Abstract
本發明有關供與注射器(30)結合地使用之自動注入器裝置(10),該注射器包括一可運動柱塞;一針;及一管狀針護罩(34)。所主張之自動注入器裝置(10)包括:修長的外殼,具有一近側端(11)與一遠側端(12);驅動機件;注射器夾具(40),以便支撐該易脆的注射器及防止損壞該注射器。再者,本發明有關一用於組裝根據本發明的自動注入器裝置之方法。
Description
本發明有關供與注射器結合地使用之自動注入器裝置,及用於將該注射器組裝在該自動注入器裝置中的方法。
不同型式之自動注入器時常被使用,以便有助藥品之投藥至病人。當該自動注入器之近側端被正確地定位抵靠著該病人之皮膚的意欲區域時,該自動注入器上之作動機構被下壓,以便作動該自動注入器。當被作動時,一針迅速地刺穿該皮膚,且該藥品經由該針被自動地運送。
現今在市場上有二種不同範疇之自動注入器。第一範疇使用定製設計之藥物室,這些之範例被敘述於WO2003/099358及WO01/93926中,而該第二範疇使用標準之預充填注射器。針對標準預充填注射器之使用有數個優點,譬如該等注射器業已按照本規則被測試及核准,其省時及減少用於該自動注入器之整體成本。本發明係針對與標準之預充填注射器結合使用的用完即丟之自動注入器。
既然該等自動注入器通常被使用於藥品之自行投藥,該病人皮膚的刺穿及該藥品經由該針之運送係較佳地係被迅速地施行,其需要藉由該驅動機件將一有效的力量施加至該注射器。然而,注射器係易脆的,且當該驅動機件之
力量被施加時,有該易脆的注射器斷裂之顯著風險。
於WO2007/083115中,包括意欲在其前面配置環繞該注射器及支撐該注射器之注射器支撐裝置的自動注入器被揭示。該支撐裝置減少對該注射器損壞之風險,但仍有一顯著之風險,即當來自該驅動機件之大力量被施加於該自動注入器之作動時,該易脆的注射器係受損。
因此對於進一步減少該注射器之損壞風險的改良自動注入器裝置仍然有一需要。
在所附申請專利範圍中所界定之本發明提供一實踐上面所界定之需要的自動注入器裝置。
本發明之自動注入器裝置係沿著縱向軸線A延伸,且具有近側端及相反的遠側端,及包括:- 注射器,具有實質上圓形之截面,該截面具有一外徑,該注射器具有一包括頸部之近側端和一設有由該容器的外周邊徑向地延伸之凸緣的遠側端;該注射器另包括一可運動之柱塞、一針、及一管狀針護罩,該針護罩的外徑係大於該注射器的外徑;- 修長的自動注入器外殼,包括一用於該注射器之空間;- 驅動機件,被配置在該外殼之遠側端中,以便當該自動注入器被作動時,將一力量施加在該可運
動的柱塞上;- 注射器夾具,具有一實質上呈管狀形狀之注射器夾具壁面,該夾具壁面具有:- 開通之遠側端,設有一配置環繞該注射器夾具壁面的外周邊之遠側支撐軸環,以藉由該徑向延伸凸緣支撐該注射器,- 開通之近側端,設有一配置環繞該注射器夾具壁面的內周邊之近側支撐軸環,以支撐該注射器頸部,及- 凹槽,於該遠側方向中由該開通之近側端延伸,導致該注射器夾具壁面於該近側端中之C字形截面形狀。
根據本發明的一態樣,該夾具壁面在該近側支撐軸環及該遠側支撐軸環之間具有對應於該注射器之長度的縱向長度,使得當力量被施加至該可運動的柱塞時,該注射器夾具壁面之遠側支撐軸環支撐該注射器之徑向延伸凸緣,且該近側支撐軸環同時支撐該注射器的頸部。
根據本發明之另一態樣,該近側支撐軸環具有一內徑,該內徑係比該注射器的外徑較小。
根據本發明之另一態樣,該近側支撐軸環具有一內徑,該內徑係比該管狀針護罩的外徑較小。
根據本發明之另一態樣,該近側支撐軸環能夠徑向地往外撓曲,用於當該注射器係關於縱向軸線(A)被縱向地安裝在該注射器夾具內時,允許該管狀針護罩通過。
所主張之發明實踐上面所界定的需要,因為根據本發明之注射器夾具對於該注射器沿著該注射器的全長提供支撐。再者,由於該注射器夾具之對應長度,該注射器夾具之遠側端將為在該注射器之遠側端與該徑向延伸凸緣接觸,且當來自該驅動機件之力量被施加時支撐該凸緣。既然該注射器係在該近側端藉由與該頸部接觸的軸環及在該遠側端藉由與該注射器之凸緣接觸的平坦表面兩者所支撐,當驅動力量係藉由該驅動機件所施加時,該注射器被損壞之風險係大幅地減少。
具有所主張之注入器裝置的另一優點係該注射器夾具之C字形近側端有利於該注射器之裝配於該夾具中,因為該C字形截面使該注射器之近側端撓曲成為可能,並藉此允許該管狀針護罩運動通過該軸環,縱使該管狀針護罩之直徑超過該軸環的內徑。一旦該注射器被裝配在該注射器夾具中,該C字形軸環將幾乎環繞該整個注射器頸部提供該想要之支撐,這係有利的,因為在該注射器頸部上之負載將被分佈在較大的面積之上,且該注射器之損壞的風險係大幅地減少。

