Abstract
一种电子设备,其包括上壳体、卡合于上壳体的下壳体、及容置于上壳体和下壳体围成的容置空间内的电池,所述下壳体的底面部分凹陷形容收容部,使下壳体上收容部底部所处位置的强度相对下壳体其他部分的强度减弱,所述收容部用于容置所述电池。使用上述电子设备,下壳体上收容部底部所处位置的强度相对下壳体其他部分的强度减弱,在电池发热膨胀时,底部可能因受热而发生形变,从而可以提示用户电池可能发生爆炸,使用户尽快远离电子设备,这样可以降低电池爆炸对人体带来的危害。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种电子设备,尤其涉及一种可以使用电池供电的电子设备。
背景技术
通常,手机通过电池提供的电能源工作。为了增长电池为手机提供电能源的时间,生产厂商通常提供高容量的可充电的锂电池。然而,上述高容量的锂电池可能会发热膨胀而引起爆炸,而且爆炸引起的危害很大,有可能威胁人们的生命。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种可减小电池爆炸所带来的危害的电子设备。
一种电子设备,其包括上壳体、卡合于上壳体的下壳体、及容置于上壳体和下壳体围成的容置空间内的电池,所述下壳体的底面部分凹陷形容收容部,使下壳体上收容部底部所处位置的强度相对下壳体其他部分的强度减弱,所述收容部用于容置所述电池。
使用上述电子设备,由于下壳体上收容部底部所处位置的强度相对下壳体其他部分的强度减弱,在电池发热膨胀时,底部可能因受热而发生形变,从而可以提示用户电池可能发生爆炸,使用户尽快远离电子设备,这样可以降低电池爆炸对人体带来的危害。

具体实施方式
请同时参阅图1和图2,电子设备99包括上壳体100、卡合于上壳体100的下壳体200、及容置于上壳体100和下壳体200围成的容置空间内的电池300。在本实施方式中,电子设备99为手机。
电池300呈矩形块状。在本实施方式中,电池300为锂电池。
下壳体200的底面210部分向下凹陷形成矩形收容部220,使下壳体200上收容部220底部222所处位置的强度相对下壳体200其他部分的强度减弱。收容部220用于容置电池300,其底部222上开设有多个狭长的凹槽224。多个凹槽224相互平行。
这样,由于下壳体200上收容部220底部222所处位置的强度相对下壳体200其他部分的强度减弱。在电池300发热膨胀时,底部222可能因受热而发生形变,从而可以提示用户电池300可能发生爆炸,使用户尽快远离电子设备99,这样可以降低电池300爆炸对人体带来的危害。在本实施方式中,下壳体200由塑胶材料制成,容易在受热时裂开或者变形。
另外,当电池300发热膨胀引起爆炸时,下壳体200首先从凹槽224处裂开释放电子设备99内的压力,从而可以降低电池300爆炸带来的危害。此外,凹槽224裂开亦可以提示用户电池300可能发生爆炸,使用户尽快远离电子设备99。
本技术领域的普通技术人员应当认识到,以上的实施方式仅是用来说明本发明,而并非用作为对本发明的限定,只要在本发明的实质精神范围之内,对以上实施例所作的适当改变和变化都落在本发明要求保护的范围之内。
Claims (6)
1.一种电子设备,其包括上壳体、卡合于上壳体的下壳体、及容置于上壳体和下壳体围成的容置空间内的电池,其特征在于:所述下壳体的底面部分凹陷形成收容部,使下壳体上收容部底部所处位置的强度相对下壳体其他部分的强度减弱,所述收容部用于容置所述电池。
2.如权利要求1所述的电子设备,其特征在于:所述收容部底部开设有多个狭长的凹槽。
3.如权利要求2所述的电子设备,其特征在于:所述多个凹槽相互平行。
4.如权利要求1所述的电子设备,其特征在于:所述下壳体由塑胶材料制成。
5.如权利要求1所述的电子设备,其特征在于:所述电子设备为手机。
6.如权利要求1所述的电子设备,其特征在于:所述电池为锂电池。
