Abstract

Description
本揭示係有關造紙方法中將化學製品混合入薄儲存管之處理流的一個方法。
於造紙方法中,供將化學製品混合入薄儲存管內之處理流的傳統系統係以懸浮方式將化學製品直接加入薄儲存管內。經由這種添加模式,化學製品並不會立即滲入薄儲存管流中稀釋,反而因少量的化學製品流動而經常滯留在薄儲存管流之邊界層中,邊界層中會局部產生過量的化學製品,化學製品則藉由劇烈擴散而慢慢稀釋。
這些系統的相關問題在於化學製品造成嚴重的局部凝結且無法進行反應,因此,當最後達到完全混合狀態時,可能會有一部份的化學製品無反應,且薄儲存管之處理流所形成的凝結分佈非常不均勻。因此需要一種能在造紙方法中,將化學製品混合入薄儲存管內之處理流的改良方法。
本發明提供了一個在造紙方法中,將一種或更多種化學製品混合入薄儲存管內之處理流的方法,其步驟包括:實施該造紙方法,而使該處理流流經該薄儲存管;自該薄儲存管中汲取一部份之處理流;將該化學製品加入該部分之處理流中而形成一個混合物;以及將該混合物注入該薄儲存管中,而使該混合物與該處理流混合。
本發明亦提供了一個在造紙方法中,將一種或更多種化學製品混合入薄儲存管內之處理流的方法,其步驟包括:在位於一連串與該儲存管相通之入口和出口之間的該薄儲存管周圍上面配置一個或更多個側向流,其中該側向流具有一個或更多個讓該化學製品加入該側向流之開口;提供一個或更多個供將該化學製品注入之裝置,其中該裝置係與該側向流之該開口相通;實施該造紙方法,而使該處理流流經該薄儲存管;自該薄儲存管之該入口汲取一部份之該處理流並注入該側向流;利用該裝置將該化學製品加入該側向流而形成一個混合物;以及將該混合物經由該出口注入該薄儲存管中,其中該混合物與該處理流混合。

“造紙方法”係一種由紙漿製作紙製品的方法,其
包括形成一種水狀纖維質紙製品,汲取紙製品而形成一張紙並將紙烘乾。形成紙製品、汲取並烘乾的步驟可利用習知技藝中一般所熟悉之傳統方式完成。
“薄儲存管”係指造紙方法中,位於機箱與頂端箱型部分之間的一條管線。
如上所述,本發明係有關造紙方法中,將一種或多種化學製品混合入薄儲存管內之處理流的方法。在一項實施例中,處理流包含了一條薄儲存管。
化學製品的量與加入側向流之化學製品類型乃取決於操作者。具備一般造紙技術的人,對於使用某些特定量化學製品的規則均相當熟悉。一個具有普通技術的人會檢查下列因素:造紙機的類型和預期之成品,但不限於這些因素。在一項實施例中,加入已汲取之部分處理流中的化學製品係由下列組合中選出:生物殺滅劑、增強劑、增白劑、顏料、填充料、漿料劑、保留助劑、濾水助劑、絮凝劑、水洗劑、消泡劑、分散劑、奈米粒子、微米粒子、定色劑、凝聚劑、以及其之組合。在另一項實施例中,化學製品係利用一次方式、連續方式、預設方式或間歇方式加入從薄儲存管或側向流所汲取之部分處理流中。
在另一項實施例中,化學製品係由下列組合中選出一個載體:潔淨水、薄儲存管、純淨濾液以及白水,並加入側向流或該部分之處理流或側向流。
在另一項實施例中,利用一個或更多個用於注入化學製品之裝置,將一種或更多種化學製品加入從薄儲存
管或側向流所汲取之部分處理流中。在一項實施例中,該裝置係一個或更多個劑量唧筒。用於注入化學製品之裝置的位置可位於沿側向流之任何一點處。在另一項實施例中,用於注入化學製品之裝置乃位於最接近側向流的出口處。
以下範例中將進一步說明本發明,此範例並不限於依附項申請專利範圍中所規定之發明。
參看圖式1,薄儲存管1經過修改後於入口2與出口3之間具有一條側向流5,入口及出口兩者均與薄儲存管1相通。側向流已設置成具有一個開口6,讓一種或更多種化學製品能夠加入薄儲存管1,並有一個和此開口6相通、用於注入化學製品之裝置7,且該裝置有助於將化學製品加入側向流5。有一部份來自薄儲存管1之處理流4被注入側向流5中。接著利用注入化學製品之裝置7將化學製品加入側向流5,其可根據需要分配化學製品的量,例如一次分配、連續分配、預先分配或間歇分配。藉此步驟可形成混合物,此混合物接著與薄儲存管1之處理流4混合。

- 一種將一或多種化學製品混合入造紙方法的薄儲存管內之處理流的方法,其步驟包括:a.實施該造紙方法,而使該處理流流經該薄儲存管;b.自該薄儲存管中汲取一部份之該處理流;c.將該化學製品加入該部分之處理流中而形成一個混合物;以及d.將該混合物注入該薄儲存管中,而使該混合物與該處理流混合。
