Abstract
A novel method for making fiber products having anti-bacteria, absorbed odor, cooling, and far infra red (FIR) multi-functions method has been proposed in this patent. There are several functions mainly included anti-bacteria, absorbed odor, cooling, far infra red and clean air etc in this novel fiber product. In this method, the high thermal diffusivity and low conductivity with the micro or nano scale mineral composite powders were used which through the surface agent treatment firstly. Furthermore, the powders will be quantitative added into the thermoplastic chip (such as Polypropylene, Polyethylene, Polyamide, Polyurethane, Polyacylonitrile- butadiene-stylene, Polyester, or finishing resin progressively. The high thermal diffusivity and low conductivity with the micro or nano scale mineral composite powders compounding with the thermoplastic chip by using the bartender or extruder so as to compounding together evenly. The master chip is produced by single or double screw extruder. However, the fiber products having anti-bacteria, absorbed odor, cooling, and far infra red (FIR) multi-functions were produced by melting spinning method with master chip through the proposed spinneret. With the novel method for making fiber products having multi-functions due to add the high thermal diffusivity and low conductivity with the micro or nano scale mineral composite powders. Therefore, the novel fiber products can provide a unique working and living environment, and absorbed odor, cooling, and far infra red (FIR) multi-functions. The different cross sections, fineness, color, structure etc filament and staple fiber could be depended on the different spinneret design. Using these fibers, can be fabricated the different type of the textile products such as woven fabric, knitted fabric, nonwoven, film, or composite fiber assemblies.
