Abstract

The present invention provides a connection method of solar cell element, which is characterized in that the solar cell elements (each is provided with a front electrode and a collecting electrode on a front plane and a rear electrode on a rear plane) are continuously or intermittently connected, by shifting the solar cell elements on a tab lead wire by repeating a unit operation (composed of heating of the solder for melting it and cooling of the molten solder for solidifying it), at the time of electrically connecting the solar cell elements by soldering the tab lead wire. In this connection method, since the heating and cooling operations are locally performed, generation of heat stress can be suppressed, element breakage and warping can be prevented and yield is improved.
