Abstract

一種電子裝置,該電子裝置包括一上蓋、一電池及一下蓋,該上蓋覆蓋在該下蓋上,該電池設置於該上蓋和下蓋之間,該下蓋的底部上形成有一凹槽、一個或多個進氣孔及一個或多個出氣孔,該些進氣孔及該些出氣孔分別設置於該凹槽的一端上;該凹槽的形狀與一壓敏膠的形狀相同,該壓敏膠正好覆蓋該凹槽,該電池藉由該壓敏膠被固定在下蓋上;當藉由該些進氣孔通入溫度高於一預定值的氣體時,氣體沿著該凹槽流動直至從該些出氣孔排出,使得覆蓋該凹槽的壓敏膠由於溫度高於該預定值而黏性變小。

Description

可回收電池的電子裝置
本發明涉及電子裝置,特別涉及一種可回收電池的電子裝置。
目前部分電子裝置的電池是藉由膠固定黏在電子裝置內。當該電池要被維修時,需要將該電池與該電子裝置分離,從而需要將電池從膠上脫離,或者將電池和膠從電子裝置上脫離,在此過程中操作不當可能會導致電池受到損壞。
鑒於以上內容,有必要提供一種可回收電池的電子裝置,可回收電池。
一種電子裝置,該電子裝置包括一上蓋、一電池及一下蓋,該上蓋覆蓋在該下蓋上,該電池設置於該上蓋和下蓋之間,該下蓋的底部上形成有一凹槽、一個或多個進氣孔及一個或多個出氣孔,該些進氣孔及該些出氣孔分別設置於該凹槽的一端上;該凹槽的形狀與一壓敏膠的形狀相同,該壓敏膠正好覆蓋該凹槽,該電池藉由該壓敏膠被固定在下蓋上;當藉由該些進氣孔通入溫度高於一預定值的氣體時,氣體沿著該凹槽流動直至從該些出氣孔排出,使得覆蓋該凹槽的壓敏膠由於溫度高於該預定值而黏性變小。
本發明藉由向進氣孔通入溫度高於一預定值的氣體,使得氣體沿凹槽流動直至從出氣孔排出,而覆蓋在該凹槽上的壓敏膠的溫度高於一預定值而黏性變小,從而可回收電池。
請參閱圖1-2,一電子裝置1包括一上蓋10、一電池20及一下蓋30。該上蓋10覆蓋在該下蓋30上,形成一收容空間。該電池20被收容於該收容空間內。該電池20藉由一壓敏膠2被固定在該下蓋30內,從而被固定在該電子裝置1內。其中,在溫度達到一預定值之前,該壓敏膠2的黏性會隨著溫度的升高而增加,在溫度達到該預定值後,該壓敏膠2的黏性會隨著溫度的升高而減小。
請同時參閱圖3-4,該下蓋30的底部上形成有一凹槽31、若干個進氣孔32及若干個出氣孔33。在本實施方式中,該凹槽31形狀為“日”字型。該凹槽31包括若干條槽311。該些槽311所構成的凹槽31的長度小於或等於該電池20的長度,寬度小於或等於該電池20的寬度。該壓敏膠2具有和該凹槽31相同的形狀,該壓敏膠2對應也包括若干條邊21。該壓敏膠2的每條邊21的寬度大於該凹槽31的對應槽311的寬度,該壓敏膠2的每條邊21的長度等於該凹槽31的對應槽311的長度,從而當該壓敏膠2黏在該下蓋30的凹槽31處時,該壓敏膠2正好覆蓋該凹槽31。該些進氣孔32及該些出氣孔33分別設置於該凹槽31的多個端的一個端上。
當需要將該電池20固定在該下蓋30內時,將該壓敏膠2黏在該下蓋30的凹槽31處,使得該壓敏膠2正好覆蓋該凹槽31。將該電池20放置在該凹槽31處,該電池20藉由該壓敏膠2被固定在該下蓋30內。
當需要將該電池20從該下蓋30內取出時,藉由該些進氣孔32輸入溫度在該預定值以上的氣體,則該氣體在沿著該凹槽31從該些出氣孔33排出的過程中,會使得該覆蓋在該凹槽31上的壓敏膠2的溫度高於該預定值,則該壓敏膠2的黏性會變小,從而可方便地將該壓敏膠2及該電池20與該下蓋30分離。
顯然,該凹槽31的形狀還可根據需要而變更,如為條狀、環形、T型、左框型、右框型、方框型、“工”字型、“曰”字型或者其他形狀。而該壓敏膠2的形狀也根據該凹槽31的形狀的變化而變化,只要當該壓敏膠2黏在該下蓋30的凹槽31處時,該壓敏膠2能正好覆蓋該凹槽31。同時該進氣孔32及該出氣孔33的數量也可根據需要而變更,如,當該凹槽31的形狀為條狀時,該進氣孔32的數量為一個,該出氣孔33的數量為一個,該進氣孔32及該出氣孔33位於該凹槽31的兩個端上,或者,如,當該凹槽31的形狀為T型時,該進氣孔32的數量為兩個,該出氣孔33的數量為一個,或者該進氣孔32的數量為一個,該出氣孔33的數量為兩個,且該些進氣孔32和出氣孔33分別位於該凹槽31的三個端上。
該壓敏膠2還可包括若干個環22,該些環22的數量與該進氣孔32加上出氣孔33的總數量相同,且該些環22處於該壓敏膠2的位置與該些進氣孔32及出氣孔33的位置相同。在本實施方式中,該些進氣孔32及該些出氣孔33的直徑皆大於該些環22的內徑,且小於該些環22的外徑,從而可藉由該些環22、該些進氣孔32及該些出氣孔33將氣體通入和排出該凹槽31。

Claims (3)

  1. 一種電子裝置,該電子裝置包括一上蓋、一電池及一下蓋,該上蓋覆蓋在該下蓋上,該電池設置於該上蓋和下蓋之間,其改良在於,該下蓋的底部上形成有一凹槽、一個或多個進氣孔及一個或多個出氣孔,該些進氣孔及該些出氣孔分別設置於該凹槽的一端上;該凹槽的形狀與一壓敏膠的形狀相同,該壓敏膠正好覆蓋該凹槽,該電池藉由該壓敏膠被固定在下蓋上;當藉由該些進氣孔通入溫度高於一預定值的氣體時,氣體沿著該凹槽流動直至從該些出氣孔排出,使得覆蓋該凹槽的壓敏膠由於溫度高於該預定值而黏性變小。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之電子裝置,其中,該凹槽包括一條或多條槽,該壓敏膠對應於該凹槽包括一條或多條邊,該凹槽的每條槽的寬度小於該壓敏膠的對應邊的寬度,該凹槽的每條槽的長度等於該壓敏膠的對應邊的長度。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之電子裝置,其中,該凹槽的形狀為T型或日字型。
