Abstract

一种电子装置,该电子装置包括一上盖、一电池及一下盖,该上盖覆盖在该下盖上,该电池设置于该上盖和下盖之间,该下盖的底部上形成有一凹槽、一个或多个进气孔及一个或多个出气孔,该些进气孔及该些出气孔分别设置于该凹槽的一端上;该凹槽的形状与一压敏胶的形状相同,该压敏胶正好覆盖该凹槽,该电池通过该压敏胶被固定在下盖上;当通过该些进气孔通入温度高于一预定值的气体时,气体沿着该凹槽流动直至从该些出气孔排出,使得覆盖该凹槽的压敏胶由于温度高于该预定值而粘性变小,从而可回收电池。

技术领域
本发明涉及电子装置,特别涉及一种可回收电池的电子装置。
背景技术
目前部分电子装置的电池是通过胶固定粘在电子装置内。当该电池要被维修时,需要将该电池与该电子装置分离,从而需要将电池从胶上脱离,或者将电池和胶从电子装置上脱离,在此过程中操作不当可能会导致电池受到损坏。
发明内容
鉴于以上内容,有必要提供一种可回收电池的电子装置,可回收电池。
一种电子装置,该电子装置包括一上盖、一电池及一下盖,该上盖覆盖在该下盖上,该电池设置于该上盖和下盖之间,该下盖的底部上形成有一凹槽、一个或多个进气孔及一个或多个出气孔,该些进气孔及该些出气孔分别设置于该凹槽的一端上;该凹槽的形状与一压敏胶的形状相同,该压敏胶正好覆盖该凹槽,该电池通过该压敏胶被固定在下盖上;当通过该些进气孔通入温度高于一预定值的气体时,气体沿着该凹槽流动直至从该些出气孔排出,使得覆盖该凹槽的压敏胶由于温度高于该预定值而粘性变小。
本发明通过向进气孔通入温度高于一预定值的气体,使得气体沿凹槽流动直至从出气孔排出,而覆盖在该凹槽上的压敏胶的温度高于一预定值而粘性变小,从而可回收电池。

如下具体实施方式将结合上述附图进一步说明本发明。
具体实施方式
请参阅图1-2,一电子装置1包括一上盖10、一电池20及一下盖30。该上盖10覆盖在该下盖30上,形成一收容空间。该电池20被收容于该收容空间内。该电池20通过一压敏胶2被固定在该下盖30内,从而被固定在该电子装置1内。其中,在温度达到一预定值之前,该压敏胶2的粘性会随着温度的升高而增加,在温度达到该预定值后,该压敏胶2的粘性会随着温度的升高而减小。
请同时参考图3-4,该下盖30的底部上形成有一凹槽31、若干个进气孔32及若干个出气孔33。在本实施方式中,该凹槽31形状为“日”字型。该凹槽31包括若干条槽311。该些槽311所构成的凹槽31的长度小于或等于该电池20的长度,宽度小于或等于该电池20的宽度。该压敏胶2具有和该凹槽31相同的形状,该压敏胶2对应也包括若干条边21。该压敏胶2的每条边21的宽度大于该凹槽31的对应槽311的宽度,该压敏胶2的每条边21的长度等于该凹槽31的对应槽311的长度,从而当该压敏胶2粘在该下盖30的凹槽31处时,该压敏胶2正好覆盖该凹槽31。该些进气孔32及该些出气孔33分别设置于该凹槽31的多个端的一个端上。
当需要将该电池20固定在该下盖30内时,将该压敏胶2粘在该下盖30的凹槽31处,使得该压敏胶2正好覆盖该凹槽31。将该电池20放置在该凹槽31处,该电池20通过该压敏胶2被固定在该下盖30内。
当需要将该电池20从该下盖30内取出时,通过该些进气孔32输入温度在该预定值以上的气体,则该气体在沿着该凹槽31从该些出气孔33排出的过程中,会使得该覆盖在该凹槽31上的压敏胶2的温度高于该预定值,则该压敏胶2的粘性会变小,从而可方便地将该压敏胶2及该电池20与该下盖30分离。
显然,该凹槽31的形状还可根据需要而变更,如为条状、环形、T型、左框型、右框型、方框型、“工”字型、“曰”字型或者其他形状。而该压敏胶2的形状也根据该凹槽31的形状的变化而变化,只要当该压敏胶2粘在该下盖30的凹槽31处时,该压敏胶2能正好覆盖该凹槽31。同时该进气孔32及该出气孔33的数量也可根据需要而变更,如,当该凹槽31的形状为条状时,该进气孔32的数量为一个,该出气孔33的数量为一个,该进气孔32及该出气孔33位于该凹槽31的两个端上,或者,如,当该凹槽31的形状为T型时,该进气孔32的数量为两个,该出气孔33的数量为一个,或者该进气孔32的数量为一个,该出气孔33的数量为两个,且该些进气孔32和出气孔33分别位于该凹槽31的三个端上。
该压敏胶2还可包括若干个环22,该些环22的数量与该进气孔32加上出气孔33的总数量相同,且该些环22处于该压敏胶2的位置与该些进气孔32及出气孔33的位置相同。在本实施方式中,该些进气孔32及该些出气孔33的直径皆大于该些环22的内径,且小于该些环22的外径,从而可通过该些环22、该些进气孔32及该些出气孔33将气体通入和排出该凹槽31。

Claims (3)

1.一种电子装置,该电子装置包括一上盖、一电池及一下盖,该上盖覆盖在该下盖上,该电池设置于该上盖和下盖之间,其特征在于:该下盖的底部上形成有一凹槽、一个或多个进气孔及一个或多个出气孔,该些进气孔及该些出气孔分别设置于该凹槽的一端上;该凹槽的形状与一压敏胶的形状相同,该压敏胶正好覆盖该凹槽,该电池通过该压敏胶被固定在下盖上;当通过该些进气孔通入温度高于一预定值的气体时,气体沿着该凹槽流动直至从该些出气孔排出,使得覆盖该凹槽的压敏胶由于温度高于该预定值而粘性变小。
2.如权利要求1所述的电子装置,其特征在于:该凹槽包括一条或多条槽,该压敏胶对应于该凹槽包括一条或多条边,该凹槽的每条槽的宽度小于该压敏胶的对应边的宽度,该凹槽的每条槽的长度等于该压敏胶的对应边的长度。
3.如权利要求1所述的电子装置,其特征在于:该凹槽的形状为T型或日字型。
