Abstract

一種工具機的橫樑定位裝置,該工具機具有一工作台及一立柱,該橫樑定位裝置包含有一橫樑單元、一定位單元、一驅動單元及一支撐單元,橫樑單元包括一滑動設置在立柱上可上下移動的橫樑、及一滑動設置在橫樑上可沿橫方向移動的滑座及主軸頭,該橫樑一側邊形成有一懸空端,該支撐單元包括一設置在地面上可對該懸空端支撐的平衡油壓缸,藉此讓主軸頭在橫樑上移動時,可達到穩定平衡的支撐效果。

Description

工具機的橫樑定位裝置
本發明是有關於一種工具機,特別是指一種對橫樑具有穩定支撐效果的工具機的橫樑定位裝置。
參閱圖1,習知工具機10包含有一垂直於地面且向上延伸的立柱11、一滑動設置在立柱11上的橫樑12、一滑動設置在橫樑12上的滑座13、以及一設置在滑座13上可供裝設刀具(圖未示)的主軸頭14,該立柱11兩側邊處設有二供橫樑12跨設的滑軌111,立柱11中間處設置有一驅動馬達112及一導螺桿113,驅動馬達112可驅轉該導螺桿113進而帶動整個橫樑12上下移動,該橫樑12一側端處設有一伺服馬達121,橫樑12中間處設有一導螺桿122,伺服馬達121可驅轉該導螺桿122進而帶動整個滑座13沿橫方向移動,藉此使用者可依據工件的加工高度,讓橫樑12及滑座13位移至適當位置,再讓主軸頭14裝設的刀具對工件進行各種切削動作。
以上述工具機10的構造確實可對工件進行各種切削動作,然而此種工具機10在使用上仍有問題存在,當滑座13在橫樑12上沿橫方向移動時,由於滑座13裝載整個主軸頭14,承載重量相當大,如果主軸頭14位移至橫樑12最旁邊懸空的位置,將會使橫樑12的組合重心偏向一側,導致整個工具機10有偏斜傾倒呈不穩定的狀態,當工具機10有偏斜狀態產生時,主軸頭14裝設的刀具對工件的加工面將會受到影響,產生精度不佳及切削形狀不正確的狀況。
因此,本發明目的在提供一種能對橫樑提供穩定支撐以達到水平精度要求的工具機的橫樑定位裝置。
於是,本發明提供一種工具機的橫樑定位裝置,該工具機具有一工作台、一設置在工作台後方處且向上延伸的立柱,該橫樑定位裝置包含有一橫樑單元、一定位單元、一驅動單元及一支撐單元,其中:該橫樑單元包括一滑動設置在立柱上可沿上下方向移動的橫樑、一滑動設置在橫樑上可沿橫方向移動的滑座、以及一設置在滑座上的主軸頭,該橫樑一側邊沿橫方向延伸形成有一懸空端;該定位單元包括多數個沿立柱直立方向分佈的定位槽、以及至少一個設置在橫樑上可對該定位槽進行卡合的定位件;該驅動單元包括一設置在立柱上的減速機、以及一設置在立柱上可接受減速機驅轉並帶動該橫樑上下移動的導螺桿;該支撐單元包括一設置在地面上且對應在橫樑懸空端位置處的平衡油壓缸,該平衡油壓缸上端處伸設有一可上下移動對該橫樑底部作支撐的活動桿。
本發明之功效是利用該支撐單元對橫樑的懸空端作支撐,支撐單元包括一可隨橫樑上下移動的平衡油壓缸,使滑座在橫樑上移動時具有平衡穩定效果,藉此有助於讓工具機達到水平精度的要求。
有關本發明之前述及其他技術內容、特點與功效,在以下配合參考圖式之一較佳實施例的詳細說明中,將可清楚的呈現。
參閱圖2至圖4,本發明工具機的橫樑定位裝置在一較佳實施例中,該工具機20具有一工作台21及一設置在工作台21後方處且垂直地面向上延伸的立柱22,該工作台21上方處設有一呈圓盤形狀可作轉動的台面211,該台面211上可供裝設固定一工件(圖未示),該立柱22兩側邊處直立設置有二滑軌221,該橫樑定位裝置包含有一橫樑單元30、一定位單元40、一驅動單元50及一支撐單元60,接著,再將上述各單元的組成構造及空間型態詳述於后。
