Abstract
本發明有關於一種復健跑步機,主要是在跑步帶的兩相對側設置多數個步伐感應器,當復健者藉由跑步帶之運轉來進行復健運動時,步伐感應器會感應到復健者的腳步而產生一啟動訊號及一停止訊號至控制面板,控制面板便會根據此啟動訊號及停止訊號來控制跑步帶啟動及停止運轉,如此的重複操作即能有效達到復健的功效。
Description
本發明與跑步機有關,特別是指一種醫療復健專用之跑步機。
傳統的跑步機是提供使用者以雙腳站立於跑步帶上,並藉由跑步帶的運轉而不斷地切換步伐,以達到跑步健身的目的。由於跑步帶具有持續繞轉及可調整轉速的功能,所以跑步機亦常被挑選作為特定患者的復健使用器材,尤其用於需要腿部復健的患者。
然而在傳統跑步機的設計中,即使可以配合使用者的需求而將跑步帶的運轉速度調整到最慢,但是由於跑步帶還是不停地循環運轉著,所以行動不便的復健者仍然有可能因為本身的重心不穩或其他因素而跌倒,如此反而會造成復健者受到極大的傷害。因此,傳統跑步機在復健使用過程中容易有安全上的疑慮。
本發明之主要目的在於提供一種復健跑步機,其具有良好的使用安全性。
為了達成上述目的,本發明之復健跑步機包含有一機架、一跑步台,以及至少一對步伐感應器。該機架用以支撐於地面上;該跑步台設於該機架且具有一跑步帶;該對步伐感應器設於該機架且位於該跑步帶之兩側,用以感應一步伐終止點而產生一停止訊號;該控制面板設於該機
架,並且電性連接該跑步台及該對步伐感應器,用以接收該停止訊號,並分別根據該停止訊號來控制該跑步帶停止運轉。藉此,當復健者之腳步隨著該跑步帶移動至該步伐終止點時,該跑步帶便會停止運轉而達到具有良好使用安全性之目的。
在本發明之實施例中,該步伐感應器的數目可為一對或兩對以上,並可配合使用者的需求而透過該控制面板設定不同的使用模式,例如可以任意設定其中兩對步伐感應器分別感應一步伐起始點及該步伐終止點,或者設定其中一對步伐感應器用來感應該步伐終止點,其他對步伐感應器則是用來感應該步伐起始點,或者依照步伐的位置來設定其中兩對步伐感應器分別感應該步伐起始點及該步伐終止點,藉以提供不同的復健效果。
為了詳細說明本發明之結構、特徵及功效所在,茲列舉一較佳實施例並配合下列圖式說明如後。
請參閱第一及二圖,為本發明一較佳實施例所提供之復健跑步機10,包含有一機架20、一跑步台30,以及四對步伐感應器40、42、44、46,其中,步伐感應器40、42、44、46的數目可以依據使用模式的不同而設置一對或多對以上,在此僅為舉例說明而不加以限定。
機架20具有一底座22及一扶手座24,底座22用以支撐於地面上,扶手座24設於底座22之前端,用以供使用者扶持。
跑步台30設於機架20之底座22且具有一馬達(圖中未示)及一連接馬達之跑步帶32,當馬達啟動時,跑步帶32便會受馬達之驅動而運轉。
各步伐感應器40、42、44、46選用光遮斷器,在安裝時係設於機架20之底座22且位於跑步帶32之左、右兩側,並以兩兩成對且相互間隔的方式排列,用以分別感應一步伐起始點或一步伐終止點而對應產生一啟動訊號或一停止訊號。
控制面板50設於機架20且電性連接跑步台30,用以供使用者設定跑步台30之各種功能,例如電源開關、跑步速度、跑步時間、跑步距離,以及傾斜角度等。此外,控制面板50電性連接該四對步伐感應器40、42、44、46,用以接收各對步伐感應器40、42、44、46所產生之啟動訊號或停止訊號,並分別根據所接收之啟動訊號及停止訊號來控制跑步帶32啟動及停止運轉。
以上為本發明之復健跑步機10的結構配置,以下再就本發明之各種使用模式及特色進行說明。
當使用者操作控制面板50來執行一固定步伐模式時,如第二及三圖所示,首先透過控制面板50設定跑步帶32的運轉距離,使跑步帶32的運轉距離等於使用者的步伐長度,接著設定其中一對步伐感應器(假設為步伐感應器40)來感應步伐終止點,接著可以依據本身的需求來決定是否需要設定跑步帶32的運轉時間,待前述功能都設定完成之後就可以開始進行操作。在操作時,先以其中一腳踩踏