由該注射器之近側端的導入該注射器夾具,且接著於藉由該導引機構的輔助期間,在該自動注入器裝置之近側方向中運動至該近側外殼區段內的意欲位置而被裝配於該注射器夾具中,該導引機構有助於該注射器與該注射器夾具之安裝在該外殼中。
於本發明的一實施例中,該導引機構包括沿著該注射器夾具壁面的外周邊配置之突出部份、及沿著該自動注入器外殼的內周邊配置之對應溝槽。該導引機構之此實施例於該自動注入器裝置之製備期間提供令人滿意的導引。
本發明的一實施例包括在該自動注入器外殼及在該注射器夾具中之對應的開口或窗口,這使其可能輕易地證實該注射器係關於該注射器夾具及該自動注入器外殼正確地裝配。
於本發明的一實施例中,該注射器夾具包括鎖定機構,當該注射器夾具係關於該縱向軸線(A)被縱向地安裝在該自動注入器外殼內時,該鎖定機構關於該自動注入器外殼鎖固該注射器夾具。

於圖3a至3c中,根據本發明的自動注入器裝置10之選擇零組件被說明。沿著縱向軸線A延伸的自動注入器裝置10係意欲用於藥品之自行投藥,且具有近側端11及相反之遠側端12。
該自動注入器裝置包括被分成近側外殼區段13及遠側外殼區段14的自動注入器外殼,以便形成該外殼內側所界定之空間,而可進出供該自動注入器之不同零組件的組裝。
該自動注入器外殼具有管子之形狀。該自動注入器外殼係意欲在注射器夾具40內收納一預充填注射器30。驅動機件(未示出)亦被配置在該外殼內。該驅動機件被配置來將一在近側引導之驅動力施加至該注射器中之可運動的柱塞,以便經過一針(未示出)排出該藥品。
該驅動機件在該等圖面中未被詳細地說明,但不同型式之驅動機件係可用的。該驅動機件可包括一預張緊彈簧,其在作動時經由柱塞桿(未示出)施加一預先決定之壓力至被配置在該注射器的遠側端中之可運動柱塞。
該自動注入器係意欲供與標準之預充填注射器30結合地使用。被組裝在圖2立體圖中所說明的注射器夾具40

該注射器30係藉由在下面被更詳細地敘述之注射器夾具40被鎖固於該自動注入器外殼中。該注射器夾具40被配置在該近側端外殼區段中,以便關於該注射器夾具及該自動注入器外殼支撐及維持該注射器30於一預先決定位置中。於該自動注入器之組裝期間,該注射器30首先被插入該注射器夾具40,其接著於該自動注入器裝置10之近側方向中被運動至前方位置,在此該注射器夾具40被鎖固於該近側端外殼區段中。該注射器夾具於該近側外

