Description
図1を参照すると、希薄紙料パイプ(1)が、両方とも希薄紙料パイプ(1)に連通している入口(2)と出口(3)の間に設置されている側留(5)を具えるように改良されている。側留は、1又はそれ以上の化学物質を希薄紙料パイプ(1)へ添加することができる開口(6)と、側留(5)へ化学物質を添加するように機能するこの開口(6)と連通している化学物質を供給する装置(7)とを具えて設けられている。希薄紙料パイプ(1)からプロセス流動(4)の一部が、側留(5)内へ取り出される。次いで、化学物質は、一時的、連続的、予め設定されたとき、又は断続的など所望の方式で化学物質を投与する化学物質を供給する装置(7)によって側留(5)へ添加される。このステップの結果、混合物が形成される。この混合物は、続いて、希薄紙料パイプ(1)のプロセス流動(4)と混合される。
Claims (2)
- 製紙過程において希薄紙料パイプのプロセス流動内へ1又はそれ以上の化学物質を混合する方法において:
a.前記製紙過程を稼働させ、前記希薄紙料パイプを通して前記プロセス流動を流すステップと;
b.前記希薄紙料パイプから前記プロセス流動の部分を取り出すステップと;
c.前記化学物質を前記プロセス流動の前記部分へ添加して、混合物を形成するステップと;
d.前記混合物を前記希薄紙料パイプ内へ送り込んで、前記混合物を前記プロセス流動と混合するステップと;
を具えることを特徴とする方法。 - 製紙過程において希薄紙料パイプのプロセス流動内へ1又はそれ以上の化学物質を混合する方法において:
a.前記希薄紙料パイプと連通する一連の入口と出口の間に位置する1又はそれ以上の側留を前記希薄紙料パイプの周辺に設けるステップであって、前記側留が、前記化学物質を前記側留へ添加することができる1又はそれ以上の開口を具えるステップと;
b.化学物質を供給するための1又はそれ以上の装置を提供し、前記装置が、前記側留の前記開口と連通しているステップと;
c.前記製紙過程を稼働させ、前記希薄紙料パイプを通して前記プロセス流動を流すステップと;
d.前記プロセス流動の部分を前記側留内へ前記希薄紙料パイプの前記入口から取り出すステップと;
e.前記装置によって、前記化学物質を前記側留へ添加して、混合物を形成するステップと;
f.前記混合物を前記出口を通して前記希薄紙料パイプ内へ送り込んで、前記混合物を前記プロセス流動と混合するステップと;
を具えることを特徴とする方法。