於跑步帶32上,接著再啟動跑步帶32,讓腳步隨著跑步帶32之運轉而往後移動,當腳步移動至步伐終止點時,步伐感應器40會傳送停止訊號至控制面板50,控制面板50便會根據此停止訊號來控制跑步帶32停止運轉,此時就可以再跨出另一腳且配合啟動跑步帶32來進行下一次的動作,如此的反覆操作即可達到復健效果。
當使用者操作控制面板來執行一固定感應模式時,如第二及四圖所示,首先透過控制面板50任一設定其中一對步伐感應器(假設為步伐感應器46)用以感應步伐起始點,接著再任意設定另外一對步伐感應器(假設為步伐感應器40)用以感應步伐終止點。當使用者以其中一腳踩踏於步伐起始點時,步伐感應器46會傳送啟動訊號至控制面板50,控制面板50便會根據此啟動訊號來控制跑步帶32開始運轉,當此腳步隨著跑步帶32之運轉而往後移動至步伐終止點時,步伐感應器40會傳送停止訊號至控制面板50,控制面板50便會根據此停止訊號來控制跑步帶32停止運轉,此時的使用者可以用另外一腳再次踩踏步伐起始點,跑步帶32便會再度啟動,以便使用者進行下一次的動作。
請再配合參閱第二及五圖,當使用者操作控制面板50來執行一自動感應模式時,首先透過控制面板50任意設定其中一對步伐感應器(假設為步伐感應器40)用以感應步伐終止點,接著設定其他三對步伐感應器(假設為步伐感應器42、44、46)用以感應步伐起始點。在操作時,當使用者以其中一腳踩踏於任一個步伐起始點時,其中一對步伐
感應器(假設為步伐感應器44)會傳送啟動訊號至控制面板50,控制面板50便會根據此啟動訊號來控制跑步帶32開始運轉,當此腳步隨著跑步帶32之運轉而往後移動至步伐終止點時,步伐感應器40會傳送停止訊號至控制面板50,控制面板50便會根據此停止訊號來控制跑步帶32停止運轉,此時的使用者可以再以另一腳踩踏任一個步伐起始點,跑步帶32便會再度啟動來進行下一次的動作。
請再配合參閱第二及六圖,當使用者操作控制面板50來執行一記憶步伐模式時,首先以其中一腳踩踏於其中一對步伐感應器(假設為步伐感應器46)的感應位置,此步伐感應器46的感應位置會被設定成步伐起始點,接著透過控制面板50來啟動跑步帶32,當此腳步隨著跑步帶32移動至另外一對步伐感應器(假設為步伐感應器40)的感應位置而欲往上提起時,此步伐感應器40的感應位置會被設定成步伐終止點,控制面板50會同時接收到停止訊號來控制跑步帶32停止運轉。如此一來,當使用者下一次踩踏於步伐感應器46的感應位置時,跑步帶32便會開始啟動,當腳步移動至步伐感應器40的感應位置時,跑步帶32則是會停止運轉,換言之,使用者只要在這兩個感應位置之間反覆進行踩踏動作即可達到復健效果。
綜上所陳,本發明之復健跑步機10藉由步伐感應器40、42、44、46的配置及控制面板50所執行之不同使用模式,讓跑步帶32可以配合使用者的步伐來自行啟動或自動停止運轉,如此便能有效降低行動不便的使用者發生跌
倒的機會,以達到具有良好使用安全性之目的。最後,本發明於前揭實施例中所揭露的構成元件,僅為舉例說明,並非用來限制本案之範圍,其他等效元件的替代或變化,亦應為本案之申請專利範圍所涵蓋。

Claims (5)
- 一種復健跑步機,包含有:一機架;一跑步台,設於該機架且具有一跑步帶;至少一對步伐感應器,設於該機架且位於該跑步帶之兩側,用以分別感應一步伐終止點而對應產生一停止訊號;以及一控制面板,設於該機架,並且電性連接該跑步台及該對步伐感應器,用以接收該停止訊號,並根據該停止訊號來控制該跑步帶停止運轉。
- 如請求項1所述之復健跑步機,其中該步伐感應器的數目為至少兩對,其中一對步伐感應器用以感應一步伐起始點而產生一啟動訊號,另外一對步伐感應器用以感應該步伐終止點而產生該停止訊號,該控制面板用以接收該啟動訊號及該停止訊號,並分別根據該啟動訊號及該停止訊號來控制該跑步帶啟動及停止運轉。
- 如請求項2所述之復健跑步機,其中該步伐感應器的數目為三對以上,其中一對步伐感應器用以感應該步伐終止點,其他對步伐感應器用以感應該步伐起始點。
- 如請求項2所述之復健跑步機,其中該步伐感應器的數目為三對以上,其中兩對步伐感應器用以分別感應該步伐起始點及該步伐終止點。
- 如請求項1至4中任一項所述之復健跑步機,其中各該步伐感應器為光遮斷器。
