Abstract
The present invention relates to a method for making an herbal enzyme, the method is to take the preset weight percentage of millet, wheat, white glutinous rice, honey, Chinese Gentian, solanum incanum, hypericum japonicum, bergamot, Hedyotis diffusa (Spreading Hedyotis), Phellinus Linteus, Antrodia camphorata, mangosteen, red yeast rice, seasoned orange peel and other natural herbal ingredients and fresh fruits and vegetables as raw materials; afterwards, smash these materials, followed by putting water and the smashed materials into an urn for standing fermentation for a period of time; then regularly observe the fermentation conditions; finally, complete the fermentation and proceed the storage, thus obtaining herbal enzyme with good quality.
