Abstract

The objective of the present invention is to provide a skin cosmetic with excellent usability, having such functions as pore shrinking and skin disorder prevention and improvement, as well as an effect of comprehensively improving a wrinkle and tone improving effect. The present invention is characterized in that it contains (A) one or more D-amino acid, derivative and/or salt thereof, and (B) one or more ss-alanine derivative and salt thereof. This skin cosmetic has excellent effects such as pore shrinking and skin disorder prevention and improvement, is able to improve skin wrinkles and tone, and also has excellent usability.

進而已知β-丙胺酸衍生物係作為對皮膚之有效成分而自 先前起調配於化妝品中,通常,若於化妝品中調配β_丙胺 酸衍生物則獲得滋潤度。關於該種ρ_丙胺酸衍生物之化妝 品調配記載於專利文獻9中,顯示ρ_丙胺酸衍生物具有皮 膚之角化不全抑制作用、毛孔縮小效果、肌膚粗糙改善、 防止效果等。然而,於使用上述卜丙胺酸衍生物之情形 時,發現皮膚之毛孔縮小效果、肌膚粗糙改善、防止效 發明。 即’本發明提供一種含有(A)D_胺基酸、其衍生物及/或 鹽之1種或2種以上,及(Β)β_丙胺酸衍生物及其鹽之丨種或2 種以上的皮膚化妝品。 [發明之效果] 本發明之皮膚化妝品藉由將成分(八)〇_胺基酸或其衍生 物及/或鹽之1種或2種以上及成分(Β)ρ丙胺酸衍生物及其 鹽之1種或2種以上併用,而具有綜合性地改善角化不全抑 制、毛孔縮小、肌膚粗糙防止、改善等功能及皺紋、彈性 156750.doc 201208711 之改善效果的有利效果,並且使用性亦優異。 【實施方式】 ' 以下,對本發明進行詳細敍述。 本發明之皮膚化妝品必須含有〇_胺基酸、其衍生物及/ 或鹽之1種或2種以上((A)成分:以下有時省略為「D_胺基 酸類」)。 如眾所周知,胺基酸十作為光學異構物而存在L體及D 體,天然之蛋白質為L-胺基酸進行肽結合者。一般認為, 除了細菌之細胞壁等一部分例外之外,於以人為代表之哺 乳類之體内僅存在L-胺基酸,生體僅利用L_胺基酸。因此 先前,學術上或產業上引人注目而經研究之胺基酸僅為^ 胺基酸。 作為例外地使用D-胺基酸之事例,可列舉:(丨)作為細 菌中產生之抗生素之原料之情形,(2)含有於在化學合成胺 基酸時為節省自等量獲得之L-胺基酸與0_胺基酸混合物 (消旋體)僅分取L-胺基酸的成本而直接作為DL_胺基酸混 合物而調配的食品添加物中之情形等。 最近’已明瞭人類隨著年齡增加,原本應該不存在於眼 之晶狀體、腦、或者皮膚等中之D_天冬醯胺酸(D_Asp,D_ Asparaginic Acid)增加,對其與白内障或阿茲海默症之發 病之關係等已進行討論(木野内忠稔等,「蛋白質核酸 酶」第50卷’第5號(2005年)453-560頁)。於皮膚中亦發現 由於老化或紫外線照射而累積有D-Asp,提出將D-Asp作 減輕效果之D-半胱胺酸,確認有紫外線損傷減輕效果之〇_ 甲硫胺酸及D-脯胺酸,確認有黑色素生成抑制效果之d—經 基脯胺酸等。 本發明中使用之D-胺基酸類可為合成者亦可為市售品。 作為D-胺基酸之製造方法,例如已知使源自細菌之〇_胺 基醯化酶作用於醯化胺基酸而獲得之方法等(參照日本專 利特開平11-113592號公報)。 本發明之皮膚化妝品中之D-胺基酸類的調配量相對於化 妝品總量較佳為0·