器外殼的外面看得見,且可能讓該病人證實該自動注入器裝置被正確地組裝及預備好供使用。
該自動注入器裝置之三個不同組裝步驟被概要地說明於圖3a-3c中。於圖3a中,該近側外殼區段及該注射器夾具40被說明沒有裝配於該注射器夾具40中之注射器30。該注射器夾具40係於遠側位置及近側位置之間可運動地配置在該近側外殼區段中。在將該注射器裝配於該注射器夾具中之前,該注射器夾具被配置在該遠側位置中而預備好供組裝。

Claims (10)
- 一種自動注入器裝置(10),沿著縱向軸線A延伸,具有近側端(11)及相反的遠側端(12),該裝置包括:- 注射器(30),具有實質上圓形之截面,該截面具有一外徑,該注射器具有一包括頸部(32)之近側端和一設有由該容器的外周邊徑向地延伸之凸緣(35)的遠側端;該注射器另包括一可運動之柱塞、一針、及一管狀針護罩(34),該針護罩的外徑係大於該注射器的外徑;- 修長的自動注入器外殼,包括一用於該注射器之空間;- 驅動機件,被配置在該外殼之遠側端中,以便當該自動注入器被作動時,將一力量施加在該可運動的柱塞上;- 注射器夾具(40),具有一實質上呈管狀形狀之注射器夾具壁面(44),該夾具壁面具有:- 開通之遠側端(46),設有一配置環繞該注射器夾具壁面(44)的外周邊之遠側支撐軸環(49),以藉由該徑向延伸凸緣(35)支撐該注射器,- 開通之近側端(45),設有一配置環繞該注射器夾具壁面(44)的內周邊之近側支撐軸環(47),以支撐該注射器頸部(32),及 - 凹槽(48),於該遠側方向中由該開通之近側端(45)延伸,導致該注射器夾具壁面於該近側端(45)中之C字形截面形狀,- 當該注射器夾具(40)係在該自動注入器內之近側位置時,該注射器夾具之近側端的外周邊係藉由一或更多接觸表面(16)被徑向地支撐在該自動注入器外殼的內側表面上。

- 如申請專利範圍第1-5項任一項之自動注入器裝置(10),其中該自動注入器裝置包括導引機構(41),以當該注射器夾具係關於縱向軸線(A)被縱向地安裝在該自動注入器外殼內時,控制該注射器夾具(40)在該自動注入器外殼內之運動。
- 如申請專利範圍第6項之自動注入器裝置(10),其中該導引機構(41)包括沿著該注射器夾具壁面(44)的外周邊配置之突出部份、及沿著該自動注入器外殼的內周邊配置之對應溝槽。
- 如申請專利範圍第1-7項任一項之自動注入器裝置(10),包括在該自動注入器外殼上及在該注射器夾具(40)上之對應的開口或窗口(16、48)。
- 如申請專利範圍第1-8項任一項之自動注入器裝置(10),其中該注射器夾具(40)包括鎖定機構(43),當該注射器夾具係關於該縱向軸線(A)被縱向地安裝在該自動注入器外殼內時,該鎖定機構關於該自動注入器外殼鎖固該注射器夾具。
- 一種用於將注射器(30)組裝在根據申請專利範圍第1-9項之任一項的自動注入器裝置(10)中之方法,包括以下步驟:a)在該注射器夾具(40)之遠側端中插入該注射器(30)的近側端;b)運動該注射器(30)朝該注射器夾具之近側端,直至該注射器(30)之頸部(32)係與該近側支撐軸環 (47)接觸,且該注射器(30)之徑向延伸凸緣(35)係與該注射器夾具(40)之遠側支撐軸環(49)接觸;c)同時運動該注射器夾具(40)及該注射器(30)朝該自動注入器裝置(10)之近側端。
