固定臂之外側,該擋風板之鄰近該固定臂沿垂直該固定板之方向開設有一第一溝槽,該擋風板還開設有垂直連通該第一溝槽之一第二溝槽。
- 如申請專利範圍第1至6項中任意一項所述之線夾,其中擋風片從擋風板拆下後可成一能夠供線纜穿過之缺口。
