Abstract

An oxygen concentration measuring device is provided, by which the substance causing deterioration of oxygen detector is removed before arrival of gas to be measured to the oxygen detector. Therefore, oxygen concentration is measured by oxygen detector under the state without the existence of the substance causing deterioration of oxygen detector. The oxygen concentration measuring device of the present invention comprises: a suction pump 4 for the suction of gas to be measured from the suction port 7, an oxygen detector 3 for measuring oxygen concentration, and a removing unit 2 located at the upstream of the oxygen detector 3 which removes the substance causing deterioration of oxygen detector from the targeted gas to be measured conveyed by the suction pump 4 and deliver the targeted gas to be measured into the oxygen detector 3.
