Abstract

A heat pipe includes a sealed metal tube filled with an amount of working fluid. The tube has capillary configurations formed therein. And the capillary configurations are disposed to define at least two spaced chambers for vapor flow in the tube. Therefore, the circulation of the vapor and the liquid in the tube is speeded up and has multi-directions, and thus, capacity of the heat pipe is improved. Moreover, a clapboard, which is located at a middle portion of the tube, is disposed between each capillary configuration and each chamber, for separating liquid and gas when the heat pipe works. Thus, shearing force and reheating effect between the vapor and the liquid are avoided. Therefore, capacity and manufacturing yield of the heat pipe are improved and increase.
