Abstract

A multi-purpose article fastener for motorcycles (Fig-1) is provided which acts as a holder for articles while the motorcycle is in motion and acts as a locking means for articles while the motorcycle is locked. The locking action is achieved passively by the fastener when the motorcycle is locked with the steering lock and doesn't need any other locking arrangements or keys. The fastener is provided with hooking means that enable to securely hold articles such as helmets and carry-bags while riding.