該橫樑單元30包括有一滑動設置在立柱22上可沿上下方向移動的橫樑31、一滑動設置在橫樑31上可沿橫方向移動的滑座32、一活動設置在滑座32上可供裝設刀具(圖未示)的主軸頭33、以及二個設置在滑座32兩側處可帶動主軸頭33上下移動的氮氣缸34。該橫樑31橫跨設置在立柱22的二滑軌221上,其一側邊沿橫方向延伸超出立柱22範圍而形成有一懸空端311,橫樑31在懸空端311處設置有一伺服馬達312,橫樑31中間處設有一與滑座32相螺合的導螺桿313,伺服馬達312可驅轉導螺桿313帶動整個滑座32橫向移動,二氮氣缸34上端處各伸設有一與主軸頭33相接的軸桿341,氮氣缸34採用氣液壓混合驅動方式,可使該軸桿341快速帶動整個主軸頭33上下移動。
同時參閱圖3及圖5,該定位單元40包括有多數個沿立柱22的滑軌221直立方向分佈的定位槽41、以及多數個設置在橫樑31上可對該等定位槽41進行卡合的定位件42。每一個定位件42包括有一固定設置在橫樑31上的致動器421、以及一接受致動器421驅動可卡合在定位槽41內的定位銷422,當整個橫樑單元30在滑軌221上升降移動時,藉由驅動該定位件42與預定高度的定位槽41相互卡合,便可快速準確地讓橫樑單元30定位在使用者想要的高度位置上。
該驅動單元50包括一設置在立柱22上方處的減速機51、以及一直立設置在立柱22上且與該橫樑31相螺合的導螺桿52,該導螺桿52可接受減速機51驅轉,藉此帶動整個橫樑31沿上下方向作升降移動。
該支撐單元60包括一設置在地面上且對應在橫樑31懸空端311位置處的平衡油壓缸61,該平衡油壓缸61上端處伸設有一與該橫樑31底部相接形成支撐的活動桿611,該活動桿611可因應該橫樑31的升降進行伸縮移動。
以上即為本發明工具機的橫樑定位裝置各構件形狀的概述;接著,再將本發明的動作以及預期所能達成之功效陳述如后:再參閱圖4及圖5,在一般狀態下,該滑座32連同主軸頭33會在橫樑31上沿橫方向移動,當橫樑31的組合重心未超出立柱22範圍時,借助立柱22體積支撐的影響,可使橫樑31、滑座32及主軸頭33的各種動作保持在平衡穩定的狀態。
參閱圖6及圖7,當滑座32移動至橫樑31的懸空端311位置時,橫樑31的組合重心會超出立柱22的支撐範圍,然而本發明藉由平衡油壓缸61對橫樑31的懸空端311進行頂撐,因此可有效承載滑座32及主軸頭33的重量,讓整個機台不會產生偏斜,藉此可使橫樑31、滑座32及主軸頭33的各種動作依然保持在平衡穩定的狀態。
綜上所述,本發明工具機的橫樑定位裝置主要是為了解決習知工具機10的平衡問題,其採用的技術手段是藉由支撐單元60的平衡油壓缸61對橫樑31的懸空端311進行頂撐,由於該橫樑31必須可以上下移動,因此本發明採用平衡油壓缸61的設計,讓平衡油壓缸61下端固定支撐在地面上,而上端則設有一與橫樑31相連接且可伸縮移動的活動桿611,如此該橫樑31懸空端311的承載重量可被平衡油壓缸61所承受,當滑座32連同主軸頭33移動至橫樑31懸空端311位置時,整個機台能夠保持在平衡穩定狀態,不會產生偏斜傾倒的情形,藉此有助於讓工具機20能順利達到水平精度的要求。
惟以上所述者,僅為本發明之一較佳實施例而已,當不能以此限定本發明實施之範圍,即大凡依本發明申請專利範圍及發明說明內容所作之簡單的等效變化與修飾,皆仍屬本發明專利涵蓋之範圍內。

Claims (2)

  1. 一種工具機的橫樑定位裝置,該工具機具有一工作台、一設置在工作台後方處且向上延伸的立柱,該橫樑定位裝置包含有:一橫樑單元,包括一滑動設置在立柱上可沿上下方向移動的橫樑、一滑動設置在橫樑上可沿橫方向移動的滑座、以及一設置在滑座上的主軸頭,該橫樑一側邊沿橫方向延伸形成有一懸空端;一定位單元,包括多數個沿立柱直立方向分佈的定位槽、以及至少一個設置在橫樑上可對該定位槽進行卡合的定位件;一驅動單元,包括一設置在立柱上的減速機、以及一設置在立柱上可接受減速機驅轉並帶動該橫樑上下移動的導螺桿;及一支撐單元,包括一設置在地面上且對應在橫樑懸空端位置處的平衡油壓缸,該平衡油壓缸上端處伸設有一可上下移動對該橫樑底部作支撐的活動桿。
  2. 依據申請專利範圍第1項所述之工具機的橫樑定位裝置,其中,該滑座兩側處設有二可帶動主軸頭上下移動的氮氣缸。
